    Abstract: Đặc trưng và biến động nguồn lợi động vật đáy thủy vực Nha Phu được xác định thông qua việc tổng hợp các tư liệu nghiên cứu trước đây và qua 2 chuyến điều tra khảo sát vào  năm 2012 và 2015. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã xác định được thành phần các đối tượng nguồn lợi khai thác tự nhiên, bao gồm  thân mềm (15 loài) cao gấp 1,5 lần giáp xác nhưng sản lượng giáp xác luôn chiếm ưu thế (chiếm từ 68 - 100% tổng sản lượng động vật đáy tùy theo thời gian). Trong đó Portunus pelagicus (Ghẹ Xanh) (chiếm từ 53 - 74% tổng sản lượng giáp xác) và nguồn giống Tôm Hùm (Panulirus spp.) chiếm ưu thế trong các loại nguồn giống. Đa số nguồn lợi động vật đáy thuộc nhóm sống trên mặt đáy, sinh sống ở vùng dưới triều, đáy cát. Sản lượng nguồn lợi động vật đáy có chiều hướng suy giảm nghiêm trọng. Nguyên nhân có thể do suy giảm diện tích rừng ngập mặn, sự gia tăng phương tiện và ngư cụ khai thác mang tính hủy diệt và tận thu như xiết điện và lưới lồng.

    Abstract: Con Dao archipelago located in the southeastern waters of Vietnam at 8037’ – 8048’ N and  106032’ - 106045’ E is characterised by diverse terrestrial and marine ecosystems. Coral reefs occupy the area around  1000 ha  with more than 320 hard corals species recorded. A catastrophe causing mass mortally of corals and reef  leaving features occurred in October 2005. Almost coral reefs in the northeastern waters of the archipelago was impacted, indicating mortality of corals ranking from 20% to nearly 100%. The mass mortality is more  serious in reef flats in comparison with that in reef slopes. All hard corals of genera Acropora, Leptoria,  Platygyra, Montipora and Porites died in reef flats meanwhile Galaxea is more resilient to the impact.  Almost non-movable benthic invertebrates also died and density of reef fish decreased seriously on  impacted reefs.The analysis of water samples and the data recorded by the Station of Meteorology and Hydrology at Con  Dao showed the reason of the catastrophe. Water temperature in Con Dao increased with temperature more  than 300C in lots of days during October, especially more than 310C on 11th and  12th October. In the same time, salinity also reduced with value less than 25%o in 7 days. Combination impact of these two factors  were considered as the reason for mass mortality in the event. A hypothesis that fresh water from river  mouths of the Mekong river system was dispersed to the archipelago during this period was recommended for further surveys.

    Abstract: The characterization of the benthic animal resouces at the De Gi lagoon was determined by four investigations and surveys from 2009 - 2011 and 2015. The results have pointed out 10 benthic animal species that have primarily economic value at the De Gi lagoon including: 5 Bivalvia species, 1 Gastropoda species, 4 Crustacea species. Bivalve group possesses 64% of the entire commercial yield of benthic animal (1,037.5 tons/year), Gari elongata possesses 71% of the entire bivalve yield  and possesses 45% of the entire commercial yield of benthic animal. The seed yield of bivalves group (Crassostrea cf. lugubris) possesses 87% of the entire seed yield of benthic animal (4,133,600 individuals/year). Penaeus monodon is the special benthic animal resource of De Gi lagoon. The majority of benthic animal resources are epifauna, inhabit tidal area and concentrate in sandy tidal flats. The results of this study will provide the scientific basis for further studies on the trophic relationship, food web and data for planning, zoning and appropriate priexploitation of fisheries resources.

    Abstract: Đặc trưng nguồn lợi sinh vật đáy các vùng nước đầm miền Trung được xác định thông qua 10 chuyến điều tra khảo sát từ năm 2008 - 2013. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã xác định được 18 loài sinh vật đáy có giá trị kinh tế chủ yếu, trong đó gồm: 8 loài hai mảnh vỏ (Bivalvia), 2 loài chân bụng (Gastropoda) và 8 loài giáp xác (Crustacea). Nhóm hai mảnh vỏ chiếm ưu thế về sản lượng ở Đề Gi và Thị Nại nhưng ở Nha Phu và Thủy Triều thì nhóm giáp xác lại chiếm ưu thế. Sản lượng sinh vật đáy của 4 đầm trên tập trung chủ yếu vào 5 loài gồm: Gari elongata (Đề Gi), Glauconome chinensis và Potamocorbula cf. laevis (Thị Nại), Portunus pelagicus (Nha Phu và Thủy Triều). Đa số nguồn lợi sinh vật đáy thuộc nhóm sống vùi, sinh sống ở vùng triều và tập trung chủ yếu ở đáy cát. Kết quả nghiên cứu này cung cấp cơ sở khoa học cho việc nghiên cứu sâu hơn về chuỗi, lưới thức ăn và cung cấp dữ liệu cho quy hoạch, phân vùng và khai thác nguồn lợi thủy sản hợp lý.

    Abstract: Relations between economic zoobenthos species and ecological characteristics of Thi Nai lagoon were reported as results of three surveys carried out during 2014–2015. The results have pointed out 11 zoobenthos species that have primarily economic value at the Thi Nai lagoon (5 bivalve species, 5 crustacea species and 1 gastropoda species). Bivalve group possesses 91% of the entire commercial yield of benthic animal (7,456.9 tons/year), in which Glauconome chinensis and Gari elongata possess dominatingly (possess 90% of the entire commercial yield of bivalves: 6,817 tons/year). Bivalve and gastropoda groups were found in correlation with sandy sediment and mangroves but crustacea group was found in correlation with muddy sand sediments and seagrass. The results of this study will conntribute the scientific basis for further studies on the trophic relationship, food web and data for planning, zoning and appropriate exploitation of fisheries resources.
