    Abstract: ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi tepung wortel dan tepung jagung pada pakan buatan terhadap pertumbuhan dan gambaran darah Ikan Mas Koi (Cyprinus carpio L). Penelitian menggunakan metode rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. Ikan Koi diberi pakan dengan tiga pakan formulasi dan satu  pakan komersil sebagai pakan kontrol selama 60 hari pemeliharaan. Tiga pakan formulasi mengandung 10% tepung wortel (pakan A), 10% tepung jagung (pakan B), dan 5% tepung wortel + 5% tepung jagung (pakan C), dan pakan komersil (pakan D) diberikan pada Ikan Koi sebanyak dua kali sehari dengan dosis 5% bobot tubuh. Parameter yang diamati adalah pertumbuhan mutlak, rasio konversi pakan, efisiensi pakan, total leukosit, dan total eritrosit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pakan yang telah diberikan tidak memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan mutlak, rasio konversi pakan, efisiensi pakan, tingkat kelangsungan hidup, total leukosit dan total eritrosit. Pertumbuhan mutlak rata-rata Ikan Mas Koi berkisar antara7,40–11,63 g, rasio konversi pakan berkisar antara 4,94–7,82 g, efisiensi pakan berkisar antara 12,78-20,33 %, total leukosit berkisar antara 0,99-1,03×105sel.mm-3, total leukosit berkisar antara 6,00-9,30×105sel.mm-3. Kata kunci: Gambaran Darah, Ikan Koi, Pertumbuhan, Tepung Jagung, Tepung Wortel

    Abstract: Stunting is a nutritional problem that must be immediately prevented and treated in Indonesia in order to produce a smart and quality generation. The government is working to accelerate the reduction in the stunting rate in Indonesia by issuing Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 72 of 2021 concerning accelerating the reduction of stunting. The results of the initial survey and discussion with the village midwife of Cot Rabo Baroh found that 5 (five) toddlers were stunted. Stunting that occurred in Cot Rabo Baroh Village was caused by a lack of knowledge of the community, especially parents, about fulfilling nutrition in toddlers. This activity is carried out by socialization, counseling and evaluation methods. Education about Moringa leaf nutrition and how to give Moringa leaves to toddlers which aims to provide an understanding to the public about the benefits of giving Moringa leaves to stunting toddlers to fulfill their daily life nutrition. The results of the service showed a significant change in knowledge before and after being given counseling. The majority of pretest results were in the poor category as many as 10 people with a percentage of 33.33%. While the majority of the posttest results were in the good category as many as 15 people with a percentage of 50%. It is hoped that after this community service activity the stunting toddler case will be resolved in Cot Rabo Baroh Village.

    Abstract: Pendidikan Islam merupakan bagian integral dalam sistem pendidikan Nasional memiliki konstribusi yang besar dalam penanaman nilai dan budaya serta perilaku keberagaman pada setiap diri seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai dan budaya yang perlu dipertahankan sebagai hasil warisan pendidikan Islam pada generasi penerus dan metode pendidikan Islam dalam penanaman nilai-nilai dan budaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data seperti jurnal, buku, modul, serta web yang dijadikan referensi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan dalam pendidikan Islam nilai yang perlu diwariskan adalah nilai-nilai yang terdapat dalam sumber ajaran Islam, yakni Al-quran dan sunnah yang menjadi inti dalam al-akhlaq al-karimah (budi pekerti) sebagai muara dari segenap aktivitas pendidikan. Melalui penanaman pendidikan Islam dengan berbagai metode, maka akan timbul kesadaran pribadi sebagai individu dan anggota masyarakat.

    Abstract: The effect of weathering processes in decreasing the shear strength of clay shale had been done in this study. The drying process of clay shale with sunlight in the laboratory up to 80 days had been conducted to create the conditions of weathered sample. The peak and residual shear strength parameters of unsaturated and saturated clay shale were obtained from triaxial laboratory test, and all samples were tested on each 8 days of weathering process. Decrease of shear strength in peak and residual condition was obtained during 80 days of the drying process. The residual shear strength parameters were distinguished between residual shear strength without stress release and with stress release of confining pressure. The results up to 80 days of unsaturated clay shale showed that the cohesion at peak stress conditions reduced to 30 % based on initial shear strength before the occurrence weathering, while the internal angle friction reduced to 64 %. Residual cohesion without and with stress release reduced to 4 % and 1 %, respectively while residual internal angle friction without and with stress release reduced to 15 % and 5 %. Similar situation also occurs for the saturated clay shale samples.

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 We report the structural properties of TiO 〈 sub 〉 2 〈 /sub 〉 (Titanium dioxide) thin films grown using sol-gel spin coating method for temperature treatment (with temperature 50 〈 sup 〉 o 〈 /sup 〉 C and without temperature) The difference in temperature is carried out to determine changes in the surface of the sample by using heating or not. Ideally, the thickness of the TiO2 layer ranges from 10-15 〈 em 〉 〈 strong 〉   〈 /strong 〉 〈 /em 〉 〈 em 〉 μm 〈 /em 〉 , therefore in this study it was carried out in 5 layers. Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) consist of surface morphology, Cross-section sample, and EDX images, respectively, providing the structure of the surface. The result confirm that temperature treatment can damage the surface coating, this is proven by the shape of the crack in the coating. 〈 /p 〉

