    Abstract: This research focuses on new enterprises in Surakarta and its neighboring areas. A quantitative method was used to assess data 104 respondents. This study looks at how the determination to establish a firm, the tranparancy of the sales, dynamic market, internal market, and laws influence on capital investors' decisions and also the trust of them in the growing of start-up entrepreneurs. PLS-SEM was used to test hypotheses in this interpretive and empiric investigation. Results of this research, the data revealed that tolerance of risk had a beneficial impact on launching a new firm (start-up), supporting the first hypothesis. The hypothesis that financial availability has a positive and also substantial influence toward entrepreneurship education. Finally, supports risk tolerance's mediation role in the association of the entrepreneurship education and also launching a new firm

    Abstract: Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UMKM Desa Polengan melalui upaya meningkatkan kualitas dan inovasi produk. Metode dalam pengabdian dengan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dimana pendekatan ini dimulai dengan melakukan analisis situasi dengan pihak desa dan BUMDES sehingga didapatkan berbagai data permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM yaitu antara lain: masih rendahnya pengetahuan tentang produk dan sertifikasi halal; rendahnya pengetahuan dan ketrampilan SDM dalam pengembangan produk/ inovasi produk. Oleh karena itu maka pengabdian ini melaksanakan kegiatan Sosialisasi Produksi dan sertifikasi halal dan Pelatihan Inovasi Produk serta penyerahan alat yang dibutuhkan UMKM. Hasil dari sosialisasi halal didapatkan bahwa UMKM semakin menyadari pentingnya sertifikasi halal dan tertarik untuk mengikuti sertifikasi halal yang dibantu oleh pemerintah. Sedangkan dari pelatihan inovasi produk yaitu pembuatan bayam krispi dan kripik belut daun singkong menarik perhatian warga untuk mencoba memproduksi kripik tersebut karena bahan yang mudah untuk didapatkan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 20 Juli 2022 dengan jumlah peserta 20 UMKM di Desa Polengan. Kesadaran masyarakat Desa Polengan akan produk halal dan inovasi produk ini diharapkan akan meningkatkan kinerja bisnis UMKM kedepannya. This service aims to improve the business performance of Polengan Village SMEs through efforts to enhance product quality and innovation. The method of service is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach where this approach begins by conducting a situation analysis with the village and BUMDES so that various data on problems faced by MSMEs are obtained, namely: low knowledge about products and halal certification; low HR knowledge and skills in product development/ product innovation. Therefore, this service carries out Halal Production and Certification Socialization activities, Product Innovation Training, and handing over the tools that MSMEs need. The results of the halal socialization found that MSMEs are increasingly aware of the importance of halal certification and are interested in participating in halal certification assisted by the government. While the product innovation training, namely making crispy spinach and cassava leaf eel chips, attracted the attention of residents to try to produce these chips because the ingredients were easy to obtain. This service activity was carried out on July 20, 2022, with 20 SMEs in Polengan Village. The awareness of the people of Polengan Village about halal products and product innovation will improve the SMEs business performance in the future.

    Abstract: Program imunisasi di Indonesia mewajibkan pada setiap bayi mendapatkan imunisasi dasar lengkap yang terdiri dari 1 dosis HB-0, 1 dosis BCG, 3 dosis DPT-HB-Hib, 4 dosis polio, dan 1 dosis campak. Data Riset Kesehatan Dasar (2018), menunjukkan bahwa 32,9% bayi di Indonesia tidak mendapatkan imunisasi dasar lengkap dan 9,2% bayi tidak melakukan imunisasi, proporsi imunisasi pada anak menurut jenis imunisasi HB-0 secara nasional sebesar 83,1%. Capaian imunisasi dasar lengkap secara provinsi belum mencapai target dengan pencapaian hanya 71% (target 92,5%). Hasil pelaporan Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Hilir pada tahun 2021 yaitu imunisasi lengkap 94,52 %, tidak pernah di imunisasi 1,19%, belum lengkap diimunisasi 4,29 %. Dari hasil pelaporan yang mencapai target terdapat pula yang belum mencapai target adalah wilayah kerja Posyandu  imunisasi dasar lengkap 84,7% di Desa Bangun Sari, tidak di imunisasi 5,04% dan tidak lengkap imunisasi 10,23 %. Salah satu yang diketahui permasalahan tentang kelengkapan imunisasi adalah pengetahuan ibu dalam memberikan imunisasi dasar lengkap pada bayinya. Tujuan dari PKM ini memberikan penyuluhan kepada ibu yang mempunyai bayi di Posyandu Desa Bangun Sari Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Hilir. Kegiatan pengabdian dihadiri oleh 50 orang peserta. Para peserta sangat antusias dan materi tersampaikan dengan baik. Semoga dengan adanya penyuluhan tersebut dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang kelengkapan imunisasi dasar.

