    Abstract: A new structure of a micro-strain beam type of Micro-Electro-Mechanical-Systems (MEMS) strain gauge is proposed and simulated. The stress and strain distributions of MEMS strain gauge are evaluated in x and y directions by 2D FEM simulation, respectively. The results showed that the longitudinal stress and strain distributions of strain beam enhance significantly, while the transverse stress and strain distributions are almost unchanged in the whole structure of MEMS strain gauge. High sensitivity of piezoresistive MEMS strain sensors can be designed to detect only one single direction of the stress and strain on the material objects.

    Abstract: Mục tiêu nghiên cứu nhằm xác định tỷ lệ hiện mắc tật khúc xạ và một số yếu tố liên quan của học sinh dân tộc Khmer liên quan đến tật khúc xạ. Thiết kế cắt ngang mô tả được tiến hành trên 1.500 học sinh tiểu học dân tộc Khmer từ tháng 10/2018 đến tháng 12/2018 tại 30 trường tiểu học thuộc 5 tỉnh An Giang, Hậu Giang, Trà Vinh, Sóc Trăng, Kiên Giang. Kết quả cho thấy, tỷ lệ học sinh tiểu học đồng bào dân tộc Khmer mắc tật khúc xạ là 21,2%. Trong đó, tỷ lệ học sinh mắc cận thị là 14,8%, viễn thị là 0,3% và loạn thị là 6,1%. Một số yếu tố liên quan đến tật khúc xạ ở học sinh tiểu học dân tộc Khmer gồm: Tư thế ngồi viết bài, khoảng cách đọc sách, kích thước bàn ghế, hoạt động ngoài trời giờ giải lao, cho mắt nghỉ sau 30 phút đọc/viết, đọc truyện/sách liên tục, xem tivi liên tục, chơi game liên tục, tham gia hoạt động vui chơi ngoài trời (p 〈 0,05). Cần xây dựng các biện pháp can thiệp thay đổi hành vi nguy cơ liên quan đến tật khúc xạ ở học sinh tiểu học dân tộc Khmer.

    Abstract: The thoroughly studied zeolitic framework is ZIF-90 which consist of Zn2+ centers linked by imidazolate-2-carboxyaldehyde. In this compound, the large spherical pores with 11.2 Å diameter are interconnected via much narrower 6-ring windows with 3.5 Å diameter, thermal and chemical stability, so it has been interested by many research groups in synthesis, characterization and application. However, studies on ZIF-90 are still limited, mainly simulation studies and laboratory studies. This article overviews the situation of synthesis, characterization and application of ZIF-90 since its discovery in 2008 to present, and proposes issues that need attention in the future so that ZIF-90 can be synthesized high efficiency and good application in practice.

    Abstract: Mục tiêu nghiên cứu nhằm mô tả kiến thức, thực hành về phòng chống tật khúc xạ học đường ở giáo viên tiểu học tại 5 tỉnh thuộc đồng bằng sông Cửu Long năm 2018. Thiết kế cắt ngang mô tả được tiến hành trên 300 giáo viên tiểu học từ tháng 10/2018 đến tháng 12/2018 tại 30 trường tiểu học thuộc 5 tỉnh An Giang, Hậu Giang, Trà Vinh, Sóc Trăng, Kiên Giang. Kết quả cho thấy, tỷ lệ giáo viên có kiến thức đúng về phòng chống tật khúc xạ là 66,3%. Trong đó, kiến thức đúng về phân loại tật khúc xạ 84,3%, các biện pháp phòng chống tật khúc xạ ở trẻ 70,7%, nguyên nhân gây tật khúc xạ 68,7% và biểu hiện khi mắc tật khúc xạ 67,0%. Tỷ lệ giáo viên có thực hành đúng về phòng chống tật khúc xạ là 45,7%. Trong đó, thực hành đúng về hướng dẫn tư thế ngồi học 67,3%, hướng dẫn cách chiếu sáng góc học tập tại nhà 60%, hướng dẫn các biện pháp tránh để mắt điều tiết nhiều 59,3%, hướng dẫn thư giãn mắt 58,7% và hướng dẫn bổ sung các thực phẩm tốt cho mắt 56,0%. Cần xây dựng chương trình tập huấn bồi dưỡng kiến thức và hướng dẫn thực hành về phòng chống tật khúc xạ học đường cho đội ngũ giáo viên tiểu học.

    Abstract: Đặt vấn đề: Nhiễm vi khuẩn Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) có liên quan đến một số bệnh dạ dày. Gen cag-PAI được xếp là một trong yếu tố độc lực quan trọng của H. pylori. Các nghiên cứu cho biết tần suất của cag-PAI chiếm 60-70% trong tổng các chủng H. pylori phương Tây và 100% cho các chủng H. pylori Đông Á. Tại Việt Nam, gen cag-PAI chưa được nghiên cứu nhiều. Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu tìm hiểu vai trò của cag-PAI trong bệnh lý dạ dày và mối liên quan của cag-PAI với ung thư dạ dày tại Việt Nam. Đối tượng & phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 623 bệnh nhân nhiễm H. pylori trong đó có: UTDD (n =154), LDD (n = 129), LTT (n = 161) và VDDM (n =179). Chẩn đoán UTDD và VDDM dựa mô bệnh học. Tình trạng cag-PAI được xác định bằng kỹ thuật Realtime-PCR. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ cag-PAI (+) ở UTDD tăng cao nhất (100%) so với cag-PAI (+) ở bệnh nhân: LDD (89,9), LTT (90), VDDM (78,2). Tỷ lệ cag-PAI nguyên vẹn tăng cao có ý nghĩa (p 〈 0,05) ở bệnh nhân UTDD (90,3%), LDD (88,4%), LTT (87,6%) so với cag-PAI nguyên vẹn ở VDDM (76,5%). Tỷ lệ cag-PAI nguyên vẹn tăng cao có ý nghĩa ở UTDD týp  III so với cag-PAI nguyên vẹn ở UTDD týp I-II. Tỷ lệ gen cag-PAI nguyên vẹn ở bệnh nhân UTDD thể lan tỏa-hỗn hợp tăng cao hơn có ý nghĩa (p 〈 0,05) so với cag-PAI nguyên vẹn ở UTDD thể ruột. Kết luận: Tỷ lệ cag-PAI nguyên vẹn tăng cao ở bệnh nhân UTDD, liên quan chặt chẽ đến hình thái nội soi  và mô bệnh học ở bệnh nhân ung thư dạ dày tại Việt Nam

