Abstract:
Versorgungsforscher_innen beschäftigen sich mit den Akteur_innen, Strukturen und Auswirkungen von Gesundheitsversorgung. Dies umfasst z. B. die Frage, wie soziale Faktoren, Finanzierungssysteme, Organisationsstrukturen, Technologien und persönliche Verhaltensweisen sich auf die Akteure und Ergebnisse des Versorgungsprozesses auswirken. Im Zuge dessen finden auch qualitative Methoden, die das Handeln von Menschen unter ihren jeweiligen Lebensbedingungen und nicht im klinisch-experimentellen Kontext betrachten, Anwendung. Gruppenverfahren gehören dabei zu den grundlegenden Erhebungszugängen der qualitativen Versorgungsforschung. Um die Potenziale von Gruppenverfahren (Gruppendiskussion bzw. Fokusgruppen) innerhalb der Versorgungsforschung sichtbar zu machen, sollen diese im Rahmen von 2 Artikeln in ihren Facetten und bezogen auf die Anwendung in der Versorgungsforschung dargestellt werden. Wir möchten mit diesem ersten Artikel Versorgungsforscher_innen dazu anregen, über bestimmte Fragen zu Wahl und Varianten der Methode sowie zur Planung von Gruppenverfahren nachzudenken, wie z. B. Stichprobenbildung und Gruppenzusammensetzung, aber auch die konkrete Datenerhebung und Aspekte des Datenschutzes. Im (in Vorbereitung befindlichen) Folgeartikel zum Thema Gruppendiskussion wird eine theoretische Betrachtung des Begriffs der ‚Gruppe‘ ebenso im Fokus stehen wie die Moderation, unterschiedliche mögliche Auswertungsverfahren/-strategien und der Bereich der qualitativen Online-Forschung.
