    Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of (1) Taxation Understanding on the Compliance of Personal MSME Taxpayers, (2) Taxpayers Perception Regarding Application of Amendment to PP No.46 of 2013 become PP No.23 of 2018 on the Compliance of Personal MSME Taxpayers, (3) Taxation Understanding on Tax Sanctions, (4) Taxpayers Perception about the Implementation of Amendment to PP No.46 of 2013 become PP No.23 of 2018 on Tax Sanctions, and (5) Tax Sanctions on Compliance of Personal MSME Taxpayers in Pekanbaru. The data was analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study indicate taxation understanding and taxpayer perceptions about the application of the amendment to PP No. 46 of 2013 become PP No. 23 of 2018 does not significantly affect Personal MSME Taxpayers. Taxation understanding and taxpayer perceptions about the application of the amendment to PP No. 46 of 2013 become PP No. 23 of 2018 has a significant effect on tax sanctions. Taxation sanctions significantly influence individual Personal MSME Taxpayers.

    Abstract: This research aims to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Operating Expenses to Operating Income Ratio (BOPO), Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Non-Performing Loan Ratio (NPL) variables on ROA and Stock Return of Banks That Listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this research is all banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. At the same time, the samples are 30 companies. The sampling uses the purposive sampling method. Secondary data was obtained in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Yahoo! Finance. The independent variables used are CAR, BOPO, LDR, NIM, and NPL. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis by SmartPLS software. This research indicates that the LDR, NIM, and NPL variables have a significant effect on ROA. The CAR, BOPO, and NPL variables have a significant effect on Stock Return. The predictive ability of the independent variables (CAR, BOPO, LDR, NIM, and NPL) on ROA is 59.5%, as indicated by the value of Adjusted R Square is 59.5%, while the remaining is 40.5% influenced by other variables not included in this research. The independent variables (CAR, BOPO, NIM, and NPL) on Stock Returns have 13.3% of Adjusted R Square while the remaining is 86.7% influenced by other variables.

    Abstract: This study raises the issue of whether the Minnesota model in solving university selection physics questions gets the right results in terms of answers and time. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using the Minnesota problem-solving model for the accuracy of answers and time in solving physics problems. The type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods. The population of this study was students of class XI from senior high school in Banda Aceh. The sample in this study was two classes. There was the experimental class and control class. Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling. The approach used is a quantitative approach with the type of experimental research. The data was collected using a written test technique and data processing using an analysis of the effectiveness of the accuracy of the answers using an assessment rubric that has been validated and using t-test statistics, as well as the effectiveness of the use of time analysis based on the average time use of the two classes. The results of the data analysis showed that the average value of the experimental class using the Minnesota problem-solving model was higher than the control class, and the experimental class’s time usage was faster than the control class. It was stated that the Minnesota problem-solving model was effectively used in solving physics problems.

    Abstract: School head master leadership has an important role in improving teacher’s competence. The purpose of this study is to know the program of the school headmaster in improving the teacher’s competence, the strategy and the policy of head master in improving the competence of teachers. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The data were collected from interviews, observations, and documentations. The subject of the study were the school head master, vice of the school head master, senior teacher, chairman of MGMPs, and teachers. The results show that (1) the school head master program is structured as a reference to enhance the competence of teachers, which is implemented on the teachers empowerment. The empowerment of the teachers program is implemented through engaging the teachers as decision maker and training them to be responsible for the school development through formulating program by teachers and school staffs. (2) the the principal strategy to improve the competence of teachers conducted through some efforts such as training the teachers and skill for the teachers, giving motivation and guiding discipline education. (3)the policy of the school head master in improving the teachers competence being carried out was by involving the teachers in arranging vision and mission, the school target, formulate the school curriculum. The school head master give the opportunity to the teachers to be actively participate, open minded, and cooperate in reaching the school vision.

    Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine the impact of using a problem-based Student Worksheet (SWS) on improving problem-solving skills (PSS) in terms of student Learning Outcomes (LO). The research used a quantitative approach, quasi-experimental method, and the One Group Pretest-Posttest design research. The research sample also involved 31 high school students for the experimental class and 31 for the control class. The research has three variables: problem-based SWS, problem-solving skills (PSS), and Student Learning Outcomes (LO). The problem-solving skill instrument uses five essay questions, and the LO uses 20 multiple choice questions, both of which were developed by the researcher. Data analysis used the N-Gain formula to obtain information on the increase in PSS and LO. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the effect of implementing SWS was very significant on students’ PSS and LO. In addition, the application of SWS also affects students’ LO, and some students with high or low LO scores also have high PSS scores or vice versa. Inference from this study, it is hoped that teachers as educators will try to direct students to get used to solving physics problems using a five-stage problem-solving model.