    Abstract: Maternal and perinatal mortality rates remain high worldwide with up to 99% of maternal deaths due to problems in labour or the postpartum period. Maternal mortality in developing countries is highest at 450/100,000 births, compared to developed countries. Premature rupture of membranes is defined as rupture of membranes before the date of birth. It can occur late in pregnancy or before delivery. Under normal circumstances, 8-10% of pregnant women experience premature rupture of membranes. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of pregnant women with the incidence of KPD at Husada Bunda Hospital in 2021. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional study design carried out on pregnant women at RSIA Husada Bunda. A total of 126 respondents of the age of pregnant women who were not at risk were 26 respondents experiencing BPH, 118 respondents who were not anaemic in pregnant women were 24 respondents experiencing BPH and 204 respondents of parity who were not at risk were 42 respondents experiencing BPH. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an incidence of KPD at Husada Bunda Hospital which occurs KPD is 46 people (20.6%). It is hoped that health workers can provide knowledge about KPD to pregnant women when mothers do ANC and mothers know the characteristics of KPD so that KPD does not occur.

    Abstract: Start-up businesses experienced significant growth in Surakarta and the surrounding areas. This development is likely supported by Surakarta’s economy, which is strongly driven by the business and industrial sectors. A company’s external and internal factors also affect start-up business success in Surakarta. From the company perspective, the factors affecting this success are the marketing, human resources, finance, and operational aspects. This study focuses on start-up businesses in Surakarta and the surrounding areas. Data were collected from 104 respondents and were analyzed using a quantitative method. This study examines the impact of a decision to start a business, the openness of the internal market, sales, dynamic market, and government policies, which were found to affect capital investors’ decision and their trust in start-up entrepreneurs. This study was interpretative and empiric, with hypotheses tested using PLS-SEM. The findings showed that risk tolerance positively impacts starting a new business (start-up) with a p-value of 0.000 〈 0.005, supporting the first hypothesis. The hypothesis on financial availability’s positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship education was supported with a p-value of 0.001 〈 0.005. The hypothesis on the effect of financial availability on starting a new business (start-up) is also supported with a p-value of 0.002 〈 0.005, which supports the third hypothesis. Lastly, risk tolerance mediating role in the relationship between entrepreneurship education and starting a new business (start-up) is supported with a p-value of 0.000 〈 0.005, supporting hypothesis 4.

    Abstract: Analisa situasi terindikasi permasalahan UKM UD. SS Sam yaitu pembatasan personil yang kurang sepadan dengan kapasitas,  tata organisasi usaha lemah, pembukuan sederhana, akibatnya dimungkinkan UKM Mitra ini stagnan usahanya, tidak jelas share yang diterima, bahkan cash flow tidak terkontrol, manajer yang berangsur-angsur berumur tua akibatnya dikhawatirkan akan mengalami kebrangkutan. Diperlukan pembinaan dan pendampingan menata manajemen dan akuntansi agar UKM ini lebih sehat dari sisi bisnis, meningkat omzet pasar, terkontrol tata kelola keuangannya. Setelah dilakukan pembinaan dan pendampingan selama 6 (enam) bulan terjadi perubahan psikologis manajer terkait keyakinan perlunya penataan organisasi, akuntabilitas diantaranya pencatatan yang sistematis, teratur, terkontrol; memiliki perencanaan usaha yang jelas; sistem penggajian yang terstruktur sehingga menjamin karyawan bekerja dengan tenang dan berprestasi, pada gilirannya kapasitas usaha (perusahaan) selalu meningkat serta manajemen usaha mulai dari perencanaan usaha, tata letak bahan dan peralatan, pengaturan ruang usaha, ruang penyimpanan, hingga pemasaran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan dalam mencapai tujuan dan memperoleh luaran maka langkah-langkah pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu : 1. Diskusi partisipatif antara manajer, karyawan dengan tim pengabdi, 2. Pendampingan dalam mewujudkan struktur manajemen yang benar dan 3. Melatih akuntansi hingga dicapai akuntabilitas usaha.

