Abstract: The prevalence of stunting in Indonesia was still high at 24.4% based on the 2021 Indonesian Nutritional Status Study, while at 20.9% in Central Java. Policymakers need to make quick and practical decisions to support the creation of an environment that empowers communities in stunting prevention. This current study aimed to describe the cause and effect of stunting and various applicable models of community empowerment in various regions of Indonesia to prevent stunting cases. This study used a qualitative method and focus group discussions (FDG) for data collection. It was conducted in mid-2022. The participants were the technical officers of the provincial government, National Population and Family Planning Board (BKKBN), non-government organizations, nutritionists, child health experts and academicians, as many as 2 participants from each organization selected by the purposive sampling method. The FGD results showed several good practices in some regions. One initiative to replicate is providing stunting prevention training for cadres and mothers of childbearing age and health promotion programs for prospective brides at least three months before marriage. Besides, forming a team for collecting data on prospective brides, and improving the existing recording system is required to reduce stunting prevalence.

Abstract: In this research is designing and manufacture Phytoplankton concentration measurements in liquid medium based on arduino microcontroller. The design works with by exploiting fluorescence phenomenon, by using Purple Light Emitting Diode (λ = 405 nm, P = 10 mW, frequency modulation 625 Hz) as a light source absorbed by phytoplankton, mesuring vessel, optical filters, and photodiodes. Data obtained of the photodiode sensor is then conducted data acquisition by arduino, the quantitiy of phytoplankton concentration will be displayed on the lcd. From testing to Phytopathton for the concentration range it was found that for the concentration range 102 - 106 cells / ml obtained a consistent relationship the intensity of fluorescence with the increase in cell concentration. Gradients obtained for high range concentration with R 2 = 0.9632 lower than the low range concentration with R 2 = 0.9642.

Abstract: Naturally, the Internet as an open network allows millions of users to interact each other. Furthermore, the giant network vulnerable to various malicious activities that potentially causes many (losses) for both resources and humanity. In order to reduce the potential attacking activities, Internet Engineering Task Force has standardized a network level security so-called IP Security. The key process behind the IP Security is a Security Association that is identified by Security Parameter Index. The initiation of Security Association performance depends on the encryption algorithm used. Hence, the performance of the algorithm candidate is an important consideration. This paper aims to evaluate some encryption algorithm to be used in IPv6 network. Results of the experiments shows that ECP 384 based on the elliptic curve algorithms outperforms than the traditional algorithm such as MODP 1024 and MODP 3072.

Abstract: Massive MIMO with multiple BS antennas can give simultaneous service for multiple user equipments (UEs) that are widely considered in massive connectivity to meet high data rate requirements. User selection is critical to optimize the overall performance of MIMO systems in various scenarios and has been extensively studied in cellular networks to guarantee service for users. In the previous study, location-dependent user selection (LUS) had extremely low computational complexity which is capable to enhance sum rate performance, but there are many environmental condition assumptions that make this algorithm does not reflect real conditions. In this research, we proposed modified LUS with approximations of sum rate in large system regimes by adding the sum ergodic of the distance from one user to another which enhance sum rate performance. In addition, we vary the user environment that was ignored in previous research by varying the path loss exponent values. In this research, we focus modify on sub-urban areas with each UEs having different environmental conditions. The selection scheme is equipped with spatial correlation fading on the transmitter side MIMO antenna. The simulation shows an increase in sum rate between 0.0012 to 0.3935 in perfect CSI. For the imperfect CSI with antenna correlation coefficient for power at 30 dBm is 0.5 when 32x64 antennas is 14 optimal active UEs with sum rate is 23.4207 bps/Hz. For cases where the user is located in different positions with different environmental circumstances, with 32x64 antennas showing the highest sum rate is 24.8436 bps/Hz with 17 optimal UEs.

Abstract: Today’s e-learning is an essential component of an education process, especially in higher education. The performance of education process can be improved significantly when higher education applies e-learning. Furthermore, much higher educations use e-learning, however many of them fail to use e-learning since they do not investigate the critical component of e-learning which suitable for their institution. This paper proposes how to identify the critical factor of e-learning in higher education using Hexagonal E-learning Assessment Model (HELAM) and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Using two type of student regarding the use of e-learning, i.e., the student who everyday use e-learning and not. Our study shows that the most critical factor chosen by intense students using e-learning is Course Management factor, while the most critical factor for not intense students is Knowledgeable. From the results of this study can be concluded that the students already have the confidence and ability that are high in using e-learning sites, but support and encouragement are also needed to motivate them in the use of e-learning. Such motivation can be their private lecture site management services as well as support and training so that students can be well-informed about e-learning sites.

