Abstract: This research is motivated by the increasing competitiveness potential of private Islamic elementary schools in Indonesia. Competition in the education sector is characterized by the relevance of community needs, oriented to modernity with the principle of mutual justice, and substance oriented in harmony with global cooperation and competition. Educational competitiveness requires leadership support in improving and developing the quality of education (Waruwu et al., 2022). However, little is known about the support of visionary leadership and improving the quality of school competitiveness. This study aims to explore the support of visionary leadership and the quality of education on the competitiveness of schools. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods to determine the average of each variable and continues with the correlational method. The instrument was a closed questionnaire distributed to 59 Islamic elementary schools in East Jakarta. The respondents are teachers and parents who are members of the school committee management team. A total of 481 respondents consisted of 222 teachers and 259 representatives of parents. The results showed that visionary leadership support, quality improvement, and school competitiveness were in the high category at private Islamic elementary schools in East Jakarta, Indonesia. All variables partially have a significant effect on school competitiveness. This study recommends that principals and stakeholders are committed to continuously improving schools’ quality to match global competitiveness. Therefore, visionary leadership skills are needed so that school principals are able to think far ahead and are global so that challenges can be faced and competition can be conquered.

Abstract: This paper sought to explore school leadership practices, the management of school partnerships with the industry, and the challenges faced in implementing partnerships during the COVID-19 pandemic. Embracing an exploratory research design including a sequential model, the present research involved 89 principals, vice principals, and productive teachers from government-funded secondary schools who directly engage in the management of school partnerships with the industry. Findings reveal that school leadership practices implemented a participatory approach. School management was employed to optimize the role of vice principals, program heads, and productive teachers. The challenge of establishing partnerships during the COVID-19 pandemic lies in implementing an independent learning policy assisted by information and communication technology.

Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has been lasting more than a year. Until now, research on the analysis of an overview of COVID-19patients has not been carried out at RSUD Bhakti Dharma Husada Surabaya. This study aims to describe the COVID-19 cases in RSUD Bhakti Dharma Husada Surabaya about the gender of patients, highest number of patients, the most recovered patient, the highest death rate occurred, and Case Fatality rate (CFR). This study is a descriptive observational study with a case series approach. The data used in this study were COVID-19 data from the application of online Hospital ditjen yankes from September 2020 to June 2021. The majority of COVID-19 cases occured in women (53.04 %). The COVID-19 patients mostly came to the hospital in June 2021, about 241. The most recovered patients in Oktober were 255 patients. The highest death rates occurred in June 2021 ware 47 patients. Case Fatality rate (CFR) is at 5.79 % because in June 2021 the health facilities were full, and cause patients did not get help quickly. Many patients have been forced to self-isolate at home so that they have worsened and fi nally died. Most COVID-19 patients who were treated at the RSUD Bhakti Dharma Husada Surabaya from 2020 to June 2021 occurred in women and the most patients who were admitted was in June 2021.

Abstract: A mother, who has low self-confidence in her ability to provide exclusive breastfeeding, supported by culture and myth, think when a baby cries it means that the baby is hungry and breast milk only is not enough. Therefore, a lot of mothers decided to give banana, porridge, honey, and other additional foods. This research aimed to determine the relationship between breastfeeding self-efficacy and social support with breastfeeding in Wonokromo, Surabaya. This research was conducted through analytical design using cross-sectional approach. The research samples involved were 112 mothers who had baby aged 6-12 months old. Among them, 106 mothers were chosen as research respondents using simple random sampling technique. The independent variable of this research was breastfeeding self-efficacy and social support, while the dependent variable was breastfeeding. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and then analyzed through Chi-Square test using SPSS program with the level of significance determined was α = 0.05. The results showed that most of the respondents had poor breastfeeding self-efficacy  (77.4%) and low social support (51.9%), as well as did not exclusively breastfeed (66.9%). Based on the Chi-square test, the value obtained was ρ - 0.00 〈 α - 0.05, so H0 rejected, indicating that there was a relationship between breastfeeding self-efficacy and breastfeeding. Another value obtained was ρ - 0.00 〈 α - 0.05 so H0 rejected, which also means that there was a relationship between social support and breastfeeding. This outcome concluded that the better the breastfeeding self-efficacy and higher social support, the higher level of breastfeeding without additional food. Therefore, we suggested that health workers and the community will be able to motivate mothers and provide social support in terms of providing breast milk to babies without additional food.

