    Abstract: This research was intended to produce the innovative instructional materials based on the learner autonomy levels on fundamental physics lecture and also to describe the feasibility of the materials. This research was conducted in two stages. The first stage was the preparation intended to produce the innovative instructional materials. The second stage was the instructional implementation in a classroom by using the pretest and posttest group design. The data of research results showed that the developed instructional materials were declared valid according to the expert judgment with good category on the whole. The developed instructional materials also fulfilled the practical criteria based on (a) the application of the lesson plan in classroom reaching 100% with the quality of very good category, and (b) the students’ activities were suitable with the requirement of every stage of the lesson plan. Furthermore, the developed instructional materials were also declared effective based on (a) the assessment of the students’ learning outcome giving the learning mastery of 100%, while the mastery of achievement indicator of basic competence being 100%, and (b) the students’ response to the instruction in the forms of interest and motivation including the aspects of attention, relevance, self-confidence, and satisfaction, all of which being of good category. Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the developed instructional materials based on the learner autonomy levels were declared feasible (valid, effective, and practical) to be used on fundamental physics lecture Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat perkuliahan inovatif berdasarkan tingkat otonomi pebelajar pada perkuliahan fisika dasar dan juga untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan perangkat perkuliahan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap. Tahap pertama adalah persiapan; bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat. Tahap kedua adalah implementasi  perkuliahan di kelas yang menggunakan rancangan pretest and posttest group design. Data hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat perkuliahan yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid berdasarkan hasil penilaian pakar yang kesemuanya berkategori baik. Perangkat perkuliahan hasil pengembangan juga memenuhi kriteria praktis berdasarkan (a) keterlaksanaan RPP sebesar 100% dengan kualitas keterlaksanaan berkategori sangat baik, dan (b) aktivitas mahasiswa sesuai dengan tuntutan dari setiap tahapan perkuliahan yang direncanakan. Lebih lanjut perangkat perkuliahan yang dikembangkan juga dinyatakan efektif berdasarkan (a) hasil belajar mahasiswa yang memberikan ketuntasan sebesar 100%, dengan ketuntasan indikator ketercapaian kompetensi dasar 100%, dan (b)  respon mahasiswa terhadap perkuliahan berupa minat dan motivasi yang meliputi aspek perhatian, relevansi, kepercayaan diri, dan kepuasan, yang semuanya berkategori baik. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat perkuliahan berdasarkan tingkat otonomi pebelajar yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak (valid, efektif dan praktis) untuk digunakan dalam perkuliahan fisika dasar

    Abstract: Peserta BPJS Ketenagakerjaan pastinya menginginkan kualitas pelayanan yang maksimal. Oleh sebab itu, perlu suatu pengukuran tingkat kepuasan terhadap kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan Fuzzy – Service Quality dengan menghitung nilai fuzzikasi dan defuzzikasi. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh nantinya akan membantu pihak BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Dari hasil pengolahan data dapat terlihat bahwa gap terbesar dan perlu adanya evaluasi yaitu gap dengan nilai terbesar yaitu dimensi Assurance dengan kode D1, D2, D3, D4 dan Reability dengan kode B1, B3, B4, B6. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Gap secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa nilai Gap positif yaitu layanan yang diterima peserta BPJS Ketenegakerjaan sesuai dengan harapan peserta

    Abstract: The unsatisfactory condition of Indonesia’s local roads needs to be improved to support the national transportation network. However, construction activities to improve it often have negative impacts, among other: an increase of user cost. This article aims to calculate user cost generated by flexible and rigid pavement construction. This study was carried out on a local road in Indonesia. Life cycle cost analysis (LCCA) method is used to analyse the user cost. The results show that user cost of flexible pavement construction of 10 years and 20 years’ design life are US$ 734,290 and US$ 449,830 respectively, futhermore user cost of rigid pavement construction of 10 years and 20 years’ design life are US$ 1,994,920 and US$ 1.203.640 respectively. These indicate that the longer the analysis period, the more economical the user cost.

