    Abstract: Background.The rapid spread of COVID-19 in the world, the severity of disease, high morbidity and mortality have rightly made the COVID-19 pandemic a major threat to humanity. Therefore, one of the most urgent problems for practical health care is the issue of development of immunity for COVID-19 survivors, the possibility of re-infection, and the appropriateness of vaccination. The article presents the interim results of the study was named RESPONSE devoted to assessing the immunity for 90 days from patients that survived COVID-19 in a mild or asymptomatic course. Aims to study of the dynamics of generation of SARS-CoV-2 adhesive (S) protein neutralizing antibodies (IgG) and specificities of humoral immunity from COVID-19 survivors with light and asymptomatic form of disease in depending on gender and age. Materials and methods.Joint study by the Military Medical Academy n.a. S.M. Kirov and Laboratory Service Helix is being undertaken in the period from January 06, 2020 to August 1, 2021 on the basis of Academy clinics and Helix diagnostic centers in Saint Petersburg. The study was included 1109 males and females aged 18 to 70 (average age 38.2), who received to outpatient treatment of light and asymptomatic form of New Coronavirus Infection. All patients included in the investigation were done survey of quantitative neutralizing antibodies of class IgG to S-protein SARS-CoV-2 content in venous blood in 30, 45, 60 and 90 days from the last result of positive polymerase chain reaction with reverse transcription (OT-PCR) for determining nucleic acid SARS-CoV-2 in biological material by immunochemiluminescent analysis (LIAISON XL, DiaSorin S.p.A., made in Italy). Results.The IgG class antibody to the S-protein SARS-CoV-2 were not diagnosed 30 days after the survived infection only 0.9% of young women (1844 years) and 0.8% of men in the same age bracket. In other age groups, antibodies were defined in all participants of study. Titer of IgG gradually increases to peak concentration after 45 days, its kept at this level to the 60th day, and then it has a decreasing trend after 90 days from the onset of the disease. Conclusions.The results show the timing of generation and duration of the humoral response in survived patients COVID-19 in a mild or asymptomatic form. For 45 days, antibodies were determined in all participants of the study, reflecting the development of post-infectious humoral immunity, which was maintained in patients with the mild or asymptomatic forms of COVID-19 at least 3 months.

    Abstract: Carboxycymantrene CymCOOH (Cym = ( η 5 ‐C 5 H 4 )Mn (CO) 3 ) was applied to assemble a series of uncommon Cd‐Mn carboxylate complexes comprising 1D‐polynuclear [Cd (OOCCym)(acac)] n ( 1 ) as well as oligonuclear species, [Cd 2 (OOCCym) 4 (EtOH) 4 )] ( 2 ), [Cd (OOCCym) 2 (bpy)(H 2 O] ( 3 , bpy = 2,2′‐bipyridine) and [Cd (OOCCym) 2 (phen) 2 ]·EtOH ( 4 , phen = 1,10‐phenantroline). Compound 2 was found to be a product of irreversible SCSC transition from [Cd 2 (OOCCym) 4 (EtOH) 3 (H 2 O)]·EtOH ( 2_100K ) initially formed in corresponding syntheses. This transition is accompanied by two‐fold decrease in cell volume and increase in cell symmetry. Recrystallyzation of 2 – 4 from common organic solvents affects the nuclearity of products (in case of 2 and 3 ) or subtly alters the structure of [Cd (OOCCym) 2 (phen) 2 ] units ( 4 ). The optimal Cd to Mn ratio inspired studying solid‐state thermal decomposition of 2 – 4 as a route to CdMn 2 O 4 ‐based ceramics. As a result, oxide samples with a predominance of tetragonal (Cd 1‐x Mn x )Mn 2 O 4 spinel have been prepared and characterized by powder XRD, SEM, EDX, and IR revealing the interplay between the preparation technique and the features of morphology and composition. The retaining of Cd to Mn ratio upon recrystallyzation of 2 – 4 implies possibility of further elaboration of CdMn 2 O 4 ‐based materials in various morphologies (polycrystalline ones, films, etc.). Notably, 2 – 4 is also the first series of related heterometallic Cd‐Mn complexes being studied as individual precursors for CdMn 2 O 4 ‐based oxide systems.

