Abstract:
Recently, natural disasters have occurred frequently which usually cause great damage to communication links. Emergency communication technology is the key technology to connecting the emergency site and the command center under the condition of communication system collapse, and it plays an extremely important role in the process of emergency rescue. Based on the disaster scene of the electric power system, this paper fully considers the extreme conditions of power outages, network disconnection, and traffic interruption at the emergency site, and proposes an emergency communication link construction scheme. After the pilot test, the scheme proposed in this paper can quickly restore the network signal coverage of the emergency site, and establish the communication link between the command center and the emergency site which can provide a reliable communication guarantee for power emergency rescue operations.
