Abstract:
Mid‐infrared (MIR) microscopic imaging is a powerful tool for the characterization of tissue sections, allowing the investigation of the spatial distribution of different molecules. In the present study, MIR microscopic imaging and data analysis methods were combined to distinguish between normal lymph node and human lymphomas compared to standard histology. Results showed that MIR imaging can be successfully used to differentiate between normal lymph node and small and large cell human lymphomas.
