Abstract: Bacillus siamensis LDR was tested for its potential as a biocontrol agent against the phytopathogenic fungi Curvularia lunata BM and Ganoderma sp. TB4. Fermentation of B. siamensis LDR for the production of antifungal compound was performed in modified Czapex-Dox broth using hanjeli ( Coix lacryma-jobi L.) starch as carbon source. The Bacillus siamensis LDR inoculum was 10 5 CFU/ mL, and fermentation was conducted for up to 16 days. Antibiosis assay conducted to test the antifungal activity of filtrate medium. The results showed inhibition of C. lunata BM and Ganoderma sp. TB4 were 47.08% and 85.99%, respectively on 14 th day of fermentation. Antifungal assay of the crude extract from filtrate medium revealed growth inhibition of C. lunata BM (60.70%) and Ganoderma sp. TB4 (65.25%). Thin layer chromatography of the crude extract revealed pink-colored spots indicative of lipopeptide compounds. Analysis of the crude extract by ultraperformance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was tentatively identified as iturin A, bacillomycin F, and surfactin.

Abstract: Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) has been widely employed as a material for microreactors and lab-on-a-chip devices. However, in its applications, PDMS suffers from two major problems: its weak resistance against common organic solvents and its chemically non-functional surface. To overcome both issues, atmospheric pressure atomic layer deposition (AP-ALD) can be used to deposit an inorganic nanolayer (TiO x ) on PDMS that, in turn, can be further functionalized. The inorganic nano layer is previously communicated to durably increase the organic solvent resistance of PDMS. In this study, we investigate the possibility of this TiO x nano layer providing surface anchoring groups on PDMS surfaces, enabling further functionalization. We treat PDMS samples cured at three different temperatures with AP-ALD and measure the hydrophilicity of the treated samples as an indicator of the presence of surface anchoring groups. We find that all the treated PDMS samples become hydrophilic right after the AP-ALD treatment. We further find that the AP-ALD-treated PDMS samples cured at 150 °C and 200 °C maintain their hydrophilicity, while the samples cured at 70 °C become less hydrophilic over time. The presence of surface anchoring groups through TiO x nano layer deposition on PDMS is further demonstrated and utilized by depositing gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) on the AP-ALD-treated samples. The samples exhibit visible light absorbance at 530 nm, a typical absorbance peak for AuNPs. In conclusion, this study demonstrates the use of nano layers grown by AP-ALD to solve the two major problems of PDMS simultaneously, widening its applicability, especially for use in high-end applications such as catalysis and bio-sensing.

Abstract: Individual NAT2 genotype identity data should be enriched to prevent Isoniazid-induced liver injury (IDILI) and optimize the dose of Isoniazid (INH). Therefore, this study aims to present the level of IDILI risk for specific genotype alleles. The data collection involves literature indexed by Google Scholar, Scopus, and Pubmed databases. The search uses a combination of the following keyword variants “INH” OR “INH”, “liver injury” OR “hepatotoxicity”, “polymorphism” OR “pharmacogenomic”, and “N-acetyltransferase 2” OR “NAT2”. Furthermore, the screening results of library sources were narrowed to 11 original articles that met the inclusion criteria. The IDILI risk assessment analysis due to NAT2 enzyme polymorphism following the odds ratio has a 95% confidence interval. The results showed that the IDILI risk level of the slow acetylator group was 3.11 times higher than other populations. Meanwhile, the rapid and intermediate acetylator groups were not at risk. Three variants related to *6 allele were classified as high risk; *6A/*6A risk 5.76 times, *6A/*7B (5.54 times), and *6/*7 (4 times). The three allele configurations of the *5 and *7 were also classified as a risk; *5B/*7B (5 times), *7B/*7B (3.23 times), and *5/*7 (2,74 times).

Abstract: Marine actinomycetes are being explored to discover potential actinomycetes that produce antifungal compounds. In a previous study, marine actinomycetes isolates from the mangrove ecosystem were found to inhibit growth of the phytopathogenic fungi Colletotrichum siamense KA. In this study, the three of these isolates with the highest antagonistic activity—SM11, SM14, and SM15—were evaluated for their antifungal activity using antibiosis assay. The fermentation was performed in SCB:PDB medium (1:1) for 6, 9, and 12 days. The results showed that SM14 was the strongest potential isolate; it inhibited the growth of C. siamense KA on average up to 64.90% for 12 days on PDA filtrate medium. Molecular identification showed SM14 was closely related to Streptomyces sanyensis , but had differences in morphological and biochemical characteristics compared to SM11 or SM15. This indicated that the three isolates were different strains and may challenge further research on identifying and analyzing their antifungal compounds.

