Abstract:
What's already known: Transplacental treatment of fetal tachycardia is possible with a variety of anti‐arrhythmics. What this study adds: Digoxin is less effective than either flecainide or sotalol for conversion of fetal tachycardia to sinus rhythm. The superiority of flecainide and sotalol in converting fetal tachycardia is greatest in the presence of hydrops fetalis. Flecainide is superior to both digoxin and sotalol in converting atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia.
