    Abstract: Desa Gayau yang terletak di Kecamatan Padang Cermin, Kabupaten Pesawaran sering mengalami kekeringan air pada saat musim kemarau sehingga perlu dilakukannya pengukuran geolistrik untuk mengidentifikasi keberadaan lapisan akuifer air tanah. Pada penelitian ini konfigurasi yang digunakan adalah Schlumberger dengan panjang bentangan MN/2 sebesar 1, 5, 10, dan 20 meter. Sedangkan panjang bentangan AB/2 sebesar 6 hingga 300 meter. Pada tahapan inversi data VES, kami menggunakan algoritma Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) untuk memperoleh nilai parameter resistivitas dan ketebalan lapisan. Algoritma ini dipilih karena cepat menuju konvergen dan relatif stabil. Hasil dari inversi ini diperoleh bahwa lapisan akuifer pertama berada pada kedalaman 21.4 - 52.1 meter dengan litologi batupasir berbutir halus dengan sisipan tufa Lapisan akuifer kedua berada pada kedalaman 52.1-70 meter dengan litologi breksi. Pada kedalaman 70 meter diinterpretasikan sebagai akuifer air tanah, namun memiliki debit yang kecil. Hal ini disebabkan karena litologi lapisan berupa breksi, dasit dan lava basal dari Formasi Hulusimpang. Sistem aliran air tanah pada lapisan ini merupakan sistem media pori yang berakibat pada debit rendah dan waktu pengisian kembali lapisan air tanah relatif lama.

    Abstract: Sebagian warga yang tinggal di sekitar Dusun IID, Desa Jatimulyo, Kecamatan Jati Agung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan; sering mengalami kekeringan air tanah pada sumur bor yang dimilikinya. Kedalaman sumur bor tersebut sekitar 10 meter, padahal ada sumur bor dengan kedalaman yang sama, kuantitas airnya banyak. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat menggunakan metode geolistrik untuk mengidentifikasi kemenerusan lapisan air tanah di dusun tersebut. Metode geolistrik 2 dimensi diaplikasikan di lokasi pengukuran agar dapat memberikan informasi persebaran nilai tahanan jenis listrik di area tersebut (secara horizontal dan vertical) sepanjang bentangan 210 meter dengan jarak antar elektroda sebesar 14 meter. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa lapisan air tanah di sekitar lokasi memiliki kuantitas air tanah yang berbeda, dilihat dari persebaran nilai resistivitasnya (tahanan jenis listrik). Informasi warga terkait kedalaman air tanah dan kuantitas air tanah, cocok dengan penampang resistivitas. Bagi warga yang tinggal di sebelah Barat, dapat memanfaatkan air tanah hanya dengan kedalaman sumur bor sekitar 10 meter. Namun, sebagai rekomendasi bagi warga di sebelah Timur, tim menyarankan untuk membuat sumur bor dengan kedalaman lebih dari 25 meter.

    Abstract: Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) telah dilakukan di desa Gaya, kecamatan Padang Cermin, kabupaten Pesawaran, provinsi Lampung. Permasalahan yang dialami desa tersebut adalah sarana penampungan air yang sudah dibuat tidak optimal digunakan karena sumur bor yang dimiliki, kondisi airnya sering kering. Sarana tersebut diperuntukkan bagi warga desa ketika musim kemarau tiba. Tim PkM mengajukan suatu pendekatan dari segi kerekayasaan geofisika untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, berupa peninjauan kembali kedalaman akuifer sumur bor desa. Pendekatan tersebut menggunakan metode resistivitas 1D. Metode ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lapisan batuan bawah permukaan bumi dengan dilihat dari distribusi nilai resistivitas terhadap kedalaman. Ada 3 titik pengukuran di sekitar sumur desa tersebut dengan posisi sumur berada di antara ketiga titik tersebut. 1 titik memiliki bentangan 400 m dan 2 titik yang lain sepanjang 600 m. Hasil analisis dari metode resistivitas 1D menjelaskan bahwa estimasi jenis batuannya berupa endapan alluvium, lempung tufaan, batu pasir tufaan, kerakal/ kerikil, dan lava andesit. Akuifer berada pada batu pasir tufaan atau kerakal/kerikil. Hasil analisis juga memberikan informasi bahwa posisi dan kedalaman sumur tidak berada pada akuifer. Dengan demikian, memberikan rekomendasi perlu adanya pengeboran ulang. Kemudian tim juga memberikan gambaran bahwa ada 2 posisi yang cocok untuk dibor beserta dengan kedalamannya.

    Abstract: Thin Bed Identification is still a difficult task even with the advanced technology of seismic acquisition. Certain high frequency component is necessary and could be obtained through resolution enhancement. Short – Time Fourier Transform Half Cepstrum (STFTHC) is performed to enhance seismic resolution thus a better separation of thin bed could be improved. Basic principal of STFTHC is to replace the frequency spectrum by its logarithm while phase spectrum remains the same. Synthetic seismic was built based on Ricker and Rayleigh criterion. They were used to test the program yielding a better separation of two interfaces under tuning thickness without creating new artifacts. The algorithm was applied to seismic data from TG field. Using post-STFTHC seismic data as input of acoustic impedance inversion, well tie correlation increases by 10% and decreases inversion analysis error by 17,5%. Several thin bed -which once could not- could be identified on acoustic impedance result.

