Abstract:
Corimalia martini (H. Brisout), not previously known from
the Canary Islands, is recorded from Fuerteventura at two sites. Characters for distinguishing the species from C. lunlata (Wollaston), the only other
species of Corimalia known from the Canaries, are given. Short notes on biology, details of its occurrence, distribution, sexual differences and a brief
discussion are included. A key to the two Canarian species is provided.
