    Abstract: Current technological developments make it easier for users to access the information needed in handling their farming. The study’s objectives are to determine the performance of the agricultural information system (AIS) service for rice commodities and the relationship of these service indicators to each other in increasing farmer capacity and rice production in Indonesia. The research was conducted in three rice center provinces, North Sumatra, South Sumatra, and Yogyakarta, from October to December 2021. The number of respondent farmers is 473 people who have obtained or applied for AIS for at least two years. Survey techniques using purposive sampling with a non-probability method with the criteria used are farmers or officials who have received information about AIS. Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS v.3.2.9 software was performed to see multivariate relationships and continued by using importance performance analysis (IPA) to evaluate the performance of information system attributes. The results showed that the productive age, education level, and experience in rice farming were more than 10 years, enabling the application of AIS in Indonesia by strengthening the internet network and improving the attributes of security services, ease of application, accuracy, suitability, output interpretation, and accuracy, which will increase user loyalty.

    Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dengan menggunakan program simulasi PhET yang layak untuk mereduksi miskonsepsi siswa. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model 4-D yang direduksi menjadi 3-D dan diujicobakan di tiga kelas XI SMAN 4 Surabaya tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan one group pretest posttest design.  Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dan angket.Data dianalisis menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian yaitu: (1) Validitas: (a) Validasi RPP kategori baik, BAS kategori cukup baik, LKS kategori baik, Tes Uji Miskonsepsi umumnya valid; (b) Rata-rata keterbacaan BAS sebesar 59,8% dan LKS sebesar 71,3%; (c) Rata-rata tingkat kesulitan BAS sebesar 32,5% dan LKS sebesar 34,3%; (2) Kepraktisan meliputi: (a) Perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan RPP berkategori baik, dan (b) Tingkat aktivitas siswa dikategorikan baik (3) Keefektifan yang meliputi: (a) hasil tes uji miskonsepsi dengan N(g) 0,73; dan hasil analisis uji statistik  one-way ANOVA, yaitu : 1) tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan penurunan miskonsepsi dari ketiga kelas, 2) N-Gain penurunan miskonsesi siswa dialami pada masing-masing kelas (b) Respon siswa terhadap KBM adalah positif. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini, disimulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran listrik dinamis dengan model inkuiri terbimbing layak digunakan oleh siswa SMA untuk menurunkan miskonsepsi siswa.

    Abstract: This study aims to develop physics learning material based on 7E learning cycle model veable to use improving problem solving skills. Implementation of the research has done in class X of SMAN 16 Surabaya academic year 2014/2015. Methods of data collection are validity, tests, observations, and questionnaires. The materials was developed using the modified 4D model of the design testing one group pretest-posttest design. Analysis of the significance of the increase in problem-solving skills using a paired t test while to see the consistency of learning outcomes using analysis of variance. Results from this research showed: 1) the validity of learning material give results of the validation consisted of RPP value of 3.47 is valid categorized, BAS value of 3.50 is valid categorized, LKS is 3.64 categorized very valid, problem solving skills test value of 3 is valid categorized, legibility BAS is 73.90% being categorized, legibility LKS is 77.46 % higher category, the level of difficulty BAS  is 26.52 % low categorized, the difficulty level of LKS is 26.32% low categorized; 2) the practicality of the learning material consist of a feasibility study learning of 93.25% is very well categorized and learning implementation constraints that arise when students understand the steps the experiment; 3) the effectiveness of learning, in terms of problem-solving skills increase significantly between before and after the learning with a high degree of improvement category; Average student activity categorized in three classes, as well as students respond positively to the learning activities, and positive student’s response of learning activity. The results showed that physics learning material based on 7E learning cycle model veable to use improving problem solving skills. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran fisika model learning cycle 7E yang layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penyelesaian masalah. Penelitian pada kelas X SMAN 16 Surabaya tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan validasi, tes, observasi, dan angket. Perangkat pembelajaran dikembangkan menggunakan model 4-D dengan rancangan ujicoba one group pretest-posttest design. Analisis signifikansi peningkatan keterampilan penyelesaian masalah menggunakan uji t berpasangan sedangkan untuk melihat konsistensi hasil pembelajaran menggunakan analisis varians. Hasil penelitian: 1) validitas perangkat pembelajaran dengan hasil nilai validasi terdiri dari RPP sebesar 3.47 berkategori valid, BAS sebesar 3.50 berkategori valid, LKS sebesar 3.64 berkategori sangat valid, tes keterampilan penyelesaian masalah sebesar 3 berkategori valid, keterbacaan BAS sebesar 73.90% berkategori sedang, keterbacaan LKS sebesar 77.46% berkategori tinggi, tingkat kesulitan BAS sebesar 26.52% berkategori rendah, tingkat kesulitan LKS sebesar 26.32% berkategori rendah; 2) kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 93.25% berkategori sangat baik dan kendala pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang muncul saat siswa memahami langkah-langkah percobaan; 3) keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran, ditinjau dari peningkatan keterampilan penyelesaian masalah secara signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran dengan derajat peningkatan berkategori tinggi; rata-rata aktivitas siswa di tiga kelas berkategori baik, serta respons siswa positif terhadap aktivitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran fisika model learning cycle 7E layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan penyelesaian masalah.