    Abstract: Acid mine drainage has been reported to cause various environmental and human health problems. Acid mine drainage is formed due to the oxidation of sulfide minerals to water and air. This paper reports the efforts that have been made in the management and treatment of acid mine drainage. Thirty papers from reputable publishers are used as references. Efforts to prevent the formation of acid mine drainage can be made by making proper drainage and dewatering systems, making non-acid formations for rocks that have the potential to be oxidized. Active and passive treatment methods can be used to treat acid mine drainage. The active treatment method uses materials and chemicals to reduce pollutant parameters, while the passive method utilizes natural processes to reduce pollutant parameters in acid mine drainage. The combination of active and passive methods using novel materials that have been researched is recommended to produce the best system that can thoroughly remove pollutants in acid mine drainage.

    Abstract: One of the geopark tourism areas in East Lampung Regency, "Gua Pandan," has run into rock subsidence on the surface. As part of the subsidence prevention, indirect electrical methods between resistivity and chargeability profiling were applied to identify the presence of a subsurface cave in the study area. Two measurement lines were carried out with Wenner Alpha and Wenner Schlumberger arrays. Because the depth target is shallow (approximately 10 m) and to obtain a better resolution, each line has a stretch length of 70 m and 2 m electrode spacing. A line was measured over a known underground cave to produce a desired outcome, and the other was in an area with no cavities. Based on the results from each profile of resistivity and chargeability, an air-filled target has a value of over 5,000  and under 6 ms, respectively. Then, integrated processing of both methods generated a metal factor (MF) profile to view the presence and estimated shape of the cave/ cavities. The result represents that an MF value under 1.5 ms/Ωm is a cavity, and solid rock is over 1.5 ms/Ωm. Also, the MF level from both configurations delineates a similar section. However, a modest difference occurs in estimating the cavity shape geometry,  for Wenner Apha and  for Wenner Schlumberger. Furthermore, this study can be an initial step in safety assessment in the area.

    Abstract: Making sure that the health and environment are taken care of, solid B3 Waste produced by hospitals has to be treated according to existing regulations. As an A-class hospital in Bandar Lampung, AM General Hospital commit to conducting good practices for its solid B3 waste management. This study aims to analyze the current implementation of solid B3 waste management, the compliance of AM General Hospital’s B3 waste management Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) with current regulations, and recommend improvement strategies for solid B3 waste management in AM General Hospital. For eight consecutive days in August 2022, solid B3 waste samples were collected and analyzed. The average solid B3 waste produced by AM General Hospital was 285 kg/day for infectious waste and 6.3 kg/day for sharp waste. Inpatient installation contributed the majority of solid B3 waste there. Due to the observation sheet that was created according to the regulations, 65% of AM General Hospital’s SOP involving sorting; storage; collection; transportation; and disposal has already complied with the regulations. Several shortcomings were found such as the absence of an official solid B3 waste handling report; the absence of proper labeling in the B3 waste containers; and the use of black plastic bags. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) data analysis technique was deployed, resulting in a technology application and waste minimization as improvement recommendations.

The methods in this internal audit activity include identifying risks, audit programs and procedures, interviewing, observing, confirming, distributing questionnaires, and providing recommendations based on audit findings. The results if this activity are in the form of recommendations for prevention, improvement of the library operational activitiesbased of the 3E principle.

    Abstract: ABSTRAK Kader kesehatan sebagai ujung tombak masyarakat perlu membekali diri dengan pengetahuan dan membantu upaya peningkatan derajat kesehatan gigi dan mulut yang optimal. Oleh karena itu, kader harus menguasai berbagai keterampilan dan teknik pengetahuan. Dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan pelatihan dengan harapan kader dapat mentransfer ilmu yang diterima untuk disampaikan kembali kepada masyarakat khususnya pada kelompok risiko tinggi penyakit gigi dan mulut. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melaksanakan pelatihan pendidikan kesehatan gigi dalam meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan kewaspadaan terhadap penularan COVID-19 pada kader Gampong Meunasah Manyet Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan target 40 kader posyandu. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa pelatihan kader. Hasil evaluasi kehadiran peserta, 100% mengikuti pelatihan dengan baik dan aktif. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat di Gampong Meunasah Manyet Kabupaten Aceh Besar diperoleh hasil pengetahuan kader setelah diberikan pelatihan meningkat sebesar 75%. Disarankan kepada petugas puskesmas di wilayah kerja untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada kader posyandu minimal 3 bulan sekali dan secara berkesinambungan untuk lebih meningkatkan aktivitas kader posyandu.
