    Abstract: Cisolok Fish Landing Base (CFLB) cannot be used optimally, because the main facilities for the fish landing dock and port pool are no longer be implemented and cannot accommodate all Cisolok fishing vessels. The condition of the fish landing dock and port pond which are not functioning optimally, has resulted in the need for the development of main facilities at CFLB. The objective of this study is to obtain an important strategy for the development of fish landing facilities and activities related to the development of main port facilities for CFLB managers, namely; fish landing docks and port pond. The method used is a case study. The data analysis by using SWOT  (Strength-Weakness-Opportunity-Threats) analysis. The important strategies that can be applied in the development of CFLB facilities includes: (1) Carry out the gradual construction of main facilities (fish landing dock and port pond), (2) performing a breakwater by extending the length of the breakwater along the coast to the left and right of the port, (3) dredging sedimentation so that motorboats can enter CFLB, and (4) increasing the size and number of the fishing vessel.

    Abstract: Marketing is the key to the sustainability of economic activity is no exception fish catches came from Brondong fishing port. Fish landed in Brondong fishing port is diverse. Spotted big eye fish (Priacanthus tayenus) and yellow goat fish (Upeneus sulphureus) is the dominant fish catches and eastern little tuna (Euthynnus affinis) and red snapper (Lutjanus malabaricus) is an economical high in fish landed in Brondong fishing port. Fishermen in Brondong fishing port average daily fishing 159 tons of fish. The potential magnitude of catches landed in Brondong fishing port must be balanced with good marketing. Marketing activities should be carried out as efficiently as possible so that the business sidecan provide great benefits from the results of these marketing activities. Fish marketing activities stemming from Brondong fishing port is still inefficient due to marketing activities still using traditional tools. Seeing the condition that it is important to know the level of the efficient marketing activity fish from Brondong fishing port. The aim of this study is to calculate the level of marketing efficiency of fish in Brondong fishing port, Lamongan, East Java. The research will be implemented by the method of the case against the strategy of increasing marketing efficiency of fish from Brondong fishing port. Analysis of the formula used is marketing efficiency. Based on the analysis conducted showed that showed that the existing marketing activity in Brondong fishing port is inefficient. Proved by analysis obtained spotted big eye fish have high levels of Eps 45.44%, 38.98% yellow goat fish, eastern little tuna 57.94% and 25.65% red snapper with declared where marketing said to be efficient if it has Eps 〈 5%.

    Abstract: Peran dari pelabuhan perikanan diperlukan dalam industri perikanan tuna yang didaratkan di pelabuhan perikanan. Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera (PPS) Nizam Zachman merupakan pelabuhan perikanan tuna di Indonesia, yang didalamnya terdapat industri perikanan tuna. Peningkatan peran dari PPS Nizam Zachman diperlukan oleh stakeholder tuna untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja serta pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pelabuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu merumuskan strategi pengembangan industri tuna PPS Nizam Zachman. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan analisis SWOT dengan membandingkan faktor internal dan faktor eksternal pengembangan industri perikanan tuna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 strategi pengembangan industri perikanan tuna dengan mengoptimasikan peran dari PPS Nizam Zachman.

