Abstract: The prevalence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is becoming more common among college students in China. However, latest data on the prevalence and correlates of HIV testing among sexually experienced college students is rarely. Methods An online survey was conducted among college students aged 18 years or older using multistage stratified cluster sampling from 16 colleges. Data on socio-demographic, HIV testing, HIV-related awareness, attitudes, sexual education and behaviors were collected. Propensity score matching (PSM) and logistic regression model were used to identify factors associated with HIV testing. Result A total of 108,987 students participated the survey, of which 13,201 sexually experienced college students were included in this study. 1,939 (14.69%) college students with sexual experience reported uptake of HIV testing in the preceding year. The uptake of HIV testing increased for college students with a rising HIV knowledge score and sexual health knowledge. Being awareness of HIV-related knowledge (aOR = 1.15, 95%CI: 1.01–1.30), accepting one-night stands (aOR = 1.16, 95%CI:1.03–1.32), obtaining satisfactory sexual interpretation from parent(s) (aOR = 1.24, 95%CI: 1.07–1.43), ever had unintended pregnancy (aOR = 1.78, 95%CI: 1.32–2.38), ever had received HIV-related preventive service(s) (aOR = 1.37, 95%CI: 1.10–1.70), ever had participated HIV-related preventive services (aOR = 3.76, 95%CI: 2.99–4.75) and ever had anal sex (aOR = 2.66, 95%CI: 2.11–3.34) were positively associated with uptake of HIV testing. However, accepting premarital sex (aOR = 0.76, 95%CI: 0.66–0.88), accepting cohabitation (aOR = 0.75, 95%CI: 0.61–0.92), occasionally discussing sex with parent(s) (aOR = 0.68, 95%CI: 0.50–0.91), and being with moderate satisfaction of school sex courses (aOR = 0.74, 95%CI: 0.58–0.95) were negatively associated with uptake of HIV testing. Conclusion The prevalence of HIV testing was relatively low. Participation in HIV-related services and high-risk sexual behaviors were important enablers for testing. Improving sex education for students, increasing HIV preventive services on campus, and improving family sex education are necessary to increase HIV testing among college sexually experienced students.

Abstract: Background: GQ1001 was developed to overcome the current limitation of existing HER2 ADCs by using the next generation site-specific conjugation and a stable linker technology, coined the intelligent ligase-dependent conjugation (iLDC) technology. iLDC provides a robust platform for the generation of ADC with high homogeneity and excellent stability. Our data show that GQ1001 is highly homogeneous with strong anti-tumor potency, more importantly, markedly enhanced linker stability and reduced off-target toxicity, and points to a safer HER2 ADC with a larger therapeutic window in human. Methods: In vitro and in vivo anticancer efficacy and the mechanism of action (MOA) of GQ1001 were assessed using several HER2+ cancer cell lines and animal models. Ex vivo linker stability was assessed by incubating GQ1001 with the plasma from different species. Pharmacokinetics in cynomolgus monkeys and safety profiles in rats and monkeys were evaluated. Results: GQ1001 was generated by conjugating trastuzumab to DM1 via an unique open-ring containing linker and the enzyme-based site-specific conjugation technology that significantly increases the stability of GQ1001. Optimal physiochemical property of GQ1001was demonstrated from the long-term stability study in liquid formulation. GQ1001 demonstrated similar in vitro anti-cancer activities to T-DM1 in HER2+ tumor cells. However, T-DM1 showed significant non-specific cytotoxicity in HER2- cells while GQ1001 didn’t. In animal studies, GQ1001 induced a robust dose-dependent tumor growth inhibition in multiple HER2-positive CDX and PDX models. From the combo treatment studies, GQ1001 showed synergistic anti-tumor response when combined with HER2-targeting tyrosine kinase inhibitors TKIs and chemotherapeutic agents in multiple HER2-positive models, including those resistant to anti-HER2 TKIs and/or mAbs. In ex vivo plasma stability assay, the DM1-shedding ratio of GQ1001 in human plasma was ~1/100th of that of T-DM1. This supreme linker stability was confirmed by the favorable pharmacokinetics in monkey with extremely low free DM1 exposure in circulation at a significantly lower level than T-DM1. The highest non-severely toxic dose HNSTD of GQ1001 in monkey was 45 mg/kg without any signs of peripheral neuropathy and interstitial lung disease, suggesting GQ1001 will demonstrate excellent tolerance in human. Consistent with this preclinical data, GQ1001 demonstrated superior tolerability profile in heavily pretreated HER2-positive advanced solid tumors patients in a global, open labeled multicenter phase Ia trial. Conclusions: GQ1001 is a unique HER2-targeting ADC that exhibits markedly-enhanced linker stability and safety profiles. Judging from preclinical data, GQ1001 demonstrates the potential to treat HER2-positive cancer patients, alone or in combination, who have progressed on previous HER2-targeting therapeutics with reduced toxicity. Abstract: To improve the wear resistance and mineral crushing performance of grinding rollers in cement, mining, and other engineering fields, a striped groove morphology was designed on the normal grinding roller surface in this study. The wear resistance of grinding rollers with different striped groove parameters and the crushing performance of quartz sand were tested with a purposely designed device. The depth and number of striped grooves were used as the structural parameters of the striped grooves, and the test protocol was designed with the experimental design method. The results showed that the wear resistance and crushing performance of the grinding roller with striped grooves were better than those of the smooth grinding roller for quartz sand. For example, the wear of the 3# bionic grinding roller was reduced by 53.58% compared with the average wear amount of a normal grinding roller, and the crushing effect of the quartz sand was also improved. The regression equation between the stripe depth, number of stripes, and wear amount of the grinding roller was constructed on the basis of the multiple orthogonal regression method. It was found that the influence of the striped groove depth on the wear amount of the grinding roller was greater than that of the distribution number of the striped grooves. According to the results and the analysis the striped grooves distributed on the grinding roller’s surface caused the friction state between the quartz sand and the grinding roller to be in a state of sliding friction, and the wear amount was reduced. Striped grooves on the grinding roller surface might also change the stress state of the quartz sand in the crushing process. Additionally, the performance of the bionic grinding roller in crushing quartz sand was improved, and the wear amount of the bionic grinding roller was also reduced compared with that of the normal grinding roller.

