Abstract:
For La-Mn-codoped BaTiO 3 , the relationship of La and Mn which results in the minimum room-temperature resistivity is [ La +3 ]-5/3[ Mn + x ]∼0.275 mol%. The c / a ratio of crystal structure decreases with increased Mn content. The number of Mn +2 ions which diffuse in the grain, existing as Mn T i ′′ , increases with increased Mn content and reduces the electron generation velocity. Moreover, when Mn content increases, the negative temperature coefficient effect of a BaTiO 3 positive temperature coefficient resistance below T c will be reduced.