    Abstract: Introduction: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) is a lymphoepithelial malignancy of the nasopharynx, one of the etiologies is the infection of Epstein–Barr virus in undifferentiated type of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The Epstein-Barr virus Nucleus Antigen-1 (EBNA-1) is Epstein–Barr virus-encoded proteins as regulatory virus transcription. Epithelial Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) consist of a single polypeptide chain of amino acid, ErbB members, tyrosine kinase receptor, a transmembrane glycoprotein encoded by gen location in the short arms of a chromosome and overexpression in epithelial tumors. EGFR plays a central role in signal transduction pathways which regulate key cellular functions in epithelial malignancies. and may also present in NPC. Objective: To investigate this relation of expression patterns of EBNA-1 and EGFR in a histological type of undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Method: Observational, analytical study with a cross-sectional method of 34 formalin-fixed within inclusion criteria are   EBNA-1 and positive staining of EGFR expression (30 patients) and exclusion criteria of negative staining of EGFR (4 patients). All biopsy samples work with paraffin embedded and resulted in hematoxylin-eosin undifferentiated histological types of the advanced stage in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. EBNA-1 and EGFR expression used immunohistochemistry staining. Result: EBNA-1 and EGFR expression level were detection and correlated with the advanced stadium of nasopharyngeal undifferentiated carcinoma. Conclusion: EBNA-1 is significantly related to EGFR expression in the advanced stadium of undifferentiated nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Overexpression of EGFR is mostly found in advanced  NPC but not in all ages. Male is dominated and overall age below 55 years old. Screening of EGFR with immunohistochemistry is highly considered before anti-EGFR treatment

    Abstract: Background: Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection in undifferentiated type nasopharyngealcarcinoma (NPC) will express antigenic proteins such as LMP1 and triggering a cascade ofimmunocompetent cells (CD4+ and CD8+). The ratio of CD4+/CD8 illustrates the potential eliminationof intracellular pathogens and tumor cells. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy will suppress the growth of tumorcells and immune system cells   that leads to cellular immune decline. Objective: To know the influence ofneoadjuvant chemotherapy on the expression of LMP1, the immune system and the relationship betweenthe expression of LMP1 with the ratio of CD4+/CD8++. Method: The design was one group before andafter intervention, with 10 samples of undifferentiated NPC, biopsied before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and got immunohistochemical examination. We used mouse antihuman LMP1, mouse monoclonal antihuman CD4+ and antihuman CD8 antibodies. Data were analyzed with the WilcoxonSigned Ranks test, and Spearman’s Linear Regression. Result: After neoadjuvant chemotherapy, we + found statistically significant decline in LMP1 expression (p = 0.007), CD4+ (p = 0.041) and CD8   (p= 0.005). The ratio of CD4+/CD8 increase was not statistically significant (p = 0.646). The relationshipbetween the expression of LMP1 with the ratio of CD4++/CD8was very weak (r = 0.17) and no statisticallysignificant (p = 0.646). Conclusion: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy in undifferentiated type NPC causes adecrease in the expression of LMP1 and immunological status (CD4 + +, CD8 ) and increase in the ratioof CD4+/CD8+. The relationship between the expression of LMP1 with the ratio of CD4+ was veryweak and not significant. Keywords: nasopharyngeal carcinoma, expression of LMP1, CD4+, CD8++/CD8, ratio of CD4,neoadjuvant chemotherapy.+++/CD8+  Abstrak :  Latar belakang: Infeksi Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) pada karsinoma nasofaring (KNF) jenis takberdiferensiasiakanmengekspresikan protein antigen antara lain LMP1 dan memicu hadirnyasel-selimunokompeten(CD4+ dan CD8+). Rasio CD4+/CD8 menggambarkan potensi eliminasi patogen intraseldan sel tumor. Kemoterapi neoadjuvant akan menghambat pertumbuhan sel tumor dan juga menghambatpembentukan sel-sel sistem imun tubuh sehingga berefek pada penurunan imunitas seluler. Tujuan:Mengetahui pengaruh kemoterapi neoadjuvant terhadap ekspresi LMP1, sistem imun dan hubunganantara ekspresi LMP1 dengan rasio CD4+/ CD8++. Metode: Desain penelitian one group before and afterintervention, menggunakan 10 sampel biopsi KNF tak-berdiferensiasi, sebelum dan sesudah kemoterapineoadjuvant dilakukan pemeriksaan imunohistokimia. Antibodi yang digunakan ialah antibodi mouseantihuman LMP1, monoclonal mouse antihuman CD4+ dan antihuman CD8. Data penelitian dianalisisdengan Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test, Regresi Linier dan Spearman’s dengan program statistik SPSS forWindows. Hasil: Setelah kemoterapi neoadjuvant terjadi penurunan signifikan secara statistik baikekspresi LMP1 (p=0,007); CD4+ (p=0,041), maupun CD8+ (p=0,005). Rasio CD4++/CD8 meningkat tidaksignifikan secara statistik (p=0,646).   Hubungan antara ekspresi LMP1 dengan rasio CD4 sangatlemah (r = 0,17) dan tidak signifikan secara statistik (p=0,646). Kesimpulan: Kemoterapi neoadjuvantpada KNF jenis tak-berdiferensiasi menyebabkan penurunan ekspresi LMP1 dan status imunologi(CD4+,CD8+) serta peningkatan rasio CD4+/CD8++++/CD8/CD8. Hubungan antara ekspresi LMP1 dengan rasio CD4/CD8 sangat lemah dan tidak signifikan. Kata kunci: karsinoma nasofaring, ekspresi LMP1, CD4++, CD8+, rasio CD4, kemoterapineoadjuvant.