Abstract: Current information technology development continues to evolve along with the needs in obtaining data or information either audio, images or a combination of both which is growing rapidly. Therefore information technology must be able to provide services that could fulfill user expectations in terms of both quality and quantity. One of the prominent changes in information exchange field is the use of wireless technologies, including its network configurations. Besides having to function optimally, the performance of the wireless technology is also needed to be maintained. This research is about the technology performance of Wireless Distribution System (WDS) with point to multi-point network configuration using 802.11g access point. The research was conducted in two phases. The first phase was building a WDS network model using four access points that are connected to each other. The second one was examining WDS network performance on server side. Based on the results obtained seen throughput on each segment WDS tested in gradual decline and the sharpest occurred in the last segment. On the other side the value of jitter increased from WDS-1 to WDS-2 and WDS-3 in a normal number, as well as the value of packet loss which increased in a very good category. The results obtained indicate good quality and generally very appropriate WDS technology to expand wireless access.

Abstract: Education has purposes to improve quality of human resources and to develop readiness to look at future. It also play critical role to reduce ignorance, recognize the potency and shape the behavior in the community. There are two types well-know of education in Indonesia, which are formal (kindergarten, elementary, junior high, senior high and university) and non-formal (computer courses, English lessons, tutoring session, vocational training and professional certification). Of course, people will go to formal education to obtain graduation degree for the necessity of finding job and position in the market. But, some people tend to seek alternative to provide adequate education for their future. It hinted certain problems have been resided in the current educational model, which focus on face to face approach. Along with the rising of IT in the era of Industry 4.0 in every aspect of daily life, people learn mostly every subject through Internet without considering much on its credibility. Thus, this paper explore the possibility of using hybrid method, which is known for blended learning to be implemented in nonformal education to help facilitate the public on information availability and develop mastery-based presentation to improve the understanding of student efficiently.

Abstract: In this modern era, the competition among the manufacturing industry, especially in the automotive sector will become increasingly tight which causes companies need to innovate so that satisfaction of the consumer can be maintained. The production process will be an important aspect in the automotive industry to maintain the quality of products and ensure consumer demand can be fulfilled. The problems that often occur in the production process is in the form of production flow constraints caused by workload unbalanced in the assembly lines. The imbalance causes the assembly lines do not run in a cycle time that is determined, so that consumer demand can not be meet in the right amount and companies need to spend more to mitigate them. Therefore, this study was conducted to balance workload on the assembly line by using line balancing form Ranked Positional Weight (RPW) with a subsequent increase in the efficiency and productivity of assembly line that affect production process runs without any contraints.

Abstract: The supply of electricity that exceeds the load requirement results in the occurrence of electrical power losses. To provide the appropriate power supply to these needs, there must be a plan for the provision of electricity by making prediction or estimation of electrical load. Therefore the issue of electrical load forecasting becomes very important in the provision of efficient power. In this study, the author tries to build a model of short-term electrical load prediction using artificial neural network (ANN) with learning algorithm levenberg-marquardt (Trainlm), Bayesian regularization (Trainbr) and scaled conjugate gradient (Trainscg). Scope of research data retrieval is limited electrical load on the work area of Serang City. The results of this study show that the JST prediction of levenberg-marquardt (Trainlm) algorithm is better than the calculated prediction using Bayesian regularization (Trainbr) and scaled conjugate gradient (Trainscg) algorithms. The electric load prediction shows that the average error (Trainlm) is 3.37. Thus, it can be concluded that the electrical load prediction using the levenberg-marquardt (Trainlm) JST algorithm is more accurate than that of the Bayesian regularization (Trainbr) JST algorithm and the scaled conjugate gradient (Trainscg)

Abstract: The design variable speed drive induction motor is based on the power supply system of cascaded H-bridge seven level inverter. The variable speed regulation of the induction motor is performed by controlling the variable magnitude and output voltage frequency of the CHB circuit. The output voltage of the CHB circuit is generated by synthesizing the reference voltage signal derived from the field oriented control algorithm model of the induction motor. Testing and circuit operation mode using switching phase-switch technique on variable speed drive system of induction motor is done to know system performance in transient and steady-state by using computer software. The response of the simulation shows the conformity of the proposed concept. From this research is expected to improve the quality and capacity of output power in modular way so that it can be applied to the electric drive in general.
