    Abstract: Program penanaman tanaman TOGA merupakan suatu bentuk nyata untuk mendukung terciptanya keluarga sehat dan sejahtera. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Desa Buatan I, Kecamatan Koto Gasib, Kabupaten Siak. Terdapat dua alasan yang menjadi dasar pelaksanaan program, yaitu: (1) Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap lingkungan hidup sehat; (2) Lingkungan desa yang memiliki tanah yang subur dan produktif namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Jenis media tanam yang digunakan adalah media tanah bakar dan polybag. Pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui pendekatan berupa tahapan-tahapan kegiatan yaitu analisis situasi, identifikasi masalah, menentukan tujuan kerja, rencana pemecahan masalah, pendekatan sosial, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Manfaat dari kegiatan ini adalah tanaman obat sewaktu-waktu dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat yang membutuhkan obat tradisional untuk penyembuhan penyakit, sehingga dalam keadaan tertentu masyarakat dapat membuat obat dengan waktu yang relatif singkat dan tidak bergantung dengan obat-obatan medis. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat Desa Buatan I terkait pentingnya memiliki Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) sebagai alternatif tumbuhan obat tradisional pengganti obat-obatan medis.

    Abstract: In the Compilation of Islamic Law the issue of nusyuz is regulated in article 84, although there are rules regarding nusyuz in the KHI, there is no definite understanding of the problem of nusyuz, which in article 84 only regulates the issue of nusyuz from the wife's side. As for the meaning of the meaning of nusyuz itself, scholars have different opinions, including the opinion of Imam Shafi'i and Imam Hanafi. This type of research is library research (library research). The approach used is descriptive analytic. The data collection technique used in this research is library research. The method used is "content analysis" (content analysis). The results of this study indicate that the concept of nusyuz in Article 84 of the KHI when viewed through a textual approach from two different schools of thought, it is the opinion of the Shafi'i school that is more appropriate or relevant to the concept of nusyuz in the KHI than the opinion of the Hanafi school. This is due to the influence of the thought pattern of Islamic law enforcement in Indonesia which is based on the Syafi'i school, as can be seen from the process of compiling the Compilation of Islamic Law through the book path in which most of the fiqh books are of the Shafi'i school of thought.

    Abstract: Duren village, ivory sub-district, located in the mountainous area south of Probolinggo Regency, is one of the mountainous villages that has limited electricity supply or has not yet received electricity supply from PLN. Because they have not yet received electricity supply from PLN, the local community uses the irrigation channel as a vortex power plant. Where the area of Duren village is very possible to make a vortex power plant because the irrigation canal is very suitable as a manufacturing location. With the existence of a whirlpool (vortex) power plant, it can alleviate the community of Duren village due to the electricity needs that have not received electricity supply from PLN. Results obtained from channel utilization activities a whirlpool (Vortex) irrigation power plant in the village of Duren areIncreased public knowledge about Vortex Before installing the equipment, first hold a meeting with community leaders in Duren village to determine the important places or facilities to install the equipment. At the installation location and an explanation of the Vortex to the responsible citizen. Instructions are also given directly to those who are given the task of operating the equipment on a daily basis at the time of installation. From this activity it is known that the community does not know how to properly care for and maintain the whirlpool power plant facilities. The material presented was about the basic principles of Vortex and continued with installation and maintenance procedures.

    Abstract: One of many duties of teachers is as a facilitators of students learning activities, as facilitator a teacher has to be capable in serving various kinds of instructional media. This research  aims to develop instructional media by applying  the computer assisted as simulation trainer of DCS in order to run processing control system, and analyzing characteristics on processing control systems, interactively, intuitive, effectively, and efficiently. This DCS/SCADA trainer is developed using LabVIEW application as the Human Machine Interface (HMI) which usually present on Distributed Control System (DCS). Arduino microcontroller as replacement for Programmable Logic Control (PLC) device. Applied controlling systems are Proportional Integral and Derivative (PID) control on single loop level and cascade loop level. From the research result by using mixed methods acquired qualitative and quantitative data’s. Data then analyzed through triangulation process by using the support of NVivo application until its validity and credibility can be approved as assessment on the instructional media which had been developed. To know the effectiveness thus testing of the student comprehension regarding of the media that is being used before has to be done by providing pretest and posttest. The results of the analysis of qualitative data obtained the information that stakeholders in the development of instructional media have confirmed agreement on the suitability of media that is developed with the curriculum in instrumentation processing control program. And the results of testing the effectiveness of this medium can be proven by the average value of the results of more than pretest posttest, the effectiveness is then expressed in Cohen-d where the results indicate a positive difference.

    Abstract: The public health development index is a collection of health indicators that can be easily and directly measured to describe health problems down to the district/city level. The last calculation of the public health development index in Indonesia was carried out in 2018 with the result that not all districts/cities are in a high condition. This research was conducted to classify districts/cities that have a high and low public health development index using the boosted C5.0 algorithm. The results showed that the accuracy of the model increased with the increase in the number of iterations and was constant at the 60th iteration. Error training was also smaller and constant at the 10th iteration. The final accuracy, sensitivity and specificity were obtained respectively 97.09, 96.72, and 97.62.

