    Abstract: Perkembangan pemanfaatan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi memberikan dampak yang dapat digunakan diberbagai bidang salah satunya Puskesmas. Salah satu pengembangan yang dilakukan puskesmas yaitu mengembangkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen pelayanan kesehatan dengan menerapkan sistem informasi puskesmas berbasis teknologi informasi. Pencatatan apabila dilakukan dengan cara ditulis pada buku pasien merupakan cara lama yang digunakan. Maka perlu adanya suatu sistem yang membantu untuk memudahkan pencatatan. Metode pengembangan pada sistem informasi yang akan di ajukan ini yaitu dengan metode Waterfall. Menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis yang terintegrasi untuk mempermudah pihak Puskesmas di daerah Kota Banjar dalam mengolah data jika terdapat pasien yang sebelumnya belum pernah mengunjungi puskesmas tersebut maka akan terdapat Rekam Medis. Sistem Informasi mempermudah dalam mengelola data Rekam Medis sehingga tidak perlu mencari catatan yang begitu banyak dikarenakan data nya sudah tersimpan dalam database. Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis terintegrasi maka data pasien akan terlihat di semua Puskesmas yang ada di Kota Banjar.   Pengujian dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan tahapan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) mendapat nilai akhir yaitu 73,1 dan Hasil pengujian menghasilkan nilai rekomendasi dalam kategori Acceptable.The development of the use of science and technology has an impact that can be used in various fields, one of which is the Puskesmas. One of the developments carried out by the puskesmas is developing to improve the quality of health service management by implementing an information technology-based puskesmas information system. Recording when it is done by writing it in the patient book is the old way used. So, it is necessary to have a system that helps to facilitate recording. The development method for the information system that will be proposed is the Waterfall method. Producing an integrated Medical Record Information System to make it easier for the Puskesmas in the Banjar City area to process data. If there are patients who have never visited the puskesmas before, there will be Medical Records. The Information System makes it easy to manage Medical Record data so there is no need to search for so many records because the data is already stored in the database. The Medical Record Information System is integrated so that patient data will be visible in all Community Health Centers in Banjar City. Testing in the study was carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, obtaining a final score of 73.1 and the test results yielded a recommendation value in the Acceptable category.

    Abstract: SMK Kesehatan Hidayah Medika Tasikmalaya merupakan sekolah yang memulai ijin operasional untuk melaksanakan PPDB (Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru) pada tahun 2016. Pemanfaatan terhadap SI/TI saat ini belum sepenuhnya mengikuti perkembangan serta belum memiliki perencanaan strategi SI/TI jangka panjang menggunakan framework tertentu. Hal ini berdampak kepada tidak selarasnya antara strategi SI/TI dengan tujuan bisnis organisasi. Perencanaan arsitektur enterprise merupakan salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk mewujudkan tercapainya kepentingan organisasi secara keseluruhan. TOGAF ADM dijadikan sebagai pedoman untuk merencanakan arsitektur SI/TI jangka panjang. Tahapan TOGAF ADM yang dilakukan berfokus pada perencanaan arsitekturnya saja, yaitu Preliminary Phase, Architecture Vision (Phase A), Business Architecture (Phase B), Information System (Phase C), Technology Architecture (Phase D), dan Opportunities and Solutions (Phase E). Hasil dari perencanaan strategi SI/TI adalah blueprint dengan 18 pemodelan Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) untuk arsitektur bisnis, 11 pemodelan Use Case Diagram untuk arsitektur aplikasi, 11 pemodelan Class Diagram untuk arsitektur data, arsitektur teknologi yang menghasilkan infrastruktur jaringan usulan dimodelkan dengan Communication Enginering Diagram, platform technology dimodelkan dengan Platform Decomposition Diagram, katalog teknologi dimodelkan dengan Technology Portfolio Catalog; analisis kesenjangan (gap) arsitektur SI/TI dimodelkan dengan Matrix Analysis Gap, portofolio aplikasi menggunakan analisis McFarlan Strategic Grid, serta roadmap implementasi arsitektur SI/TI.

