    Abstract: Kawasan Taman Nasional Komodo dan sekitarnya merupakan salah satu kawasan strategis nasional. Penetapan kawasan ini dikarenakan kawasan Taman Nasional Komodo dan sekitarnya yang terletak di Pulau Flores dan Pulau Sumbawa memiliki potensi dan nilai penting strategis untukdikembangkan sebagai penggerak ekonomi nasional berbasis perlindungan keanekaragaman hayati. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji nilai penting dan strategis nasional rencana zonasi kawasanstrategis Taman Nasional Komodo. Data primer dan sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Metode penentuan nilai penting dan strategis nasional yang diwujudkan dalam struktur dan pola ruang RencanaZonasi Kawasan Strategis Nasional (RZ KSN) menggunakan teknik analisis multikriteria yang terdiri dari kebijakan yang bersifat mutlak, scoring/pembobotan dan kesepakatan para pihak. Hasil analisispola ruang laut bernilai penting dan strategis nasional, terdiri dari: Kawasan Pemanfaatan Umum (Pariwisata, Pelabuhan, Pelabuhan Perikanan, Pengelolaan Energi) dan Kawasan Konservasi yangberupa Kawasan Konservasi Perairan, Pesisir dan Pulau-pulau Kecil dan Taman Nasional Komodo yang merupakan inti dari KSN Taman Nasional Komodo serta Alur Laut. Analisis Nilai Penting dan Strategis Nasional yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan Perencanaan Ruang Laut yang bertujuan untuk: (i) mewujudkan kawasan yang dikembangkan untuk perlindungan dan pelestarian Taman Nasional Komodo dan konservasi perairan; dan (ii) kawasan yang berdaya saing berbasis pengelolaan SumberDaya Kelautan dan pariwisata dengan prinsip berkelanjutan untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil Kajian direkomendasikan menjadi bahan utama dalam penyusunan Rancangan Peraturan Presiden danpengaturannya dapat dilaksanakan dalam satu ketetapan berupa Peraturan Presiden tentang Rencana Tata Ruang dan Rencana Zonasi Kawasan Strategis Nasional Taman Nasional Komodo.Title: National Strategic and Important Value For Zoning Planof the Komodo National Park The Komodo National Park area and its surroundings are some of the national strategic areas. The designation of this area is due to its location on Flores Island and Sumbawa Island which have potential and importance value to encourage national economy based on biodiversity protection. The research aimed to examine the national strategic and important value of the zoning plan of the Komodo National Park strategic area. Primary and secondary data were used in this study. The method to determine national strategic and important value is embodied in the spatial structure and pattern of the National Strategic Area Zoning Plan (RZ KSN). It used a multi criteria analysis technique consisting of absolute policies, scoring/weighting, and agreement of the parties. The results of the analysis of marine space pattern for national strategic and important value consisted of public areas (tourism, ports, fisheries ports,and energy management) and conservation areas including marine conservation areas for coastal and small Islands, and Komodo National Park which are the core of the National Strategic Area, and the SeaLanes. The analysis of national important and strategic values suggested marine spatial planning that aims to: (i) develop protection and conservation of the Komodo National Park and marine conservationareas; and (ii) establish competitive region based on management of sustainable marine resources and tourism for the welfare of the community. The results of the Study are recommended to be the main ideas in the drafting of the presidential regulation and its arrangements can be carried out in one stipulation in the form of a Presidential Regulation on Spatial Planning and Zoning Plans for the Strategic NationalArea of Komodo National Park.