Abstract: BACKGROUND: A comprehensive understanding of several approaches, both pharmacological and non-pharmacological, is needed to reduce sexual function problems after hysterectomy. As one example, the research of Rawland et al. (2015) and that study found that cognitive, affective, motivational, behavioral, self-efficacy, and sexual acceptance responses could potentially play an important roles in the assessment of appropriate care. However, in general, there is no research that explains that self-acceptance can affect attitudes. AIM: This study aims to analyze the correlation between self-acceptance with attitudes toward caring for sexual function after hysterectomy. METHODS: The data measured were self-acceptance and attitudes toward treatment of sexual function after hysterectomy which was obtained from post-hysterectomy women. Data on self-acceptance using the Self-acceptance – Scale for Persons with Early Blindness (SAS-EB) questionnaire and data on attitudes toward caring for sexual function were made by researchers using references from the theory planned of behavior (TPB) (Alshawish et al., 2020). Statistical analysis used was Chi-square to analyze self-acceptance with attitudes to caring for sexual function after hysterectomy. RESULTS: This study found the importance of self-acceptance in determining attitudes toward caring for sexual function after hysterectomy. A person’s positive attitude will affect behavior to treat sexual function after hysterectomy. CONCLUSION: In general, this study proves that self-acceptance is related to attitudes to caring for sexual function after hysterectomy.

Abstract: Introduction: The Sodium-Glucose Cotransporter-2 Inhibitor (SGLT-2 inhibitor) is a diabetic medication. Recently, there has been enough evidence of SGLT-2 inhibitors in type 2 diabetes mellitus, driving in an abatement in cardiovascular breakdown hospitalization. To explore SGLT-2 inhibitor in cardiovascular breakdown with lower discharge portion, we led an orderly survey and meta-examination. Strategies: We played out a methodical writing search from various electronic databases. We used keywords:” SGLT-2 inhibitor '' and “Heart Failure.” Inclusion criteria are randomized placebo-controlled trial, one-year follow-up and ejection fraction 40% or less. Composite endpoint is cardiovascular mortality with hospitalization of heart failure. Individual outcomes include all-cause mortality, cardiovascular passing, and cardiovascular breakdown hospitalization. For low heterogeneity scores, results are introduced utilizing a danger proportion (RR) with a 95 percent certainty stretch and statistical analysis using a fixed-effect model. Results: Total of two randomized control trial was selected (DAPA-HF [Dapagliflozin] and EMPEROR-Reduced [Empagliflozin] ) with 8,474 patients pooled within our analysis. The results of the composite outcome compared SGLT-2 inhibitor with placebo had significant decrease in the composite of cardiovascular passing with hospitalization of cardiovascular breakdown (RR=0.78 [95% CI, 0.71–0.84], p 〈 0.00001; I2=0%). Result of individual outcome showed significant reduction of all-cause mortality (RR=0.88 [95% CI, 0.79 – 0.98], p=0.03; I2=1%), cardiovascular mortality (RR=0.87 [95% CI, 0.77 – 0.99] , p=0.03; I2=0%) and hospitalization of heart failure (RR=0.72 [95% CI, 0.65–0.81], p 〈 0.00001; I2=0%). Conclusion: Within one year of treatment with an SGLT-2 inhibitor, the composite of cardiovascular passing with cardiovascular breakdown hospitalization, all-cause mortality, cardiovascular mortality, and cardiovascular breakdown hospitalization was significantly reduced.

Abstract: Background. Surveys on Public Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice (PKAP) have been conducted in various countries with respondents from the public as well as health workers. Measuring the knowledge of the public about COVID-19 is very important to determine the knowledge gap among the public and also as an evaluation of the preventive efforts for COVID-19. Objective. The purpose of this research was to determine whether education level is a factor that affects one’s literacy about COVID-19. Materials and Methods. This is cross-sectional research with online-based data collection using the Kobo toolbox application. The data collection was carried out from the 19th of April until the 2nd of May 2020. The number of people under study is 792. The level of knowledge was measured using 12 research questions with true or false question types. the multivariable logistic regression was carried out. Results. Most of the respondents (52.5%) were in the young age group (15-35 years old), were male (57.3%), and had a bachelor or diploma education level (62.1%). Furthermore, most of the respondents had good knowledge (65.4%). The higher the respondents’ educational level means, the better knowledge they had concerning COVID-19 (P=0.013). Conclusions. Public knowledge about COVID-19 is affected by their level of education. A good level of knowledge about COVID-19 was found among respondents with master’s and doctoral degrees. This finding can contribute to the prevention of COVID-19, in which the priority of educating communities about COVID-19 should be given to those having an educational level below a master’s degree.
