Abstract: The Marble goby (Oxyeleotris marmorata Bleeker) is usually found in freshwater bodies. Due to its high commercial value and demand, it is farmed in cages and pond systems. Marble goby fish are preferred to be freshly killed and processed upon request in Asian restaurants. Currently, there are some challenges faced by fishermen who wish to transport live fish to restaurants or markets due to the traditional method of using water tanks as carriers. These water tanks are usually very heavy and bulky, increasing transportation costs. Furthermore, coping with the survivability of fish post-transportation has proven to be a challenge. This study was aimed at investigating the semi-dry method for fish transport and acclimatization of fish after transport in different tank sizes. In the semi-dry, where fish were covered using a towel transportation method where the survival rate at ~92%. For the acclimation experimental group, stream water was found to be the most appropriate type of water for rearing the marble goby fish, which demonstrated a conspicuous survivability rate of ~83%. whereas, for adaptation, marble goby fish from the wild had a faster adaptation rate in smaller spaces like aquariums as compared to large ‘stock tanks.’ To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study that will provide a better understanding of the transportation method, acclimation conditions, and habitat that can lead to a reduction in the mortality rate during the marble goby transit processes.

Abstract: ABSTRACTA water reservoir, located in Kudu Baru  Genuk resident Semarang, is managed to meet the daily water needs of residents of RT 01 RW 06. It is namely Kudu Baru  Water Supply and Sanitation (WSS). The water reservoir has a capacity of 6900 liters of water, consisting of 2 water reservoir and has 120 customers in the WSS Kudu Baru  area. The problem that exists in WSS Kudu Baru  is the lack of control and cleaning of water reservoirs regularly so that there is no early prevention of automatic notification to residents if the water in the reservoir is muddy or dirty. Due to this problem, the turbid water flows into the residents' houses. Making a water turbidity detection and monitoring system using a TDS-10 sensor installed in a water reservoir connected to an Arduino device engages the use of  C programming language. IOT (Internet Of Thinks) in this study is used to store tendon water turbidity data for monitoring.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the performance of the yield components and the intercropping index of 22 hybrid maize in the maize-soybean intercropping system. This research was carried out in Cikajang, Garut Regency from January 2021 to June 2021. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive and experimental method. The experimental design used was a randomized block design with 27 treatments made in 3 replications. The genetic material used was 22 test hybrids from the Padjadjaran University collection and 5 commercial hybrids as comparisons. Assessment of yield components was carried out using The Least Significant Increase (LSI) test assessed for 4 yield components consisting of cob diameter, cob length, number of seeds cobs, and dry seed/plant weight. Intercropping index assessment was analyzed based on the calculation of Land Equivalent Ratio (LER), Area Time Equivalent Ratio (ATER), and Aggressivity (A). The results showed that there were 4 hybrids that had high yields in the maize-soybean intercropping system including DRc6 x DRc7, DRc8 X MDRc18.8.1, DRc8 X MDRc1.1.3 and MDRc3.1.4 X MDRc18.5.1. There are 3 profitable hybrids in the intercropping system of soybean maize based on the intercropping index including DRc4 X MDRc7.2.3, DRc8 x DRc9, and MDRc7.4.3 x MDRc18.8.1.

Abstract: The power cable breakdown suspected due to water treeing in polymeric cables are said to be the main cause. The inconsistent and unreliable nature brings out the importance of research in water treeing detection in polymeric cables. Early detection of water tree in polymeric cables is important in order to increase the cable efficiency by reducing the timeframe of the cable failure. This paper presents a comprehensive review of water treeing detections in polymeric cables, in particular, the relation to the background of water treeing, the types of water treeing, experimental investigations on water treeing, and factors affecting the initiation and growth of water trees.

The development of the use of science and technology has an impact that can be used in various fields, one of which is the Puskesmas. One of the developments carried out by the puskesmas is developing to improve the quality of health service management by implementing an information technology-based puskesmas information system. Recording when it is done by writing it in the patient book is the old way used. So, it is necessary to have a system that helps to facilitate recording. The development method for the information system that will be proposed is the Waterfall method. Producing an integrated Medical Record Information System to make it easier for the Puskesmas in the Banjar City area to process data. If there are patients who have never visited the puskesmas before, there will be Medical Records. The Information System makes it easy to manage Medical Record data so there is no need to search for so many records because the data is already stored in the database. The Medical Record Information System is integrated so that patient data will be visible in all Community Health Centers in Banjar City. Testing in the study was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, obtaining a final score of 73.1 and the test results yielded a recommendation value in the Acceptable category.

Abstract: Practical activities are carried out in an orderly and timely manner and require systematic recording of activities. The implementation of practicum activities takes place in the Siliwangi University laboratory, to create conducive conditions for practicum activities, a system must be able to support academic success. Not only that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, previous practicum lectures were held offline and campus policy required online learning. These problems can be overcome by building a logbook information system that can record and keep records of laboratory activities automatically. This information system was created using the Extreme Programming system development method. Starting from database design, system design with UML, system development with Visual Studio. NET 2021. This technology can be used by universities for practical activities at the Siliwangi University Laboratory. The application will remind students to complete each activity in each session by displaying notifications in each practicum schedule, rewards, announcements, and other information related to practicum activities. All activities must be recorded in the application. Based on the results of black box testing, the system can run according to the system test design that the response from each student to the application used is 75.68% which can be concluded that the application of virtual assistant is in the interesting category.
