Abstract: 〈 p 〉 〈 em 〉 Kemiskinan menjadi permasalahan utama bangsa Indonesia, jumlah penduduk miskin sebesar 28.55 juta orang (11. 47%), sementara ketimpangan pendapatan meningkat hingga mencapai 0.41 (BPS, 2013). 〈 /em 〉 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 THE IMPACT OF FISCAL TRANSFER (CONDITIONAL GRANT) ON AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT, POVERTY AND INEQUALITY : PANEL ANALYSIS DATA 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 ABSTRACT 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 〈 em 〉 Poverty is the main problem in Indonesia, the number of the poor is 28.55 million people (11.47%), while income inequality increased until 0.41 (BPS, 2013). The main objective of this study was to evaluate the impact of Special Allocation Fund on agricultural development, poverty, and income inequality. This study uses simultaneous equation models with time series data of 2009-2013 and cross section data of 11 provinces in Indonesia. Method for parameter estimation is 2SLS. The simulation results show that the increased allocation of DAK road and irrigation can increase fiscal performance, the agricultural sector GRDP, total GRDP, but the labour force absorbtion of agricultural decreases because of the increasing of wages, the decreasing of income inequality and the reducing of poverty either in rural or urban areas. This study recomends that the central government should improve the injection of funds directly to the regions through a special allocation fund for rural infrastructure and agriculture because it gives an effective impact on poverty alleviation 〈 /em 〉 〈 strong 〉 〈 em 〉 . 〈 /em 〉 〈 /strong 〉 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉 〈 em 〉 Keywords : Special allocation fund, poverty, income inequality, fiscal transfer. 〈 /em 〉 〈 /p 〉

Abstract: Since 2020, the whole world has been affected by Covid 19. The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic is not only on the social sector but also on the education sector. So that education must continue to be carried out using distance learning or online. However, changes in the learning process also affect the teaching and learning conditions of students and teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to apply an appropriate learning model. One of them uses the SSCS learning model. SSCS is a learning model that can improve critical thinking skills. The SSCS model has four stages: search, problem-solving (solve), create, and share. At the search stage, students are taught to understand the problem. Next, students make a plan to solve the problem. In the next step, students build a solution from the problem-solving strategy that has been arranged in the previous stage. Finally, the solutions that have been constructed are disseminated and evaluated for continuous improvement. The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive description of the development of the SSCS model, especially in physics learning that has been carried out to improve critical thinking skills. It was concluded that distance and direct knowledge using the SSCS learning model experienced an increase in abilities and scores of around 40% - 50%.

Abstract: Function is a concept that is very much related to daily life. Likewise with the concept of mapping. The purpose of this study is to describe students’ understanding of the concept of function and mapping by students who are at a high level (ie extended-trans level). The student is the subject of this study. This research is exploring the ability of research subjects. The research subjects were taken from mathematics education students at Bengkulu University. We selected one subject of research, Mg. Student was interviewed in depth about the concept of function. Data were analyzed based on genetic decomposition. The results of this study are that students are able to present an overview of the concept of function with a broad extension level. The function from the set A to B is the set f whose members are sequential pairs of the two cross-sets of non-empty sets A and B such that (a, b) and (a, b ′) elements of f then b = b′. Also able to make a simplification in the form of mapping definition, which states that the domain of function f is the set A. The conclusion of this study is that high-level students have an in-depth understanding of the concept of function. He is able to compile extensive extensions. Also, make the exact simulations.