    Abstract: Background: Disaster is a life threatening event and may have an impact to the psychological state of the victims. The occurrence of psychological trauma can affect the sleep quality of victims in the aftermath of a disaster.Objective: This research aimed to find out the sleep quality among the victims of landslide disaster in Donorati Village, Purworejo Regency.Methods: This was a descriptive research with cross-sectional design. Instrument used was Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) which had been tested for its validity using Pearson Product Moment Test and also had been tested for its reliability using Alpha Cronbach with alpha value= 0,734. Respondents in this research are 100 landslide disaster victims which were determined using cluster sampling technique. The data analysis used Chi-Square Test and Fisher Test.Results: The victims of landslide disaster in Donorati Village, mainly had good sleep quality (total score PSQI 〈 5). However, there were 40% of respondents who had poor sleep quality (total score PSQI ≥5). There were significant differences in sleep quality seen from home address or the disaster’s severity (p=0,002) and coffee consumption habit (p=0,029).Conclusion: The majority of disaster victims in this research had good sleep quality. Severity area of disaster and drinking coffee habits may affect the victims’ sleep quality. ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Bencana merupakan serangkaian peristiwa yang dapat mengancam kehidupan masyarakat dan berdampak pada kondisi psikologis korban. Kejadian trauma psikologis dapat memengaruhi kualitas tidur korban pascabencana.Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui gambaran kualitas tidur pascabencana tanah longsor pada masyarakat Desa Donorati Kabupaten Purworejo.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Instrumen ini telah diuji validitasnya menggunakan uji Pearson Product Moment serta telah melalui uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach dengan nilai alpha= 0,734. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang korban tanah longsor, dengan teknik cluster sampling. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan uji Fisher.Hasil: Mayoritas responden mempunyai kualitas tidur yang baik (total skor PSQI 〈 5). Namun, sebanyak 40% responden mempunyai kualitas tidur buruk (total skor PSQI ≥5). Terdapat perbedaan kualitas tidur yang signifikan dilihat dari alamat tinggal atau tingkat keparahan bencana dengan nilai p=0,002, dan kebiasaan minum kopi dengan nilai p=0,029.Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar korban bencana pada penelitian ini memiliki kualitas tidur yang baik. Tingkat keparahan bencana dan kebiasaan minum kopi dapat berdampak pada kualitas tidur responden.

    Abstract: Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia (NH) or neonatal jaundice is characterized by elevated serum levels of total bilirubin in the blood and yellow color of the baby's skin, sclera, and mucous membranes. Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can cause mild-moderate-severe neurological disorders, up to death, if left untreated. The incidence of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia (NH) in Indonesia in 2016 reached 51.47% of cases where 33.3% of the total NH cases were related to prematurity. The purpose of this study is to determine the incidence of NH in RSAB Harapan Kita This research is a type of quantitative analytical research with a cross sectional approach. The study population is babies born at RSAB Harapan Kita for the period January 2022 – December 2022. Using a random sampling technique with the slovin formula and a margin of error of 5%, a sample of 315 patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Furthermore, statistical analysis was carried out using the chi-square test. As many as 158 (50.2%) babies born at RSAB Harapan Kita experienced NH with the most results of female babies (54.4%), aged 24-48 hours (48.1%), low birth weight (57%), and premature gestational age (67.7%). Bivariate analysis of the association of gestational age with NH incidence has a significance value of 〈 0.001 which proves a significant association. Conclusions: There is a significant association between preterm gestational age and NH incidence

    Abstract: Interaksi tanah struktur merupakan suatu metode yang diakukan untuk menganalisa bagaimana peran dari beban gempa terhadap distribusi tekanan tanah lateral dinamis pada dinding basemen. Metode-metode yang dilakukan didasarkan pada uji eksperimental maupun secara analisa terhadap perilaku dinding penahan tanah. Studi ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa distribusi tekanan lateral dinamis pada dinding basment di permukaan dengan menggunakan metode numerik. Analisa interaksi tanah-struktur dinamis dilakuka dengan menggunakan Program Plaxis Dynamics 2D. Studi parametrik yang diambil pada penelitian ini yaitu sensitivitas terhadap pengaruh variasi kondisi taah, percepatan gempa di batuan dasar, kandungan frekuensi input. Kondisi tanah yang digunakan berdasarkan data tanah lapangan pada daerah Tangerang Selatan. Variasi mekanisme keruntuhan gempa yang digunakan yaitu Shallow Crustal, Meganthrust, dan Benioff dengan variasi Peak Ground Acceleration 0,1 g, 0,33g, dan 0,6 g. Hasil yang diperoleh dari studi ini adalah distribusi tekanan tanah lateral yang mencapai nilai maksimum pada dasar basemen dengan adanya peningkatan tekanan yang hampir linear dengan semakin meningkatnya input motion. Studi ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk penentuan distribusi tekanan tanah lateral dinamis dengan pola distribusi tekanan tanah lateral yang terjadi pada dinding basement, pengaruh PGA, dan mengetahui gambaran mengenai pengaruh interaksi tanah terhadap besarnya tekanan lateral gempa yang bekerja dengan membatasi penelitian dengan jenis tanah, jenis pondasi, dan pemodelan struktur menggunakan aplikasi bebasis 2D.