    Abstract: Donggala fish landing centre is a fishery infrastructure of Donggala Regency provided for Mamuju Regency fishermen, West Sulawesi. Capture fisheries activities in PPI Donggala are incorporating various stages from landing to marketing. All capture fisheries activities are related to the PPI Donggala’s technical and operational condition. Some of purse seine fishing units did not land their catches at PPI Donggala which affect the performance of the fishing port. This study aims to identify the PPI Donggala’s technical and operational condition in compliance with PERMEN-KP RI NUMBER PER.08/MEN/2012 concerning Fisheries Ports. The research method is a case study conducted at PPI Donggala. Data were collected by interviews and literature studies, then analyzed using comparative descriptive method. The results of the study showed the technical and operational conformity of the port at PPI Donggala with PERMEN KP 08/2012 on Fisheries Port has met technical and operational criteria. However, there are still technical and operational constraints in PPI Donggala. The obstacle is that the pier is still damaged and the marketing of the catch has not been widespread.     Abstract: The Brondong Fishing Port is the largest in East Java. The catches landed in the Brondong fishing port increase, but they are insufficient to meet the raw material necessity of the existing processing industry. The study aims at estimating fish availability and the necessity of raw materials for the fish processing industry in the Brondong fishing port. This research was conducted from January to March 2022 by using a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews and a literature study. The results revealed that the installed capacity for eight fish processing industries in the Brondong fishing port counted as 123,300 tons/year. Starry triggerfish, Lizard fishes, Streaked spine foot, freckled goatfish, squid, croaker, red snapper, spotted sil, grouper, threadfin breams, hardtail, big eyes, and yellow pike conger were all necessary for the processing industry. In contrast, the estimation of fish availability for the fish processing industry at Brondong fishing port counted as 45,086 tons/year. It indicated a gap between fish availability and the demand from the fish processing industry in the Brondong fishing port. This may impact the fish processing industry's development in the Brondong fishing port. Keywords: Raw material necessity, fish availability, fish processing industry

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 ABSTRACT 〈 br / 〉 Fish Auction Place known as Tempat Pelelangan Ikan (TPI) is one of the public facilities where its functions have to serve the community on fish marketing in the fishing port. The daily auction activities in TPI Muara Angke include weighing, recording and auctioning. It is necessary to measure the performance of TPI Muara Angke to determine TPI Muara Angke perform with its functions and roles. The objectives of this research were measuring the performance level of TPI activity in terms of economy, efficiency and effectiveness of TPI Muara Angke with the Value for money (VFM) approach.     Abstract: ABSTRACTOne of the services with an important role in the fisheries is the availability of services in the fishing port. Provision of services will affect to the level of satisfaction fishermen. Satisfaction fishermen are something important in supporting performance and the development of a fishing port. This study aims to determine what service attributes that already meet the satisfaction of the fishermen, knowing service attributes that need to be prioritized according to the repair or improvement of fishermen, and assess the level of satisfaction with the services of Kejawanan Fishing port’s fishermen overall. The study was conducted at the Fishery Port Nusantara (PPN) Kejawanan in Cirebon, West Java. The study was conducted in August and October 2015 for 14 days. Collecting data using interviews with 17 respondents. Analysis of data using Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer satisfaction Index (CSI) using 15 attributes assessment. The results showed that there are eight service attributes were considered to have met the fishermen satisfactory that the physical condition of the facility; the availability of the number of officers; their service procedures are clear; officers provide services as promised; speed of officers in handling services; alacrity officers in serving the fishermen; friendliness, attention and attitude of officers; and delivery of information. There are two attributes of service that still needs to be improved, namely the handling of complaints of fishermen; and the officer knows, understanding the needs and desires of fishermen. Overall fishermen have felt very satisfied with the services provided by the port.Keywords: fishermen satisfaction, Kejawanan fishing port, service-------ABSTRAKSalah satu bentuk pelayanan yang mempunyai peranan penting dalam dunia perikanan yaitu tersedianya pelayanan jasa di pelabuhan perikanan. Pemberian pelayanan akan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan nelayan. Kepuasan nelayan penting dalam menunjang kinerja dan pengembangan suatu pelabuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atribut pelayanan apa saja yang sudah memenuhi kepuasan nelayan, mengetahui atribut pelayanan yang perlu mendapatkan prioritas perbaikan atau peningkatan menurut nelayan PPN Kejawanan, dan menilai tingkat kepuasan nelayan terhadap pelayanan PPN Kejawanan secara keseluruhan. Penelitian dilakukan di Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Kejawanan di Cirebon Jawa Barat. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Agustus dan Oktober 2015 selama 14 hari. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara kepada 17 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) dan Customer Statisfaction Index (CSI) menggunakan 15 atribut penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 8 atribut pelayanan yang dianggap telah memenuhi kepuasan nelayan yaitu kondisi fisik fasilitas; ketersediaan jumlah petugas; adanya prosedur pelayanan yang jelas; petugas memberikan pelayanan sesuai yang dijanjikan; kecepatan petugas dalam menangani pelayanan; kesigapan petugas dalam melayani nelayan; keramahan, perhatian dan sikap petugas; dan penyampaian informasi. Terdapat 2 atribut pelayanan yang masih perlu di tingkatkan yaitu penanganan keluhan nelayan; dan petugas mengetahui, mamahami kebutuhan dan keinginan nelayan. Secara keseluruhan nelayan sudah merasa sangat puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak pelabuhan.Kata kunci: tingkat kepuasan nelayan, PPN Kejawanan, pelayanan