    Abstract: Daun kelor (Moringa oleifera Lam.) merupakan tanaman yang berasal dari suku Moringaceae. Daun kelor dimanfaatkan sebagai obat karena mengandung senyawa metabolit sekunder, salah satunya yaitu senyawa flavonoid. Kadar senyawa flavonoid dari daun kelor yang diperoleh dipengaruhi dari metode ekstraksi yang digunakan. Metode ekstraksi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode ultrasonik. Metode ini merupakan metode yang efektif dan efisien digunakan pada saat proses ekstraksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh suhu dan lama ekstraksi terhadap nilai rendemen dan kadar total flavonoid pada metode ultrasonik dari ekstrak daun kelor. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan dua faktor. Faktor X (suhu) dan Y (waktu) serta terdiri dari tiga taraf dengan tiga kali pengulangan. Faktor X adalah X1 = 50oC, X2 = 60oC, dan X3 = 70oC, sedangkan faktor Y adalah Y1 = 10 menit, Y2 = 15 menit, dan Y3 = 20 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstraksi pada suhu 70oC selama 20 menit menghasilkan rendemen tertinggi, yaitu sebesar 27,89%. Ekstrak yang dihasilkan dari ekstraksi ultrasonik pada suhu 50oC selama 20 menit memiliki kadar flavonoid total tertinggi, yaitu sebesar 2,71%.

    Abstract: This study aimed to determine about the integrated learning profile in science subjects in junior high school. The thing that will be analyzed is how to process the integrated learning planning in science subjects in junior high school. The data collection is described and analyzed through the reduction and examination process which validity used triangulation method. The descriptive analysis results found the answers to research questions. Then, the researchers drew a conclusion from the results of research.The results of the study found that teachers did not apply integrated learning that involves cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the integrated learning profile in science subjects in junior high school do not equivalent to the characteristics of integrated learning. The main cause of the condition is that teachers did not understand the characteristics of integrated learning in science subjects.
