    Abstract: The implementation of curriculum management is a series of resource management activities in implementing curriculum for the quality improvement. The purpose of this study was to find out how the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum in improving the quality of graduates in the pesantren KH. Ahmad Dahlan Sipirok. This study uses a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data is by interview, observation, and document review. In addition, data and information are analyzed by data reduction, data exposure, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study were (1) curriculum planning was established by the madrasa leadership, MGMP, and teachers through curriculum planning meetings by making madrasa / pesantren education calendars, calculating effective working days for each subject, compiling annual programs, compiling semester programs, and implementing lesson plans as the direction of achieving academic quality and non-academic graduates, (2) the implementation of curriculum programs included learning using the curriculum of Diknas and pesantren through face-to-face learning, practice in mosques, halls, laboratories, and learning activities so that there were guidelines and targets achievement of the quality of graduates, (3) the implementation of curriculum evaluation included classroom supervision activities, learning evaluation, both formative and summative, and curriculum evaluation meetings at the end of the academic year which showed the achievement of the target of improving the quality of graduates could be seen from the fulfillment of minimum completeness criteria high and graduation of santri.

    Abstract: The purpose of research on the role of school principals in building education management is to gain a deeper understanding of the role of school principals in leading, organizing and directing education management activities in schools. Research methodology Library Research Management (LRM) is a type of research methodology used in research in the field of education management. LRM emphasizes the use of library resources as a data source in research. The role of the principal is very important in building good educational management in the school environment. The principal as the main leader in the school is responsible for developing appropriate strategies and policies to improve the quality of education in his school. In building effective education management, school principals must be able to understand their roles and responsibilities, and have sufficient managerial skills to manage existing resources in schools.

    Abstract: This study aims to analyze the principal's competence towards teachers implementing online learning during the 19th period to save the vital role of education itself, especially the opportunity for the principal as a leader in the school environment to give influence to the teacher in the distance learning process (online), as well as providing safety for many people, especially for students to avoid covid19. This study is a study that uses a literature review method that is where the authors make observations and reviews as well as analyzing the results of previous writings that will become a reference in this writing. The results of this study are: 1) the role of the principal is vital in term of the competencies that must be possessed by a leader in the school environment not only during the COVID-19 pandemic but also during ordinary situations; 2) and during such regular activities, the role and Principal competence must be able to provide positive space for teachers to improve competence in term of teaching and learning.

    Abstract: This article aims to describe the condition of educational accountability in terms of the quality of post-pandemic learning where this greatly influences the condition of competency development activities in schools due to the many activity restrictions imposed during the pandemic crisis. This research method is a literature review with the addition of a data survey method to representative schools in the city of Medan as a concrete manifestation of conditions in the field related to educational accountability. The findings obtained in this study are the urgency of educational accountability that needs to be improved, starting from the formal school level education level by improving the quality of learning and teaching carried out by teachers to prioritize competency development over other activities which are sometimes not too important to be carried out in schools.

    Abstract: The Industrial Revolution 4.0 has many demands, opportunities and threats that arise. Many types of work that have been carried out by human resources but have now been replaced with information technology. On the contrary, there are many weaknesses and obstacles as well as learning obstacles that have been faced but have now been overcome by utilizing information technology. However, not all universities are ready to face the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, not even all lecturers are ready to face the demands of work in this era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research uses associative descriptive method that is analyzing the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. In this case there are three independent variables namely Academic Experience (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) and Motivation (X3) and one dependent variable is Work Readiness (Y).In this case it can be stated that the constant 14.41 is the score of the lecturer job readiness score (Y) if academic experience (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and work motivation (X3) are absent. The three independent variables have a significant positive effect on performance (Y) at the significance level α = 5%. Thus it can be said that it is proven significantly that academic experience (X1), organizational commitment (X2), work motivation (X3) have a positive and real influence on the work readiness of lecturers (Y), and this gives meaning that this study accepts the research hypothesis.

    Abstract: Administrators must be transferred to ensure quality learning. That is, that the success of the implementation of supervision is measured by increasing student learning achievement. Tenriningsih (2009) believes that there is a positive and significant direct relationship between master's performance and positive and significant achievement between student achievements through teaching administrators". This means that the higher the master's performance. The higher the student's learning achievement is then to produce the necessary teacher supervision effective for teaching. Supervision of education develops along with the development of management science. At the beginning of its development, supervision was carried out using an inspection approach. Supervisor comes to school and observes the teaching of the teacher. The focus of the supervisor's attention is to find teachers' mistakes based on work standards formulated in such a way by the education authority. The teacher carries out the task in accordance with standard operational procedures. Supervisors with teachers are two parties as subordinate superiors. Supervisors have a higher level of truth. The research method by the author uses the systematic method Literature Review (SLR), by gathering several sources of information from journals, books and other articles. To improve the source of reading that will be produced by the reader later. Then after the sources are collected, the new author can conclude what results have been obtained from this reading source.

    Abstract: This study aims to find out: 1) Differences in lecturer organizational commitment based on gender on permanent lecturers at University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara, 2). Differences in lecturer organizational commitment based on experience or period of work for permanent lecturers at University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara 3). Differences in lecturer organizational commitment based on interaction between gender and experience or period of work for permanent lecturers at University of Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The study used a comparative descriptive method that is to analyze organizational commitments that are bound variables based on two sample groups namely the characteristics of lecturers of both gender and experience. Data was collected from a sample of as many as 40 male lecturers and 38 female lecturers using likert scale model quesionaries. The selected research design is a factorial design that is 2 x 2. A 2 x 2 factorial design using ANAVA analysis. His research results showed that gender, experience and interaction co-determined commitment to the organization.

    Abstract: Human resources (HR) has a significant role in every activity in an institution including educational institutions.
