    Abstract: Đặt vấn đề: Ung thư cổ tử cung là một trong những bệnh lý ác tính thường gặp từ độ tuổi trên 30 và là nguyên nhân gây tử vong đứng thứ hai trong những bệnh lý phụ khoa, đứng hàng thứ 5 so với các bệnh lý ung thư chung. Nhiều nghiên cứu cho thấy, nhiễm virus Human Papilloma (HPV) là nguyên nhân hàng đầu gây ung thư cổ tử cung và có đến 90-100% ung thư cổ tử cung cho kết quả HPV dương tính. Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: (1) Xác định tỷ lệ có kiến thức đúng về bệnh ung thư cổ tử cung của sinh viên y khoa hệ chính quy năm thứ 2 tại Trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ; (2) Xác định tỷ lệ có kiến thức đúng về HPV của sinh viên y khoa hệ chính quy năm thứ 2 tại Trường Đại Học Y Dược Cần Thơ. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang mô tả sử dụng bộ câu hỏi tự điền ở sinh viên ngành Y khoa hệ chính quy năm thứ 2, từ ngày 12 tháng 01 năm 2022 đến 01 tháng 07 năm 2022 được tổng cộng 234 mẫu. Kết quả: Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy rằng tỷ lệ sinh viên có kiến thức đúng về bệnh ung thư cổ tử cung là 97,9%; tỷ lệ sinh viên có kiến thức đúng về HPV là 91%. Kết luận: Sinh viên ngành Y khoa hệ chính quy năm hai tại trường Đại học Y Dược Cần Thơ có kiến thức tốt về bệnh ung thư cổ tử cung và HPV.

    Abstract: Với sự phát triển của đô thị cùng với tiến bộ của khoa học công nghệ, không gian dưới lòng đất có thể sử dụng với nhiều chức năng và mục đích khác nhau (như thương mại, dịch vụ, công cộng, hạ tầng kỹ thuật…), và các công trình này được liên kết chặt chẽ với nhau và với công trình, cơ sở vật chất bên trên bề mặt đất. Quy hoạch không gian ngầm là tổ chức không gian xây dựng dưới mặt đất để xây dựng các công trình bao gồm: Công trình công cộng ngầm, công trình giao thông ngầm, các công trình đầu mối kỹ thuật ngầm và phần ngầm của các công trình xây dựng trên mặt đất, công trình đường dây, cáp, đường ống kỹ thuật ngầm, hào và tuy nen kỹ thuật. Bài báo trình bày một số vấn đề về quy hoạch không gian ngầm cho phát triển đô thị tại thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.

    Abstract: Research aims: The research aims to evaluate several factors of organizational culture affecting the organizational commitment of employees in logistics enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam).Design/Methodology/Approach: The data were collected based on a survey of respondents who were employees working at logistics enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. The collected data, consisting of 227 survey questionnaires, were described through statistical analysis, checking Cronbach’s Alpha reliability assessment, employing Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), and testing the fit of the research model. Research findings: The results showcased that five components had a statistically significant impact on an employee’s organizational commitment, including (from high to low impact in order) consistency in governance policy, communication within the organization, training and development, rewards and recognition, and teamwork.Theoretical contribution/Originality: The study contributes to and supplements the array of organizational culture topics related to the commitment of employees at companies.Practitioner/Policy implication: The research contributes to the logistics companies' understanding of how to improve the organizational culture to maintain the loyalty of employees in the organization.Research limitation/Implication: The research limitation is that only Ho Chi Minh City logistics enterprises were chosen for the survey. However, there are many cities in Vietnam where logistics companies are located. Thus, the other research can be implemented in other regions in Vietnam and other countries for future studies.

    Abstract: Plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) technique is well known to use for modifying the surface of valve metal such as Al, Mg and Ti, which improves mechanical and corrosion resistance properties. PEO is an electrochemical process of oxidation by creating micro-discharges on the surface of metal immersed in an electrolyte under applying a high voltage. Electrolyte used in PEO process is almost based on alkali ions such as Na ion. The report on PEO process using free-alkali ion is very rare. In this study, the oxide layer on 6061 Al alloy was produced in a free-alkali ion electrolyte containing calcium phosphate and ammonia water by PEO method. Microstructure, micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of PEO coated were investigated and discussed. Surface morphology analysis indicated the coating characterized by micro-pores, pan-cakes like, and micro-crakes with pore size and percentage of pores on coating surface are smaller than 1 mm and 2.5 %, respectively. Micro-hardness and corrosion resistance of PEO coated are greatly improved compared to the bare Al alloy. Free-alkali-ions in oxide layer coated on Al alloy is important for many applications today.