    Abstract: Обоснование. В клинической практике регулярно встречаются ситуации, при которых невозможно взять кровь из периферических вен для проведения лабораторных анализов. При этом проблема сравнительной оценки показателей венозной и капиллярной крови остается недостаточно изученной. Цель. Провести сравнительную оценку 5 лабораторных показателей функции щитовидной железы – свободного Т3 (св.Т3), свободного Т4 (св.Т4), антител к тиреоглобулину (АТ-ТГ), антител к тиреопероксидазе (АТ-ТПО), тиреотропного гормона (ТТГ) – для выявления характера отклонений рассматриваемых параметров капиллярной крови от аналогичных показателей венозной. Методы. В исследование были включены 22 клинически здоровых добровольца обоих полов, единовременно сдавших для обследования образцы капиллярной и венозной крови с соблюдением правил преаналитики. Выполнение исследований производили в течение трех часов после взятия биоматериала на анализаторе Roche Cobas e601. Для всех показателей рассчитывали средние значения с 95% доверительным интервалом (ДИ), вычисленным процедурой бутстрепа. В парах значений показателей венозной и капиллярной крови рассчитывали их разность, которую выражали в относительных (в %) единицах. Для сравнения зависимых выборок также использовали критерий Уилкоксона для разностей пар и корреляционный анализ. Результаты. Для св.Т3 (среднее отклонение 3,11%; p 〈 0,001), св.Т4 (3,89%; p 〈 0,001), АТ-ТГ (2,73%; p = 0,041) и АТ-ТПО (6,75%; p 〈 0,001) продемонстрировано статистически значимое увеличение, а для ТТГ (-4,3%; p 〈 0,001) – снижение значений для образцов капиллярной крови по сравнению с аналогичными показателями венозной. Отклонение в пределах 5% в подавляющем большинстве случаев не имеет клинического значения при постановке диагноза и выборе терапии для пациента. Все рассмотренные показатели капиллярной крови обладают сильной корреляцией (r 〉 0,75) с аналогичными показателями венозной крови: для св.Т3 r = 0,971; св.Т4 – r = 0,993; АТ-ТГ – r = 0,958; АТ-ТПО – r = 0,836; ТТГ – r = 0,995. Заключение. Таким образом, показатели св.Т3, св.Т4 и ТТГ можно определять в капиллярной крови без какого-либо ущерба для точности клинической оценки при строгом соблюдении преаналитических правил, при этом для таких показателей как АТ-ТГ, АТ-ТПО данные отклонения могут иметь значение только при результатах, находящихся на верхней границе референсных интервалов.

    Abstract: A series of novel antimitotic agents was designed using the replacement of heterocyclic cores in two tubulin‐targeting lead molecules with the acylated 4‐aminoisoxazole moiety. Target compounds were synthesized via heterocyclization of β‐aryl‐substituted vinylketones by tert ‐butyl nitrite in the presence of water as a key step. 4‐Methyl‐ N ‐[5‐methyl‐3‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)isoxazol‐4‐yl]benzamide ( 1aa ) was found to stimulate partial depolymerization of microtubules of human lung carcinoma A549 cells at a high concentration of 100 µM and to totally inhibit cell growth (IC 50  = 0.99 µM) and cell viability (IC 50  = 0.271 µM) in the nanomolar to submicromolar concentration range. These data provide evidence of the multitarget profile of the cytotoxic action of compound 1aa . The SAR study demonstrated that the 3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl residue is the key structural parameter determining the efficiency both towards tubulin and other molecular targets. The cytotoxicity of 3‐methyl‐ N ‐[5‐methyl‐3‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)isoxazol‐4‐yl]benzamide ( 1ab ) to the androgen‐sensitive human prostate adenocarcinoma cancer cell line LNCaP (IC 50  = 0.301 µM) was approximately one order of magnitude higher than that to the conditionally normal cells lines WI‐26 VA4 (IC 50  = 2.26 µM) and human umbilical vein endothelial cells (IC 50  = 5.58 µM) and significantly higher than that to primary fibroblasts (IC 50   〉  75 µM).