    Abstract: The aim of this research is to develop learning instruments of science through Contextual Approach using problem solving model which are reasonable to increase critical thinking skills of students. Learning Instruments are developed using 4-D model with one group pretest-posttest design. The Learning Instruments are tested at 74 students class VIII MTs Negeri Bonde Majene Regency West Sulawesi Province third semester 2016/ 2017 school Year for measuring application of lesson plan, hindrances during learning process, result of learning which is critical thinking skills of students, and respons of students to the learning instruments developed. Data Collection uses validation method, observation, testing, and questionnaires. The data of this research are analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively description. Finding of the research result, namely: (1) Instrument Validity including lesson Plan, Text book of students, activity sheets of students, test instruments of critical thinking indicated valid; (2) practically learning instruments are obtained from: (a) application of Lesson plan categorized by 95.23% with excellent category, and (b) obstacles during learning process; and (3) affectivity of learning instruments in terms of : (a) critical thinking skills of students through ­n-gain with higher category over 0.7 (Hake, 1999), and (b) the respons of students to the instruments and application of learning are very good. Based on the result of data analysis, can be concluded that learning instruments of science through Contextual Approach using problem solving model are feasible to increase critical thinking skills of students.

    Abstract: The purpose of this research to produce science learning material by using cooperative learning model STAD and talking chips strategy that valid, practical, and effective to improve learning outcomes of  junior high school student’s. The development of learning material use the 4D model and was tested at junior high school students class VIII A, VIII C, and VIII F with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The data collection used observation method, test, and quetionnaires. Descriptive data analysis of quantitative-qualitative results are: (1) Learning material on terms of a valid category of: (a) Validation of the instruments very good category (3,78), (b) Readability of book (92,9%) and worksheets (95,18%) are easier category for student’s; (2) Learning material on terms of practical category in: (a) Feasibility of instruction good category, (b) Obstacles for learning can be overcome; (3) The learning material effectiveness on terms of: (a) The response of student’s positively (96,3%), (b) Student’s activity is active category, (c) Student’s learning achievement increased the average of N-Gain 0,71 with high category. The analysis results of  statistic suggests that there is a difference between the learning outcomes before and after implementation of STAD cooperative models with talking chips strategy. The conclusion of this research that the model of cooperative learning STAD with talking chips strategy are eligible to improve learning achievement of junior high school student’s. The implications of this research are becoming students more daring to express opinions and be able to improve student learning outcomes of knowledge competence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran IPA model kooperatif tipe STAD dengan strategi talking chips yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMP. Pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran menggunakan model 4D dan diujicobakan pada siswa SMP kelas VIII A, VIII C, dan VIII F dengan rancangan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, tes, dan angket. Analisis data secara deskriptif kuantitatif-kualitatif dengan hasil : (1) Kevalidan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari: (a) Hasil validasi perangkat berkategori sangat valid (3,78), (b) Keterbacaan BAS (92,9%) dan LKS (95,18%) berkategori mudah dipahami oleh siswa; (2) Kepraktisan perangkat pembelajaran ditinjau dari: (a) Keterlaksanaan RPP berkategori baik, (b) kendala-kendala selama pembelajaran dapat diatasi; (3) Keefektifan ditinjau dari: (a) Respon siswa positif (96,3%), (b) Aktivitas siswa kategori aktif, (c) Hasil belajar siswa kompetensi pengetahuan meningkat dengan rata-rata N-Gain 0,71 berkategori tinggi. Hasil analisis uji statistik menyatakan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model kooperatif tipe STAD dengan strategi talking chips. Simpulan penelitian ini, bahwa perangkat pembelajaran IPA model kooperatif tipe STAD dengan strategi talking chips yang dikembangkan layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa SMP. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah siswa menjadi lebih berani mengemukakan pendapat dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kompetensi pengetahuan.