Abstract: The findings on the effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma, ozone, and hyaluronic acid in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee are controversial, and the existing original studies and meta-analyses are mostly comparisons of a single joint cavity injection method, lacking direct and indirect comparisons of different drugs in the joint cavity. The lack of direct and indirect comparisons of different drugs in the joint cavity makes it difficult to have a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of joint cavity injection methods. In this study, the efficacy of platelet-rich, ozone, sodium hyaluronate, and combined knee cavity injections were compared directly or indirectly using a reticulated meta-analysis in this field, and the efficacy of treatment measures was ranked to provide more comprehensive and reliable evidence-based clinical evidence for the selection of knee cavity injections in osteoarthritis of the knee. Objective: To compare the effects of platelet-rich plasma, ozone, and sodium glassate injection interventions on the efficacy of osteoarthritis of the knee through reticulated Meta-analysis, and to comprehensively compare the clinical effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma, ozone, and sodium glassate injection joint cavity injection for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee. Methods: The PubMed, CBM, CNKI, VIP, and Wan-Fang databases were searched for information on the effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma, ozone, and sodium vitrate injection for the comparative treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee, with a search time frame of each database from the date of creation to July 20, 2021. Two investigators independently screened the literature, extracted data according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and evaluated the quality of the literature in parallel. Statistical analysis was performed using Stata 16.0 software to compare the differences in the efficacy of each treatment measure using the ratio and 95% confidence interval as effect indicators and to rank the efficacy. Results: Thirty-three RCTs with 7003 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were included, involving 5 therapeutic measures. Meta-analysis showed that the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma injection was superior to both ozone and hyaluronic acid therapies. Hyaluronic acid+ozone and platelet-rich plasma+hyaluronic acid were both superior to ozone and hyaluronic acid monotherapy. The differences in efficacy between hyaluronic acid and ozone compared with platelet-rich plasma were statistically significant, and the differences in efficacy between the 2 combination therapies (platelet-rich plasma+hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid+ozone) and the 3 monotherapies (platelet-rich plasma, ozone, hyaluronic acid) were statistically significant. Platelet-rich plasma+hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid+ozone compared with 3 monotherapies (platelet-rich plasma, ozone, hyaluronic acid) were statistically significant, except for the difference in efficacy with platelet-rich plasma, which was not statistically significant, indicating that this platelet-rich plasma+hyaluronic acid and Hyaluronic acid+ozone combination therapy was superior to monotherapy. Also, the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma was better than hyaluronic acid and ozone and the difference was statistically significant, indicating that platelet-rich plasma was more effective than ozone and sodium glass in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee in monotherapy. Conclusion: It is believed that in the course of clinical practice, hyaluronic acid+ozone or platelet-rich plasma+hyaluronic acid combination therapy or platelet-rich plasma therapy can be preferred for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee.

Abstract: The ablation of a SrBi 2 Ta 2 O 9 (SBT) target under 355 nm laser irradiation has been investigated with an angle- and time-resolved quadrupole mass spectrometric technique. Mass and angular distributions of ionic and neutral ablated species are measured. The observed major ablated species include metal atoms and ions as well as binary metal oxides. The time-of-flight (TOF) spectra of ablated species such as Bi and SrO are measured and can be well fitted by a Maxwell–Boltzmann distribution with a stream velocity. The estimated kinetic energies of metal ions are found to be much higher than those of neutral species. The angular distributions of ablated species show that ionic and neutral species ejected within a coneshaped plume can be simulated by cos n θ and acosθ + bcos n θ functions, respectively. The optical emission spectroscopic technique is also employed in order to examine the electronically excited SrO, TaO, and BiO, in which BiO is not observed in mass spectroscopy. The dependence of the concentrations of metal oxides on the pressure of ambient oxygen provides helpful information for the growth of SBT thin films.

Abstract: A spatially and temporally resolved transient absorption technique has been employed to investigate the dynamics of ground-state YO during 355 nm laser ablation of Y 2 O 3 . Time-of-flight (TOF) measurements of the expanding YO plume in vacuum and in Ar or O 2 ambient are reported. During the initial expansion of YO in vacuum, the center-of-mass velocity and the expansion velocity increase with distance up to the boundary of the Knudsen layer. In the presence of oxygen, reactions of the ablated atomic species with oxygen take place, resulting in the formation of YO with broad velocity distribution. From the peak time of the observed TOF distributions, the most probable velocities of YO are found to be 2.6 km/s in vacuum, 2.2 km/s in 50 mTorr Ar, and 1.8 km/s in 50 mTorr O 2 , respectively. The dependence of the peak time on distance shows that the experimental data can be well fitted with a shock wave model at higher ambient gas pressure.