    Abstract: Padang lamun menyediakan banyak manfaat. Diperlukan penilaian tutupan lamun dan distribusi spasial spesies lamun, untuk memastikan manfaat dari padang lamun tetap ada. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuadran disepanjang line transect, dan analisis data dilakukan untuk dapat menyajikan informasi tentang titik koordinat transek garis, persen tutupan lamun, persen tutupan spesies lamun, jenis substrat (pasir, lumpur dan pecahan karang), jumlah spesies Enhallus acoroides (tegakan/m2) dan distribusi spasial spesies lamun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kondisi padang lamun di wilayah studi sebagai kategori tutupan padat. Spesies lamun Thalassia hemprichii (Th) dan Enhalus acoroides (Ea) adalah spesies dominan dan menyebar ke seluruh wilayah penelitian.COMMUNITY STRUCTURE OF SEAGRASS IN MALANG RAPAT, BINTAN. Seagrass beds provide many benefits. Assessment of seagrass cover and spatial distribution of seagrass species is needed, to ensure the benefits of seagrass beds remain. The study was conducted using the quadratic method on the line transect, and the analysis was carried out to be able to present information about line transect coordinate points, percent cover of seagrass, percent cover of seagrass species, substrate type (sand, mud and rubble), number of species of Enhallus acoroides (shoot/m2) and spatial distribution of seagrass species. The results showed the condition of seagrass beds in the study area as a category of solid cover. Seagrass species Thalassia hemprichii (Th) and Enhalus acoroides (Ea) are dominant species and spread throughout the study area.

    Abstract: A tool that can predict water quality by capturing sound vibrations generated by collisions between water samples and light is LPAS (Laser Photo-Acoustic Spectroscopy). To process the data acquired by LPAS, spectrum correction is needed to eliminate data errors when making acquisitions on water samples. The correction method used in this research is the cutting edge filtering correction method. The regression model that can be used is the PLSR (Partial Least Square Regression) regression model. This research was conducted in the Instrumentation and Energy Laboratory, Agricultural Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Syiah Kuala University. Water sample analysis was carried out at the Laboratory of the Industrial Research and Standardization Center (BARISTAND) Banda Aceh. This study used 4 monitoring wells within the TPA (Final Disposal Site) and 4 samples were taken from community wells outside the scope of TPA Gampong Jawa, Banda Aceh City. The results of this study indicate the parameters (temperature, turbidity, Ph, TSS, DO, BOD and Nitrate) are predicted to be in the frequency range 4000 - 10,000 cm-1. Raw spectrum data for pH and Nitrate (NO3-) parameters produce better data than the spectrum data for cutting edge filtering correction methods while cutting edge filtering spectrum data for temperature, turbidity, TSS, DO and BOD-5 parameters are better than spectrum raw data. This study also shows that the cutting edge filtering correction method is able to cut boundaries and compress the spectrum so that it can provide data limits on the spectrum so that the PLSR method can be applied to predict water quality. Keywords: water quality; Laser Photo-Acoustic Spectroscopy, correction method, regression method

    Abstract: Mangrove memiliki peran yang khas di ekosistem pantai yakni adanya serasah daun yang mengalami dekomposisi dengan bantuan bakteri dan fungi. Dekomposisi merupakan proses penghancuran bahan organik mati yang dilakukan oleh agen biologi maupun fisika menjadi bahan-bahan mineral organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui laju dekomposisi serasah daun mangrove berdasarkan waktu, serta mengetahui ketersediaan detritus berdasarkan laju dekomposisi dan banyaknya serasah daun mangrove yang jatuh di kawasan mangrove Teluk Kendari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2019 s.d Januari 2020. Metode penelitian inimenggunakan jaring perangkap serasah untuk mengetahui produksi serasah dan menggunakan litter-bag untuk menyimpan serasah daun yang akan dihitung laju dekomposisinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa laju dekomposisi berdasarkan waktu pengamatan pada stasiun penelitian berbeda. Pada stasiun I, nilai berat kering akhir lebih kecil dibanding Stasiun II yaitu 0.12 gr/hari pada Stasiun I dan 0.25 gr/hari pada Stasiun II. Untuk produksi detritus pada stasiun penelitian tidak jauh berbeda yaitu 5,02 gram  pada Stasiun I dan 4,82 gram pada Stasiun II.Kata Kunci: detritus;laju dekomposisi; mangrove; serasah daun

    Abstract: PT. Sarihusada Generasi Mahardhika (PT. SGM) memiliki aktivitas pemindahan material manual (Material Manual Handling) oleh operator produksi pada pengujian hasil perekatan kemasan susu bubuk 25 kg. Aktivitas ini menguji hasil perekatan dengan cara mengangkat kemasan zak dari area perekatan dibawa ke tempat pengujian dengan cara diangkat langsung oleh operator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat bantu angkat untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja operator. Rancangan alat bantu dibangun berdasarkan analisis beban mental, gerakan kerja dan keluhan kesakitan operator. Pengukuran beban mental dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode NASA-TLX. Penilaian postur dan pergerakan kerja menggunakan metode REBA. Sedangkan untuk penilaian kelelahan fisik/musculoskeletal disease (MSDs) menggunakan kuesioner NBM (Nordic Body Map). Penerapan alat bantu angkat yang telah dirancang ternyata dapat membantu operator dan menaikkan produktivitas kerja sebesar 23%