    Abstract: Combined biological AOP system, or CBA, are increasingly being used in Indonesia to treatment hospital waste water, that are otherwise difficult to treatment in conventional methods. CBA catalytic ozonation are now used for over 579 hospitals, making this tool a major phenomenon for high adopt hospital waste water treatments in Indonesia, and one that has experienced great expansion over the past three years. The question of whether the CBA is a good or a bad tool for the treatment hospital waste water depends on many parameters. To respond to this question, it is necessary to investigate on operating conditions, but it is also very important to gather more data and conduct further research on treatment efficiency and energy. In this paper, we examined and discuss to gain a better understanding of the CBA environmental technology and of its impacts. About 100 CBA Full-scale Hospital waste water treatments have been investigated, and it was in Indonesia from eight provinces. CBA demonstrate good removal efficiency of macro-pollutants from hospital waste water and meet the requirements as per LH R.I. Number 5 Year 2014 on Wastewater Quality Standard and LHK R.I. Number P.68 / Menlhk / Setjen / Kum.1 / 8/2016 Concerning the Quality Standards of Domestic Waste Water. Various parameters of macro-pollutants such as pH, temperature, TDS, TSS, BOD 5, COD, oil fat, and MBAS also amonia nitrogen and total coliform were analysed to identify the performance of CBA. We obtained the average energy consumption per cycle is 0.504 kWh, capacity V m 3 /hours which treatment cost Rp 1.478/m 3 and 60,96%-94,00% removal efficiency of macro-pollutants. CBA catalytic ozonation reported here is very efficient and environmental friendly for treatment hospital waste water.

    Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah, pemahaman basis akrual dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kabupaten Tegal. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 92 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner. Sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, kompetensi sumber daya manusia berpengaruh pada nilai signifikan 0,004, sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh pada nilai signifikan 0,035, pemahaman basis akrual berpengaruh dengan nilai signifikan 0,000, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh pada nilai signifikan 0,003. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh R2 sebesar 0,663 atau 66,3%. Dapat diartikan bahwa 66,3% kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah dalam model ini dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi SDM, sistem pengendalian internal pemerintah, pemahaman basis akrual dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 33,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model penelitian ini.

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 Tahu merupakan produk makanan yang paling banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Produksi tahu di Indonesia masih banyak menggunakan metode konvensional dengan limbah yang dihasilkan belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Limbah tahu mengandung senyawa organik dengan pH yang rendah dan merupakan salah satu penyumbang polutan pada lingkungan perairan apabila tidak dilakukan proses pengolahan terlebih dahulu sebelum dibuang ke lingkungan. Pengolahan limbah tahu dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa metode, seperti penambahan bakteri mikroorganisme efektif, plasma ozonasi, biogas dan produksi makanan. Potensi pengolahan limbah tahu menjadi produk yang lebih bermanfaat belum banyak dikenal masyarakat luas. Oleh karena itu diperlukan metode alternatif pengolahan limbah tahu yang lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga mudah diterapkan pada masyarakat. Beberapa pengolahan limbah tahu berpotensi menjadi pupuk organik cair, mengurangi kadar polutan sehingga lebih aman jika dibuang ke lingkungan, yang selanjutnya dapat menghasilkan biogas sebagai bahan bakar alternatif. Selain itu, limbah tahu dapat digunakan untuk produksi makanan seperti 〈 em 〉 Nata de soya, 〈 /em 〉 tempe gembus, dan keripik 〈 /p 〉 〈 p class="Abstract" 〉 〈 strong 〉 Tofu Waste Treatment and Its Potential. 〈 /strong 〉 〈 span lang="EN-GB" 〉 Tofu is a food product most consumed by Indonesians. Tofu production in Indonesia still uses conventional methods with the resulting waste which has not been used optimally. Tofu waste contains organic compounds with low pH and is a contributor to pollutants in the aquatic environment if it was not processed first before being discharged into the environment. Tofu waste treatment can be carried out by several methods, such as the addition of effective bacteria of microorganisms, plasma ozonation, biogas, and food production. The potential of tofu waste processing into a more useful product has not been widely recognized by the public. Therefore, it requires an alternative method of tofu waste treatment that is more effective and efficient so that it is easily applied to society. Some tofu waste treatment plants have the potential to become liquid organic fertilizer, reduce pollutant levels thus it is safer when released into the environment further used to produce biogas as an alternative fuel. In addition, it can be used for other food products such as Nata de soya, Tempe gembus (a traditional fermented food), and chips. 〈 /span 〉 〈 /p 〉 〈 p 〉   〈 /p 〉