    Abstract: Computer Based Test (CBT) is a test that is administered using a computer as tools or the main medium in conducting tests or exams. However, not all universities have utilized this technology. One of them is the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKes) Kuningan, which has not yet used a computerized system. Examination implementation and manual processing of exam scores are an obstacle in the selection process for new students. With the existence of a Computer Based Test (CBT) application, it is hoped that it can facilitate the implementation of the test. However, the use of Computer Based Test (CBT) technology is not sufficient in determining which participants get the best score. The Profile Matching algorithm is chosen as an algorithm that can assist in decision making. There are 5 criteria used, that is the value of CBT and parents' income as criteria for the type of Core Factor, Mathematics National Exam scores, English National Exam scores, and Indonesian Language National Exam scores as criteria for the type of Secondary Factor. Testing is done by comparing the results of calculations on the system and Microsoft Excel calculations where there are 3 different values of the Core Factor and Secondary Factor. There is a discrepancy in the test results when multiple profiles have the same final value. One of them, Dea Nur Alifah and Rahma Nurlita with CF values of 60%, SF 40% and CF 70%, SF 30% has a final value of 5.78, is in the order of 3 and 4. Furthermore, the CF values of 80% and SF 20% are both has decreased in value, to 5.77 and still ranks 3 and 4. The application of the Profile Matching algorithm with an output in the form of ranking values in the Computer Based Test (CBT) application is still not optimal.

    Abstract: Permainan tradisional mulai terkikis oleh perkembangan zaman, menyebabkan anak-anak hanya mengetahui permainan tradisional tapi tidak pernah memainkan permainan tradisional tersebut. Salah satu permainan tradisional Indonesia yang mulai terlupakan adalah Ucing Sumput dari Jawa Barat. Untuk melestarikan permainan tradisional perlu dilakukan berbagai upaya guna menjamin permainan tradisional tersebut tetap eksis dalam bentuk yang berbeda. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan transformasi permainan tradisional menjadi game digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan proses transformasi dan transisi game tradisional ke bentuk digital dan rekayasa permainan tradisional Ucing Sumput yang dapat dimainkan pada platform android. Kombinasi model ATUMICS dan MDLC digunakan sebagai model pembangunan Game. Penelitian ini berhasil membangun model usulan dan membangun game digital augmented reality Ucing Sumput berbasis gps based tracking. Permainan ini menggunakan metode gps based tracking dimana objek 3D disimpan di titik latitude dan longitude sebagai objek yang akan dicari oleh pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian alpha, semua fungsionalitas game sudah berjalan dengan baik. Dari pengujian beta didapat nilai persentase sebesar 80% sebagai feedback dari pengguna dengan interpretasi game diterima oleh pengguna dan dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

    Abstract: Persoalan lintasan terpendek dapat diselesaikan dengan berbagai macam algoritma, salah satunya algoritma dijkstra. Algoritma ini menghitung bobot terkecil tiap-tiap titik sehingga tercapai nilai terkecil dari titik awal ke titik tujuan, pada penelitian ini algoritma dijkstra dipakai untuk menghitung jarak terdekat dari tempat donatur ke panti sosial yang ada di Kota Tasikmalaya. Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) merupakan cara untuk memberikan informasi data panti sosial dan menentukan rute terpendek algoritma Dijkstra. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak adalah berbasis Object Oriented Programming, metodologi pengembangan perangkat lunak yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas perangkat lunak dan tanggap terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pelanggan yang dimaksud adalah Extreme Programing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pembuatan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) yang memudahkan dalam mengetahui serta mendapatkan informasi yang akurat keberadaan Panti Sosial yang akan dituju dengan menggunakan jalur terpendek dari algoritma Dijkstra.