    Abstract: In this case it refers to Budy Teratak's business/business in an effort to provide quality party decoration rental services to customer satisfaction. Research finds Gap Theory, Research problems and solutions. This study aims to find out how Budy Teratak's efforts to provide quality party decoration rental services influence customer satisfaction. Budy Teratak became the object of research because of its uniqueness or differences from other competitors. In general, the hypothesis explains that technological advances, developments and digital modernization pose challenges for business people, including Budy Teratak. the implementation was carried out in South Labuhanbatu district, Kotapinang sub-district. The research methodology is qualitative with observation, interviews accompanied by documentation studies, where the focus of this research is to explore the specific problems of the research subjects from all aspects of personality related to the research object. The results show that Budy Teratak always tries to update products/features according to market needs In the development of the times, even though there are obstacles including the Covid-19 pandemic, his party can solve problems and find solutions in a cooperative way between workers and owner Budy Teratak. Dalam hal ini merujuk pada usaha/bisnis Budy Teratak dalam upaya memberikan kualitas jasa sewa dekorasi pesta terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian menemukan Gap Theory, Masalah penelitian dan solusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya Budy Teratak memberikan kualitas pelayanan jasa sewa dekorasi pesta untuk memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan, Budy Teratak menjadi objek penelitian karena ada keunikan atau perbedaan dari kompetitor lainnya. Pada umumnya hipotesis menjelaskan bahwa kemajuan teknologi, perkembangan zaman dan modernisasi digital memberi tantangan bagi para pelaku bisnis termasuk Budy Teratak. pelaksanaannya dilakukan di kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan kecamatan Kotapinang. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan observasi, Wawancara disertai studi dokumentasi, dimana Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali permasalahan spesifik subjek penelitian dari segala aspek kepribadian yang berkaitan dengan objek penelitian, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Budy Teratak selalu berupaya melakukan pembaruan produk/fitur sesuai kebutuhan pasar dan perkembangan zaman, kendati terdapat kendala termasuk pandemi covid-19 tetapi pihaknya bisa memecahkan masalah dan menemukan solusi dengan cara koorperatif antar pekerja dengan owner Budy Teratak.

    Abstract:   If we examine the existence of sharia insurance companies in Indonesia, they have existed for approximately 24 years until now and continue to experience growth from year to year. Although it has undergone many developments, there are still many people who are not interested or are still reluctant to use sharia insurance services for various reasons, of course this is a challenge for sharia insurance companies to be able to maximize the expansion of their products so that they can be of interest to the wider community. Qualitative method as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and observable behavior. Public interest in PRUCinta Products has increased within a period of 1 (one) year. Fostering public interest in PT. Sharia Prudential Insurance, has several factors that influence people's interest in sharia insurance products, namely (1) products marketed to the public, (2) Promotions carried out by agencies (3) People's income has no influence when the community becomes sharia prudential customers because the number of Premiums can be adjusted according to the prospective customer's income. Promotional activities are not only carried out through agencies but also seminars for people who don't really understand insurance. The promotional strategies carried out by the agency and advertisements that we can see on television, gadgets, and others. Keywords: insurance, interest, product

    Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the Underwriting Process for the Surety Bond Financing Kafalah Product at PT Penjamina Jamkrindo Syariah Medan.This creates a healthy competitive environment between contractors and prevents the emergence of an unfair competition climate, such as monopoly, which may be carried out by principals/contractors with very large sums of money. Equitable regional development across Indonesia may result in a just and successful society, and it is inextricably linked to development projects. In Indonesia, a presidential edict stipulates that any development project procurement must not only satisfy administrative requirements, but also give assurances. PT. Jamkrindo Syariah is one of the insurance businesses that may provide surety bonds. To get a surety bond guarantee, the principal must submit the required papers to PT. Jamkrindo Syariah, which must then go through an underwriting procedure to assess whether the project is feasible. If possible, a policy will be given; otherwise, PT. Jamkrindo Syariah will send the principal a refusal letter. Keywords : Surety Bond, Underwriting