Abstract: Relationship between Pregnant Women’s Perception of the Integrated ANC Program with Pregnant Women’s Behavior in the Integrated ANC Program   Urip Tugiyarti(1), Santoso (2), Muhammad Akhyar(3), Sapja Anantanyu(4)   1) Study Program of Community Development/Empowerment Counseling in Health Promotion Interest, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta 2)Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta 3) Faculty of Education, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta 4) Development Counseling Study Program, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta   ABSTRACT   Background: Maternal Mortality Ratio (MMR) is very high in the world; recorded 800 women die every day due to complications of pregnancy and childbirth. The causes of maternal mortality in Indonesia are very diverse, both medical and non-medical. For this reason, efforts to accelerate the reduction of MMR and accelerate the SDGs achievement must be carried out comprehensively by involving cross-programs in the Health Office, across sectors, DPRD in local government, professional, religious/community organizations, private sector, NGOs and donor institutions. This is relevant as a reference, because maternal health conditions, especially pregnant women, in Indonesia are still far from expectations. Ensuring maternal health efforts is not limited to curative treatment, but must be balanced with preventive efforts. Preventive efforts are very important, because health status cannot be obtained instantly. The preventive effort aims to prevent the occurrence of maternal deaths and fulfill the rights of every pregnant woman to obtain quality health services so that she is able to undergo a healthy pregnancy, deliver safely and give birth to a healthy and quality baby, and pregnant women must understand and carry out integrated antenatal care (ANC). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perceptions of pregnant women about the integrated ANC program with the behavior of pregnant women in the integrated ANC program. Subject and Method: This study uses a quantitative research method with a cross sectional approach carried out in Bantul Regency. 175 respondents were selected using the cluster proportional random sampling technique. The criteria of respondents are pregnant women with more than 12 weeks gestational age in second and third Trimester. The instruments of data collection used were questionnaires. Data were analyzed with path analysis method and SEM to test the correctness of the structural models available on the lisrel program. Research Result: The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between the perception of pregnant women about the integrated ANC program with the mother behavior in the integrated ANC program (0.42, t value = 8.70). Conclusion: There is a positive and significant relationship between the perceptions of pregnant women about the integrated ANC program with the mother behavior in the integrated ANC program.   Keywords: pregnant women, perception, pregnant women behavior, integrated ANC program.

Abstract: Abstract: The development of Information Technology and communication which is increasingly fast is marked by the presence of internet media which has made it easier for humans to disseminate and receive/search for information without being bound by national borders in the international sphere. Humans are already living in practicality considering that increasingly modern means of communication to support all activities are available, even though the presence of the internet media can provide a variety of data, ranging from politics, economics, social, culture and so on, simply through search engines then information what is needed will be obtained. Even though the internet, information for personal life can be obtained such as health, recreation, hobbies, personal development, spiritual, and others. But there is another part that needs to be understood that the presence of internet media with offers or choices of various sites with freedom of access such as the double-edged sword, on the one hand, can bring positive impacts and on the other hand negative impacts. There are cases of defamation, insults, defamation, bullying, kidnapping, SARA issues, provocation, propaganda, hate speech, hoaxes, and the like. Abstract: Abstract: SMK Tamansiswa Sukadamai is one of the private schools in Pulo Bandring District which annually admits new students, this will affect the amount of student data that goes up and down. So far, SMK Tamansiswa Sukadamai has implemented a promotional strategy but it is still not optimal because the number of students registered at SMK Tamansiswa Sukadamai is more dominant in certain areas. Based on this, we need a technique that is able to assist in transforming the data into useful information, namely by applying data mining for promotional strategies, which can be the basis or guideline for promotional strategies based on areas where there are not many students present. The application of the k-means clustering method for promotional strategies can assist in the data grouping process in the form of data grouping results for C1 "Potential" and C2 "Potential", where C1 is the right area for more optimal promotion so that promotion is more effective and efficient. With the development of this clustering system, it can provide input to schools to determine which areas are more optimal for more in-depth promotion.

Abstract: Metaverse and VR (virtual reality) technology brings a lot of benefits to some sectors of life, especially education because VR technology makes it possible for users to be placed in a simulation of a certain scenario or situation which helps with the user’s learning experience. The development of computer technology where computer components are much smaller in size, have better computational capacity, and low cost has made VR technology more available and offers more and more opportunities as computer technology develops even further. In order to take advantage of the increasing opportunity, a virtual room application based on Android OS for Oculus Quest 2 is developed in order to learn about virtual reality development workflow on a VR headset using Unity game engine. The features implemented in the virtual room app are locomotion control by teleportation and continuous movement, rotation by snap turning, interactable objects such as a mirror, grabbable objects which the user can hold in the virtual room, and sockets to place digital objects in the virtual room.