Therefore important to evaluate the impact of fishing capture on the size and length of fishSpawning potential ratio of skipjack relatively low and potential medium impact on risk sustainability AbstractWhen data is limited, management measurement from fisheries makes it possible to use natural history data to analyze the potential spawning ratio (SPR). This research aimed to determine skipjack fish management measure from the Indian Ocean landed at Cilacap Fishing Port through the SPR approach. The study was conducted in December 2014 to March 2015 using length and reproduction data. The analysis consisted of the size structure, growth rate, and asymptotic length that were analyzed using FISAT II program and length at fifty percent maturity (Lm50). The SPR analysis used SPR software from the application in http://barefootecologist.com.au/lbspr. The size distributions of skipjack obtained were a length of 220-790 mm and an average dominant length of 311-371 mm. The asymptotic length obtained was 831.57 mm, with growth rate and natural mortality of 1.1 and 1.44 per year respectively. The population proportion of 50% reaching gonad maturity (Lm50) was found at a length of 494.75 mm and (Lm95 = 522.39 mm) with an M/k ratio of 1.309. The length selectivity level was caught 50% (SL50 = 317.36 mm) and 95% (SL95 = 373.1 mm). The spawning potential ratio (SPR) ranged from 2-4 with an average of 4% during observation. The SPR potential, which is lower from the standardized threshold of 40%, indicates many young fish populations are caught, and the potential for overfishing is high, high risk, and low sustainability.

    Abstract: The pet trade in aquatic animals is known to be one of the main sources of non-native species worldwide. Freshwater decapod crustaceans have increased in popularity as ornamentals in the last two decades. Freshwater crabs of the genus Limnopilos were discovered by hobby aquarists and introduced on the market in 2008. They are generally considered interesting additions to an aquarium, but information about their living requirements are scarce. Additionally, their invasive potential is not known. Here, we present a survey of the availability of Limnopilos crabs on the market in Europe and North America and analyzed the invasive potential of all species from the genus based on climate matching from a global perspective. The only species recorded in the pet trade is L. naiyanetri, but future introduction of other species is discussed. Certain tropical regions were identified as the most suitable for the potential establishment of Limnopilos crabs including the northern part of South America, and L. microrhynchus was evaluated as the highest risk species. In this pilot study, we also suggest some points to be answered regarding further improving the risk assessment and also recommend continuous monitoring of the market for ornamental decapods.

    Abstract:  Kelompok ikan retain dari perikanan tuna juga termasuk kelompok komersial utama yang juga banyak dimanfaatkan. Penurunan hook rate tuna juga turut mempengaruhi perikanan tuna termasuk hasil tangkapan samping lainnya.  Untuk itu penelitian kerentanan kelompok retain ini juga perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui potensi berkelanjutannya. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli 2013 di Sendangbiru Malang, Bitung, Wakatobi, dan Kendari. Data yang dikumpulkan dan kemudian dianalisis adalah produkitivitas dan susceptabilitas menurut kriteria MSC (Marine Steward Council). Indek kerentanan dievaluasi dari indek jarak (Index Jaccard). Hasil tangkapan ikan retain dari perikanan tuna adalah ikan cakalang (Katsuwonus pelamis), ikan lemadang (Coryphaena hippurus), dan baby tuna (Thunnus albacores).  Nilai produktivitas berkisar 1.43-2,14 tergolong sedang sampai tinggi dan susceptibilitas 1,13-1,48. Tingkat kerentanan ikan retain berkisar 86,3-96,2 yang tergolong rentan rendah (low risk) dan potensial berkelanjutan.

    Abstract: Multi-criteria analysis has been used widely in the conservation project, especially in the assessment of coastal zones and small islands. In its application to the conservation area, Kapoposang was developing a multi-criteria approach to determine the no-take zone, utilization zone, and sustainable fisheries zone. The multi-criteria approach in Kapoposang constructed by biophysics, ecology, economy and social aspect. Decisions were taken after aggregate analysis of all criteria (Brawn et al 2001) done. The results obtained that the suitable island for the no-take zone is Kapoposang and Suranti Island. Tambakulu Island and Pemangangan were selected as a buffer zone. Finally, the sustainable fisheries zones are Papandangan and Gondongbali island. The spatial analysis of all regional boundaries determined by the three zones reached a total area of 50011.35 ha. Analisis spasial  dari semua  semua wilayah dikaji tercatat total luas wilayah mencapai 50011.35 ha.  Sehingga kemudin rencana aksi konservasi dirancang ditiap zon sesuai dengan perbedaan karakternya serta fungsi.Kata kunci : Zonasi, Multi Kriteria, Konservasi, Kepulauan Kapoposang, Rencana Pengelolaan