    Abstract: Plasma electrolytic oxidation (PEO) has earned much attention due to its powerful and easy formation of hard and corrosion-resistant oxide layers on valve metals, such as Al alloys. Here we report the effects of current density (CD) on microstructure and properties of coatings on 6061 Al alloy by PEO using direct current mode. The electrolyte contains the chemicals of Na2SiO3, Na2WO4´2H2O, and NaH2PO2´H2O. The CDs adopted 5.0, 7.5, 10.0, and 12.5 A/dm2, respectively, for a fixed PEO time of 30 min. The thickness, surface morphology, phase composition, hardness, and corrosion resistance of PEO coatings as the function of the applied CD have been studied and discussed. Studied results show the coating thickness is proportional to the applied CD. When the applied CD increases 2.5 times from 5.0 to 12.5 A/dm2, the growth rate of oxide layers increased by more than 3.5 times, from 0.423 to 1.493 μm/min, respectively. SEM images are characterized by a reduction in the ratio of agglomerate-bumps-region/flatten-region as applied CD increases. However, cracks and larger pores appear when the applied CD is higher than 10.0 A/dm2. X-ray diffraction pattern shows that the main phases of Al, g-Al2O3, α-Al2O3, and W are contained in all coatings. PEO coated sample has the highest hardness of 1290 HV and highest polarization resistance of 8.80 ´ 106 Wcm2 obtained at applied CD 10 A/dm2 which shows the best performance of the coating. The variation in coating performance is explained by microstructure details, specifically phases, compositions of oxide-layers, and micro-pores and cracks.

    Abstract: Nấm đông trùng hạ thảo chứa các hợp chất có hoạt tính sinh học có tác dụng tốt đến sức khỏe con người. Nghiên cứu hướng đến việc hoàn thiện quy trình công nghệ và thiết kế tủ vi khí hậu để nuôi nấm đông trùng hạ thảo, đưa sản phẩm tiếp cận rộng rãi đến người tiêu dùng và giảm giá thành sản phẩm nuôi trồng. Nghiên cứu thực hiện tính toán, thiết kế tủ nuôi tạo lập môi trường nhân tạo quy mô hộ gia đình có sản lượng nuôi 1 kg nấm đông trùng hạ thảo tươi Cordyceps militaris trong mỗi đợt nuôi trồng cùng với các thông số môi trường trong tủ nuôi có nhiệt độ đạt 20°C - 21.3 °C, độ ẩm tương đối của không khí phạm vi 78% - 92% và cường độ chiếu sáng phạm vi 500lx - 1000lx.

    Abstract: In this study, p-type transparent tin oxide (SnO2) based semiconductor thin films were deposited onto glass substrates by sol-gel dip-coating method using samarium-trifluoride (SmF3) as acceptor dopant. The films were prepared by co-doping 2 mol.% of SmF3 into SnO2 (SFTO), followed by annealing temperature at 475 °C. XRD analysis results showed that the films exhibited the tetragonal rutile SnO2 phase. The p-type conductance of the SFTO films were confimed by Hall effect and Seebeck coefficient measurements. Resistivity and mobility of the SmF3 doped SnO2 film is 7.83 × 10–3Wcm and 7.57 cm2 V–1 s–1, respectively, which reduce in comparing with those of un-doped SnO2 film. Carrier concentration is large increase from –9.34 ´ 1018 cm–3 for un-doped- to +1.05 × 1020 cm–3  for SmF3 doped-SnO2 film. The p-type SFTO film showed a high transmittance of 74.3% at 550 nm, with band gap energy of 3.63 eV. Furthermore, a transparent p-SnO2:SmF3/n-ZnO:Al (Al doping level of 2 mol.%) heterojunction was fabricated on alkali-free glass substrates. The I-V curve measurement for the p-n heterojunction diode showed a typical rectifying characteristic with a forward turn-on voltage of 1.55 V. With obtained properties, the p-type SFTO film holds great promise for optoelectronic devices applications.

    Abstract: Urban rail projects are typically large-scale transport infrastructure projects (megaprojects) which have many potential risks that can influence the strategic goals of owners. However, there is a paucity of studies which explore the impact of risks on both “urban rail” project time and cost together considering quantitative assessments. Therefore, this paper focuses on investigating critical risks and quantifying such risk impacts on urban railway project schedule and cost in practice. Design/methodology/approach A combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods comprising semi-interviews with five experts and a questionnaire survey of 132 professional respondents is used. The data were modeled using Monte Carlo Simulation to predict the probability of project schedule and cost. Findings The results show that 30 risk variables are categorized into seven main groups which have significant impacts on both project time and cost. Outstanding five risk variables were highlighted as follows: (1) project site clearance and land compensation; (2) design changes; (3) physical project resources; (4) contractors’ competencies and (5) project finance. Such findings were supported by Monte Carlo simulation which predicted in the worst case that the project may suffer 11.03 months’ delays and have cost overrun with a contingency of US$287.68 million. Originality/value This study expands our knowledge about time and cost contingency of urban metro railway implementation across developing economies and particularly within the context of Vietnam. Policymakers will not only gain an understanding about risk structure but will also recognize the significant impacts of critical risk through risk impact modeling and simulation. Such an approach provides insights into risk treatment priorities for planners so that they can proactively establish suitable strategies for risk mitigation in practice.
