    Abstract: Objetivo:Analisar produções científicas nacionais e internacionais que apresentam vivências do cotidiano de cuidados prestados pelos cuidadores e profissionais de saúde nos cuidados paliativos domiciliares. Método:Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa nas bases de dados Lilacs, CINAHL, PubMed, IBECS, BDENF e Coleciona SUS de artigos publicados entre janeiro de 2005 a março de 2019. A amostra final de artigos analisados foi composta de42 artigos. Resultados:Os estudos evidenciaram sentimentos dos cuidadores de familiares como o medo, angústia, sobrecarga e gratidão no cotidiano de cuidados ao ente adoecido;as principais dificuldades vivenciadas referem-se ao acesso a serviços de apoio,à aquisição de medicamentos pelos prestadores de assistência bem como ao uso de estratégias para a eficácia dos cuidados paliativos domiciliares.Conclusão:A análise evidenciou que há necessidade de construção de cuidado integral a pacientes e cuidadores, produção de evidências sobre as práticas profissionais dispensadas a este público, melhor organização da rede de apoio e acesso a medicamentos.

    Abstract: ABSTRACT Objective To analyze the daily routine of mothers-caregivers of children and adolescents with myelomeningocele at home. Method Descriptive, exploratory, qualitative research. Data were collected with 16 mothers of children and adolescents with myelomeningocele by means of interviews and observation from May to August 2015, in municipalities of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The data were submitted to qualitative analysis. Results The daily care routine of the mothers at home revealed two empirical categories: a) the impact of the birth on naturalization of care, and (b) changes in the routine of the mothers and women. The daily lives of these mothers is marked by caring that restricts their possibilities and activities to within the walls of their homes, although the mothers desire the independence of their children. Conclusion The emotional, economic, and social transformations, and the difficulties of these mothers to ensure the continuity of care highlight the importance of inclusive public policies, and the importance of health workers in the rehabilitation of children and adolescents with myelomeningocele and their families.

    Trends in the job market of nurses in the view of managers

    Abstract: RESUMO Objetivo: identificar e interpretar as principais tendências do mercado de trabalho para os/as enfermeiros/as no Rio Grande do Norte, a partir da opinião de gestores de instituições formadoras e empregadoras. Método: os dados foram coletados através de entrevistas com informantes-chave, organizados por meio dos recursos do software Atlas.ti e examinados sob o olhar da análise de conteúdo temática. Resultados: o estudo mostrou seis tendências no mercado de trabalho dos/as enfermeiros/as: disponibilidade de profissionais para o mercado; piora nas condições de trabalho com precarização; indicação para inserção no emprego; desemprego para enfermeiros; escassez de enfermeiros/as; e existência de cooperativa de profissionais de enfermagem. Considerações finais: mantido o cenário atual de crescimento do número de enfermeiros/as titulados/as sem expansão da oferta de postos de trabalho, o desemprego tende a crescer e as condições de trabalho a se agravar.

    Abstract: O Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso constitui-se em requisito obrigatório e indispensável à integralização do curso, sendo instrumento importante de avaliação de influências e tendências em Cursos de Enfermagem. É adotado na forma de monografia pela Graduação em Enfermagem da Universidade Estadual de Montes Claros (UNIMONTES), em Minas Gerais. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar as tendências temáticas e metodológicas das monografias dos acadêmicos desse curso. Trata-se de estudo documental e descritivo, realizado no período de janeiro a junho de 2007, na Biblioteca Central da UNIMONTES. Os dados foram coletados em 263 monografias por meio de formulário para posterior agrupamento por áreas contempladas; metodologia; tipos de estudo; instrumentos; sujeitos do estudo e cenários. Os resultados indicaram que a área assistencial foi escolhida pela maioria dos graduandos, sendo a Saúde da Mulher a temática mais estudada. A metodologia preconizada foi qualitativa e os estudos descritivos. Os Hospitais e a Estratégia Saúde da Família foram opções significativas como cenários e o instrumento de coleta de dados mais utilizado foi a entrevista. Espera-se que esses resultados possam contribuir para a definição de diretrizes e estratégias a fim de adequar, ampliar e consolidar as atividades de pesquisa como ferramenta indispensável no Curso de Enfermagem.