    Abstract: Đặt vấn đề: Việt Nam là nước có tỷ lệ lưu hành EBV cao trong cộng đồng, cũng như trong một số bệnh lý ung thư (ung thư vòm họng, hogdkin lymphoma...). Tuy nhiên chưa có nghiên cứu nào về tỷ lệ nhiễm EBV ở bệnh nhân UTDD và các bệnh lý dạ dày khác. Nghiên cứu này nhằm mục tiêu xác định tình trạng nhiễm EBV và mối liên quan của EBV với đặc điểm UTDD. Đối tượng & phương pháp: Nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 623 bệnh nhân, trong đó có: UTDD (n=154), LDD (n=129), LTT (n = 161) và VDDM (n=179). Chẩn đoán UTDD và VDDM dựa mô bệnh học. Tình trạng nhiễm EBV được xác định bằng kỹ thuật realtime-PCR. Đọc kết quả về EBV: (+) & (-). Kết quả: Tỷ lệ EBV dương tính ở bệnh nhân UTDD (76,6%), LDD (72,1%) và LTT (75,8%) đều tăng cao hơn có ý nghĩa (p 〈 0,05) so với tỷ lệ EBV dương tính ở bệnh nhân VDDM. Nhóm bệnh nhân Borrmann týp III có tỷ lệ nhiễm EBV (85,6%) cao hơn so với nhóm Borrmann týp I-II (56,8%), (p 〈 0,05). Nhóm bệnh nhân UTDD thể lan tỏa/hỗn hợp nhiễm EBV (88,2%) cao hơn so với nhóm UTDD thể ruột (67,4%), (p 〈 0,05). Kết luận: Nhiễm EBV có thể là nguy cơ UTDD tại Việt nam.

    Abstract: Elimination of chemically synthesized pesticides, such as fungicides and nematicides, in agricultural products is a key to successful practice of the Vietnamese agriculture. We describe here the route for developing successful biostimulants based on members of the Bacillus subtilis species complex. A number of endospore-forming Gram-positive bacterial strains with antagonistic action against plant pathogens were isolated from Vietnamese crop plants. Based on their draft genome sequence, thirty of them were assigned to the Bacillus subtilis species complex. Most of them were assigned to the species Bacillus velezensis . Whole genome sequencing of strains BT2.4 and BP1.2A corroborated their close relatedness to B. velezensis FZB42, the model strain for Gram-positive plant growth-promoting bacteria. Genome mining revealed that at least 15 natural product biosynthesis gene clusters (BGCs) are well conserved in all B. velezensis strains. In total, 36 different BGCs were identified in the genomes of the strains representing B. velezensis, B. subtilis, Bacillus tequilensis , and Bacillus. altitudinis . In vitro and in vivo assays demonstrated the potential of the B. velezensis strains to enhance plant growth and to suppress phytopathogenic fungi and nematodes. Due to their promising potential to stimulate plant growth and to support plant health, the B. velezensis strains TL7 and S1 were selected as starting material for the development of novel biostimulants, and biocontrol agents efficient in protecting the important Vietnamese crop plants black pepper and coffee against phytopathogens. The results of the large-scale field trials performed in the Central Highlands in Vietnam corroborated that TL7 and S1 are efficient in stimulating plant growth and protecting plant health in large-scale applications. It was shown that treatment with both bioformulations resulted in prevention of the pathogenic pressure exerted by nematodes, fungi, and oomycetes, and increased harvest yield in coffee, and pepper.

    Abstract: Conamomum pierreanum (Gagnep.) Skornick. & A. D. Poulsen, (Zingiberaceae), a previously known species from Thailand and Cambodia, is here reported, as a new record for Vietnam. It is similar to C. rubidum and C. odorum but differs in having a present stilt root; a shorter petiole, 2-3 cm; a larger leaf blade, oblong, 30-50 × 5-8 cm, glabrous; a globose to ovoid inflorescence, arising near the base of rhizome; tomentose outer surface of bract; a 3-toothed bracteole, outer surface hairy; and a smaller filament, yellowish and glabrous. The detailed morphological description, distribution and ecology information, conservation status and a colour plate of this species are given.

    Abstract: The study focuses on the factors influencing the digital transformation (DT) process of telecommunication enterprises in Ho Chi Minh city. The paper concludes on five factors including Leadership, Human Resources, Technology, Workflow and Business Strategy. The research scale is built from 25 independent observed variables, five dependent observed variables and 300 research samples. The linear regression model indicates that the independent factors do influence the dependent factors with a relevance level of 63.9%. The regression model with five factors is proposed through statistical tests and proves its utilization for the study.