Abstract: Currently, there are many components produced by a metal injection molding process in automotive, consumer goods, medical, and electronics. Metal Injection Molding process (MIM process) consists of four stages, mixing, injection molding, debinding, and sintering. Feedstock plays critical roles in the MIM process since the feedstock’s low quality cannot be corrected later. Feedstocks, which are a mixture of powder and binder, are mixed at an elevated temperature. A feedstock should be homogeneous and has a pseudo-plastic behavior. In the MIM process, the shear rate during injection molding is usually 10 to 10 000 s -1 . Within the shear rates range, a maximum viscosity for injection molding was 100 Pas at molding temperatures. In this paper, the rheological characteristic of feedstocks was analyzed using the torque rheometer. The objective of this research was to find the value of viscosity and compare to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of the commercial feedstock by using torque mixing data. All the three feedstocks had pseudo-plastic behavior and below 100 Pas within shear rates range. Form the validation of injection molding experiment, feedstock B with solid loading 60 %, and binder system consists of 35 % PP, 64% PW, and 1 % SA showed a good flowability and moldability.

Abstract: The abundant amount and availability of human urine potentially can be re-used for water and nutrient resources. Nutrient content in urine, primarily nitrogen and phosphorus, can cause eutrophication in waters and worsen the environment. Urine is not easy to be managed separately because it is usually integrated with black water or domestic wastewater that flows to the sewer from households or other public facilities. The decline in water quality and the increase in water consumption by the global community have given many driving forces to technological breakthroughs that can recover important nutrients from waste for reuse. In addition, the high-water content of urine also provides an incentive to reuse or recycle most of the water contained in urine for public purposes. Rice husk charcoal is a waste product from burning husks used as fuel in the tofu-making process. It is usually used for poultry bedding or soil enhancer in gardening. This research aimed to characterize the utilization of rice husk charcoal as an adsorbent to treat urine to obtain clean water. The urine was processed using 30-mesh rice husk charcoal as an adsorbent. The soaking time and hose type were varied to identify the effect on the adsorption performance. The urine absorption using rice husk charcoal with 60 minutes soaking time showed the highest removal based on the absorbance value of 27.18% at 487 nm wavelength and 28.25% at 668 nm wavelength. On the other hand, the adsorption using a curved hose showed better performance than the straight hose. The adsorption using the curved hose could decrease the urine concentration by 25.30-29.24% at 487 nm wavelength and 28.50-30.19% at 668 nm wavelength. In addition, the urine total dissolved solids (TDS) decreased by 73-76%. Therefore, rice husk charcoal could be used as the adsorbent in the adsorption of human urine.

Abstract: Oil palm plantations produce waste that has not been used so far, namely Oil Palm Fronds. This waste can be converted into energy in the form of producer gas using gasification technology. This study aimed to model the gasification process using Aspen Plus in a multi-stage gasifier by adding air at the pyrolysis and oxidation zone. The influence of variations in air ratio (AR) between the pyrolysis and oxidation zones have been analyzed. The results of this model are validated with experimental data to get accurate results. Based on the modeling results H 2 content for all variations of Air Ratio (AR) has increased from 8.12% in single-stage to 9% in multi-stage. However, when viewed from the total efficiency was lower than single-stage gasification. It can be concluded that multi-stage gasification can be applied to improve gasification performance, especially to increase volumetric percentage of hydrogen. However, when viewed from the total efficiency was lower than single-stage gasification. Overall, the results of gasification modeling using Aspen Plus can be used as a reference to improve gasification performance.

Abstract: Palm oil is one of the commodities of plantation products that has an important economic role in Indonesia and is also an export commodity as foreign exchange earner for oil and gas. Palm oil produces the main product Crude Palm Oil (CPO). As main product, CPO continues to experience an increase in export volumes in line with the growing need for CPO in export destination countries, both as food raw material and biodiesel. However, when the implementation of the customs policy was issued in 2009, there was a change in the composition of exports from CPO to palm-derived products, namely RBD palm olein and PFAD. The main markets for Indonesian palm oil products are in Asia and Europe, the four largest countries, including India, Malaysia, the Netherlands, and Italy. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the volume of Indonesian CPO exports in export destination countries. Based on the results of Ordinary Least Square (OLS), the variables that significantly affect Indonesia’s CPO exports in export destination countries are (1) India: export volume lag, (2) Malaysia: soybean oil prices, (3) Netherlands: RCA, and (4) Italy: estimates of sunflower oil, RCA, exchange rates and dummy exit fees.