    Abstract: Abstract The changes in the demographic and epidemiologic profiles of the Brazilian population and the need to rethink the health care model have led many countries like Brazil to consider Home Care (HC) as a care strategy. However, there is a gap between the supply of HC services, the demand for care and the health needs manifested by the population. Thus, this article analyzes scientific output regarding the status of the relation between supply, demand and the needs related to home health care. This work is based on an integrative review of the literature in the following databases: Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL), Latin America and the Caribbean Literature on Health and Science (Lilacs), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (Medline) and Web of Science. Despite the fact that few articles refer to the issue in question, there is evidence indicating that health demands and needs are seldom taken into account either in a quantitative or qualitative approach when developing the organization of HC services. The analysis would indicate that there is a national and international deficit in the supply of HC services considering the demand for health care and needs currently prevailing.

    Abstract: The object of this study was the everyday health of young individuals considering that their experiences are not contemplated in the health actions. The objective is to analyze the juvenile lifestyles learning the meanings and senses of health in their everyday life. This is a qualitative investigation, founded on dialectics, based on everyday life sociology. This study was developed in a popular neighborhood of Belo Horizonte, and was structured into an exploratory and interpretative phase, with nineteen young individuals as subjects. Through hermeneutics and dialectics analysis, the thesis was confirmed. The health actions present in the young individuals' everyday life consider the resources and constitutive aspects of the juvenile condition, which is still poorly contemplated in the health area propositions. In the everyday life of the young indidivuals, there is an expressiveness of the lifestyles and juvenile condition in which health reveals for their well being and for the basic conditions to lead life. The prevalent health conception is centered on behaviors and corporeity. In order to promote juvenile health it is necessary to consider the juvenile lifestyles and interact with them on an everyday basis. Health care actions occupy a (in) visible space in the youngsters' lives and interact with their priorities in their experience of the juvenile condition. This study revealed the importance of proposing health care actions in the micro areas and in the territory in which this condition is expressed.

    Abstract: Problem: the complexity of care to children and adolescents with myelomeningocele, and the need for continuity in the home, represents a challenge for the caregiver. Aim: to analyze the continuity of care at home for children and adolescents with myelomeningocele. Method: a descriptive exploratory study using a qualitative methodology and theoretical and methodological framework of dialectics. Data were collected from 16 families, made up of children and adolescents with myelomeningocele and their mothers, through interviews and observation from May to August 2015. The observation took place during three home visits to each family. The interview was conducted during the first home visit. The data were submitted for thematic content analysis. Preliminary results: families have low income and face social challenges related to accessibility and to the acquisition of materials for care.

    Abstract: Estudio cualitativo de tipo descriptivo y exploratorio realizado en dos cursos de enfermería con el objeto de analizar los puntos de referencia de la promoción de la salud en la formación del enfermero. Se entrevistaron a 19 coordinadores, profesores, estudiantes y profesionales de las áreas que participan en la educación y formación del personal de enfermería. Los resultados indican que existe vaguedad conceptual de la promoción de la salud y la prevención de agravamientos en esta formación. El concepto de promoción de la salud está asociado a prácticas de divulgación que se centran en la calidad de vida basada en un concepto amplio y complejo de la salud, incipientes en el ámbito de la asistencia de la salud. Se concluyó que la promoción de la salud se convierte en un instrumento de decisión política que permite realizar cambios en la educación de enfermería puesta de manifiesto en los proyectos de estudio de las instituciones que se enmarcan en esta investigación. Sin embargo, debido a su formulación teórica, esta incorporación es incipiente y heterogénea, confirmando que existe la necesidad de ampliar los espacios para el análisis conceptual dentro del círculo de relaciones que hacen aportes a la producción de la salud y al proceso de formación.

    Abstract: The study examines the incorporation of the interdisciplinary approach in two nursing courses in Brazil that pursue UNI Projects. It is a descriptive, qualitative study, using historical dialectic materialism as its theoretical framework. Its purpose was to examine the changes that have taken place in the teaching of the nursing courses, with emphasis on interdisciplinarity. The primary data was gathered using interviews by focus groups, teachers and students of the courses and nurses in service. The secondary sources were obtained through an examination of curriculums and other documents available in these schools. It was found that the courses are using interdisciplinarity as a strategy to substitute the organization of the curriculum by subject. The teachers described the difficulties of working from this point of view, indicating biological training as one of the determinants of this difficulty. They concluded that the emphasis on interdisciplinarity and team work has demanded the adoption of active teaching methods and has contributed to the change to the nursing teaching model in the university investigated.