    Abstract: ABSTRACTKarangantu Archipelagic Fishing Port (Karangantu AFP/PPN Karangantu) has been appointed as regional fisheries industry (formerly minapolitan), sub-sector of catch fisheries since 2010. Today, the development of the fisheries industry one of them is processing industry still undeveloped as the result of lack of area / specific industrial land in PPN Karangantu. In addition, there is no information about the superior fish landed in PPN Karangantu as raw material. This study aims to: (1) Determine the potential of fish catches landed in PPN Karangantu as raw material processing industry; (2) Obtain production alternatives for raw material surrounding fishing port that supports processing industry in PPN Karangantu. The results of this research indicated that there were 7 types of fish that had a positive value of LQ growth with a score is 3 there are squid, mackerel, kuniran, kurisi, sardine, tuna and sea-catfish. LQ score of 3 indicates that the types of fish are concentrated relatively in PPN Karangantu and can be developed in the future become a raw material for processing industry at PPN Karangantu. Alternative production of raw material can be obtained from PPI Kepuh PPI Wadas, PPI Terale, and PPI Lontarby the type of fish that are depend to the needs of processors in PPN Karangantu and brought by the sea or via land transportation.Keywords: Karangantu archipelagic fishing port, processing fish, raw materials, superior potential,--------ABSTRAKPelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Karangantu telah ditunjuk sebagai kawasan industri perikanan (sebelumnya minapolitan) subsektor perikanan tangkap sejak 2010. Namun, perkembangan industri perikanan salah satunya pengolahan ikan masih belum optimal sebagai akibat belum adanya kawasan/lahan khusus industri di PPN Karangantu. Selain itu, belum ada informasi mengenai ikan unggulan yang didaratkan di PPN Karangantu sebagai bahan baku olahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui potensi ikan-ikan hasil tangkapan unggulan yang didaratkan di PPN Karangantu sebagai bahan baku industri pengolahan; (2) mendapatkan alternatif produksi hasil tangkapan dari pelabuhan perikanan sekitarnya yang mendukung industri pengolahan ikan di PPN Karangantu. Metode penelitian adalah studi kasus terhadap potensi unggulan industri pengolahan ikan di PPN Karangantu. Jumlah responden ditentukan secara purposive sampling, terdiri dari nelayan, pedagang, pengolah ikan, pengelola Dinas Perikanan Kota Serang dan pengelola PPN Karangantu. Analisis data menggunakan Location Quotient (LQ) untuk mencari ikan hasil tangkapan unggulan di PPN Karangantu dan analisis kekuatan hasil tangkapan untuk mengetahui karakteristik ikan bahan baku industri pengolahan ikan di PPN Karangantu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 jenis ikan yang memiliki nilai pertumbuhan LQ positif dengan skor 3 yaitu cumi-cumi, kembung, kuniran, kurisi, lemuru, tongkol dan manyung. Skor LQ 3 mengindikasikan bahwa jenis-jenis ikan tersebut terkonsentrasi pendaratannya secara relatif di PPN Karangantu dan dapat terus dikembangkan menjadi bahan baku industri pengolahan ikan di PPN Karangantu.Kata kunci: PPN Karangantu, pengolahan ikan, bahan baku, potensi unggulan