    Abstract: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar minat peserta didik di SMP Negeri 57 Palembang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII berjumlah 48 peserta didik yang terdiri dari 8 kelas. Desain penelitian ini adalam deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey yang terdiri dari tiga faktor yaitu: fakor tertarik, faktor perhatian, dan faktor kebutuhan. Data yang diperoleh tiap-tiap soal menggunakan rumus persentase dengan analisis deskriptif persentase diinterpestasikan (ditafsirkan). Hasil penelitian diperoleh pada kategori sangat tinggi mempunyai frekuensi 1 peserta didik jika dipersentasekan 3% kategori tinggi memiliki frekuensi 7 peserta didik jika dipersentasekan 14% Kategori rendah memiliki frekuensi 18 peserta didik apabila dipersentasekan 37% Kategori sangat rendah memiliki frekuensi 22 peserta didik, jika dipersentasekan menjadi 46% Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa menunjukkan profil minat peseta didik terhadap permainan bola voli adalah sangat rendah.

    Abstract: Several works have presented the Hadith on different digital platforms, ranging from websites to mobile apps. These works were successful in presenting the text of the Hadith to users, but this does not help them to answer any particular questions about religious matters. Therefore, in this work we propose a question-answering system that was built on a Hadith knowledge graph. To interpret the user questions correctly, we used the Levenshtein distance function, and for storing the Hadith in graph format we used Neo4J as the graph database. Our main findings were: (i) a knowledge graph is suitable for representing the Hadith and also for doing the reasoning task, and (ii) our proposed approach achieved 95% for top-1 accuracy.

    Abstract: This paper aims to know the interest of leading small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) of Y generation in Surabaya City using mobile commerce, identify the effort that has been done by the leading SMEs actors of Y generation in Surabaya City to expand its business network by using mobile commerce, and analyze the success rate of the use of mobile commerce to expand the business network of leading SMEs of Y generation in Surabaya City. Design/methodology/approach This research is designed using qualitative method. The research is directed more toward a research with phenomenological approach because the research also gives the description related to the phenomena in the field to the actor of SMEs and Disperdagin of Surabaya City. The researcher picks Surabaya City as the location by considering the following: the number of SMEs in the Surabaya city is greater than any other cities in East Java considering that Surabaya is the capital of East Java. The number of SMEs is 37,906 units; it means that Surabaya is a city with high economic activity and this place is also the largest trading city after Jakarta. Based on the number of SMEs mentioned above, in this research, only leading SMEs are taken amounted to 161 leading SMEs in the Surabaya City. Information or technological exchange and development are faster compared to other cities because most of the community living in this city uses information technology in running their business. Findings SME actors in Surabaya city have high interest in using m-commerce. In expanding the network, the SME actors use online media. The SME actors in Surabaya have successfully expanded the business network through online marketing by using m-commerce to overseas including Germany, France, South Korea and the UK. Effective model is needed for the policy in Surabaya city is Disperdagin has its own website to overshadow all SMEs in Surabaya City, and identify the role of Disperdagin to SME or vice versa, and clustering SMEs in Surabaya such as cluster of handicraft and Food and Beverage (MAMIN). Factors that are the advantages of using m-commerce are wider business network; increasing sales; adding resellers and buyers; smooth business transaction; development of product innovation, process and marketing; the facilities provided by the government; and easy to use m-commerce application. Originality/value This is one of few papers that study the interest of SMEs actor in using mobile commerce in effort to expand business network. The use of m-commerce will grow the business capability of SMEs, thus increasing the role of SMEs as the counterweight to the structure of the national economy. Therefore, the government policy related to the use of e-commerce and m-commerce is very important to be socialized to business actors, especially the SMEs.

    Green synthesis of silver nanoparticles from anthocyanin extracts of purple cabbage (brassica oleracea var capitata) and its characteristics for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) application

    Abstract: We extracted natural dye from purple cabbage (PCE) and green-synthesized the silver nanoparticle (AgNPs) from this extract for the light-harvesting material in DSSC. The anthocyanin was extracted with the maceration method for 24 hours with solvent variation (distilled water (DW), ethanol and methanol), followed by synthesized AgNPs. From FTIR, we found that the absorption area of anthocyanin at 1629 cm −1 correspond with stretch vibration of C=O shifted to 1608 cm −1 in AgNP, indicates the presence of amine group or flavanones group. The PCEs showed an amorphous non-Bragg diffraction peak at a range of (15-25)°. AgNP’s diffractogram showed an intense peak at around 37.94° originates from Ag. Visible light range absorption observed, peaked at (421, 480, 550, and 966) nm, (415 and 544) nm, and (409 and 544) for PCEs in DW, ethanol, and methanol, respectively. The peak at 550 nm that comes from aglycone group in anthocyanin would be disappeared in the AgNPs that was made by dissolving AgNO 3 in DW, ethanol, and methanol. The energy gap was (2.37, 3.00, and 3.03) eV for PCEs in DW, ethanol, and methanol, respectively, and (3.20, 3.30, and 3.31) eV for AgNPs. The reduction current originated from the Faradaic process (dark and irradiated condition) was detected in the extract with DW and ethanol as solvent, while it was not noticeable in methanol. This reduction current was detected for all solvents in AgNP positioned at a positive voltage of 0.2V. To be used as a light absorber in DSSC, one must choose the dye solution with the smallest energy gap without or small reduction current.