    Abstract: Tingkat kesejahteraan nelayan dapat ditentukan dari hasil tangkapan yang didapatkan dari kegiatan perikanan. Tinggi rendahnya hasil tangkapan salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh musim penangkapan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi produksi hasil tangkapan berdasarkan musim, serta menentukan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2019 di PPP Labuan, Banten dan PPP Lempasing, Bandar Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode stratified random sampling berdasarkan strata menurut nelayan skala kecil (dibawah 10 GT) dan nelayan skala besar (diatas 10 GT) yang terdiri dari nakhoda, juru kapal, dan anak buah kapal (ABK) sebanyak 30 nelayan. Produksi hasil tangkapan ikan di Selat Sunda berbeda-beda pada setiap musim. Musim puncak terjadi antara bulan Mei hingga Agustus, dan musim paceklik terjadi pada bulan November hingga Februari, serta selebihnya musim sedang atau peralihan. Tingkat kesejahteraan nelayan di Selat Sunda yaitu pada tingkat kesejahteraan yang tinggi (56.67 persen) dan sedang (43.33 persen). Nelayan dengan tingkat kesejahteraan tinggi lebih banyak terdapat pada nelayan kapal skala besar (diatas 10 GT) dan yang bertugas sebagai nakhoda dan juru kapal.

    Abstract: AbstractBumbang bay is one of the lobster fishing areas in Central Lombok District, where fishing is carried out at all times and has the potential to disrupt the sustainability of the population in the future. Data is collected from the stock of lobster stocks that are still in fishing cages. Potential risks and fishing pressure could be assessed through length and weight, growth, structure size and potential recruitment analysis. The results of the study found 6 species of lobsters, of which are 2 dominant species were pearl lobster (45.5%) and sand lobster (44.5%) of the total catch. The Length and weight relationship have a negative allometric pattern which is (pearls lobster b = 2.04 and sand lobster = 1.2). The growth rate is relatively slow with a growth rate coefficient of 0.2-0.49 per year. Therefore, recruitment per biomass from the population is also low and exploitation rate about 0.6. The population growth and recruitment relatively low and increasing the exploitation rate, potential to unsustainable of the lobster population in the future.AbstrakPerairan Teluk Bumbang adalah salah satu pusat perikanan lobster di Lombok Tengah, dimana penangkapan dilakukan setiap waktu dan berpotensi mengganggu keberlanjutan populasi dimasa yang akan datang. Potensi risiko dan tekanan penangkapan dapat dikaji melalui analisis panjang dan bobot, pertumbuhan, struktur ukuran dan potensi recruitment. Hasil penelitian ditemukan sebanyak 6 jenis lobster, dimana 2 jenis dominan yaitu lobster mutiara (45,5%) dan lobter pasir 44,5% dari total tangkapan. Hubungan panjang dan berat memiliki pola allometrik negatif (lobster mutiara b=2,04 dan lobster pasir =1,2). Pertumbuhan tergolong lambat dengan koefisien laju pertumbuhan 0,2-0,49 per tahun. Begitu juga recruitment per biomass dari populasi juga rendah dan eksploitasi tergolong tinggi yaitu 0,6. Kemampuan tumbuh yang lambat dengan recruitment yang rendah serta eksploitasi tinggi, potensial menganggu keberlanjutan populasi lobster dimasa yang akan datang.

For sustainability, in the long term, needed a management strategy that complies with measurable fish population indicators. This effort is a part of the precautionary approach in fiseries management in related exploitation. This research was conducted in Labuan fishing port performed for more than 8 months and then analyzed with population parameters. Composite analysis by multi-criteria approaches found that the average score of Torpedo scad is 1.48 and then grouped as moderate sustainability. Schooling fish, including torpedo scad has been moderate until high sustainability levels. Overall population status in this area refer to moderate potential risk and needs a precautionary approach on management.