    Abstract: The current sales trend uses more online transaction concepts. The use of digitalization in online transactions and marketing is very important for businesses in increasing sales results to the maximum and on target. One way to increase this is by promoting on social media such as WhatsApp. Limited consumer contact makes it difficult for business actors to carry out promotions, so a database of consumer contacts is needed that can be maximized. In addition, problems in the process of sending manual messages can be overcome by using automatic message-sending actions so that promotions can be carried out automatically and quickly. The sending process is assisted by an "IF-THEN" statement and a screen that can recognize color conditions so that the automatic action can be operated on other services. The main objective of this research is to create a service that can accommodate consumer contacts by sharing contacts between business actors and being able to send messages automatically on WhatsApp by utilizing JITBIT. The results of this study prove that using JITBIT can send messages automatically on WhatsApp and can be operated on other services such as web-based applications. The results of the tests that have been carried out show that the accuracy level of JITBIT can send messages 100% with a delivery speed of 12 – 12.39 seconds/message

    Abstract: The IoT-based phase detection system is one of the important innovations in monitoring and managing modern electrical systems. However, challenges arise in presenting real-time data communication in the context of edge computing through the use of APIs. The problem that arises is the length of response time required in the data communication process, which can hamper the efficiency and accuracy of the system. The main objective of this research is to design and implement an effective strategy to reduce response time in API-based IoT data communication in phase detection systems. The method adopted includes a thorough analysis of existing communication processes and the development of optimized algorithms to speed up response times. This research approach involves measuring the response time before and after implementing an optimized algorithm on the client side, which in this case is represented by an Arduino device. Experiments were conducted using realistic data communication scenarios to validate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The experimental results show that by optimizing the communication algorithm on the client side, the response time in IoT data communications can be significantly reduced. The response time which originally reached 4 seconds, was successfully reduced to only 0.8 seconds after the implementation of an optimized algorithm. This result has the potential to increase the operational efficiency of the system and expand the application of this technology in a variety of applications that require a fast response time.

    Abstract: The planning of system and information technology architecture is one effort which is needed by the organization so that the IS/IT which applied are fitting the needs of business organization. The Tasikmalaya City Department of Library and Archive has not done the IS/IT architecture planning nor fully applied the IS/IT. Therefore, a system and information technology planning is required to identify what system and technology which needed by the Tasikmalaya City Department of Archive and Library. The framework used  in composing the IS/IT planning was TOGAF with the ADM as the architecture development method. The TOGAF's stages used in this research were started from Preliminary Phase to Phase E: Opportunities and Solutions. The result of this IS/IT architecture planning is a blueprint which in sync with the business needs for Tasikmalaya City Department of Archive and Library which consisted of business architecture, information system architecture and technology architecture.

    Abstract: Penggunaan sistem informasi tentunya memiliki banyak peluang risiko, apabila terjadi  masalah akan berdampak secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan adanya pengelolaan manajemen risiko untuk mengelola kemungkinan risiko yang terjadi. COBIT 5 merupakan salah satu framewok tata kelola TI  yang terdiri dari 37 proses tata kelola yang dimuat dalam empat domain tata kelola TI yaitu Evaluate, Direct, Monitor (EDM), Align, Plan, Organize (APO), Build Acquire, Implement (BAI), dan Monitor, Evaluate, Assess (MEA). Penilaian proses kapabilitas yang dilakukan terhadap proses APO12 (Manage Risk) pada sebuah instansi yang telah menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam aktivitas bisnisnya. Penilaian kapabilitas level APO12 yang dilakukan, menghasilkan bahwa instansi studi kasus masih berada pada level 3. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, dirumuskan langkah – langkah perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan oleh instansi agar tingkat kapabilitas level APO12 dapat meningkat sehingga pemanfaatan TI pada instansi menjadi lebih optimal.Penggunaan sistem informasi tentunya memiliki banyak peluang risiko, apabila terjadi  masalah akan berdampak secara keseluruhan.
