    Abstract: aa Digital transformation is one of the core content and plays an extremely important role in socio-economic development towards the goal of Industry 4.0. It is not only about improving technology but also changing awareness, management model and management strategy. Digital transformation in education is one of the major contents of national digital transformation. In order to achieve the goal of digital transformation in education, the building of the curriculum to response the digital literacy criteria for student outcome standards is an important issue for providing digital human resource. Therefore, in this paper, we represent some issues related to digital transformation, digital literacy in the curriculum towards the goal of training human resource for digital transformation for higher education in Vietnam. A case study of the curriculum in Quang Binh University will be discussed.

    Abstract: Một trong những lợi ích cũng như thách thức của cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp lần thứ 4 đối với lĩnh giáo dục thể hiện ở việc ranh giới về không gian và thời gian bị xóa bỏ trong việc tiếp cận tri thức đối với các đối tượng trong quá trình dạy học. Chương trình đào tạo không chỉ dừng lại ở mức độ liên ngành mà còn phải hướng đến xuyên ngành trong bối cảnh đó. Trong thực tế, người học là trung tâm của quá trình đào tạo, họ có quyền chọn những môn học, các đơn vị kiến thức phù hợp với nhu cầu cá nhân. Vì vậy, việc cá nhân hóa chương trình đào tạo là một cách tiếp cận có tính linh họat đối với môi trường giáo dục đại học để giải quyết một số thách thức trong cuộc cách mạng công nghiệp 4.0. Trong bài báo này, chúng tôi trình bày những vấn đề liên quan đến mô hình cá nhân hóa chương trình đào tạo theo hướng xuyên ngành đáp ứng nguồn nhân lực ở các trường đại học ở Việt Nam.

    Abstract: Background. Breast reconstruction in breast cancer patients is an optional surgery that improves the quality of life while preserving the efficacy of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Deep inferior epigastric perforator (DIEP) flap is a new but reliable and safe technique for autologous breast reconstruction. After mastectomy, immediate reconstruction is the preferred method because of its aesthetic result and convenience. This study is aimed at summarizing our experience in DIEP flap for immediate breast reconstruction. Methods. A prospective study was performed on 30 breast cancer patients who underwent intermediate breast reconstruction for DIEP flap after mastectomy from June 2019 to June 2021 in Hanoi Medical University Hospital. Clinicopathology characteristics, tumor stage, treatment, and complications were evaluated. Result. The mean age of patients was 44.9 (range: 29-73 years). 86.7% of patients were in stages I and II. Five patients (16.7%) received neoadjuvant chemotherapy. 20 patients (66.7%) underwent nipple-sparing mastectomy (NSM) procedures. The mean operating time was 341 minutes. The mean time to receive chemotherapy was 34.68 days. The mean number of perforators was 1.30. The overall flap success rate was 90%. Twelve patients (40%) experienced complications. Four patients (13.3%) returned to the operating room due to venous congestions. Two patients (6.67%) had complete flap loss. Other complication: fat necrosis (6.7%), seroma (13.3%), partial flap loss (3.3%), abdominal wound dehiscence (6.7%), pneumonia (3.3%), and pulmonary embolism (6.7%). After one-month postoperation, 88.9% of patients were satisfied with their breasts, and 74.07% were satisfied with the operation. Conclusion. DIEP flap is a new but reliable and safe technique for autologous breast reconstruction. Though patients opting for breast reconstruction still have a low risk of complication and reconstruction failure, this procedure should be used more frequently in appropriate patients to improve their quality of life.

    Abstract: Mục tiêu: Đánh giá kết quả phẫu thuật cắt tuyến vú triệt căn biến đổi kết hợp tái tạo vú cùng thì bằng vạt DIEP trong điều trị ung thư vú giai đoạn I – II. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả hồi cứu, từ tháng 6/2019 đến tháng 6/2021, 30 bệnh nhân ung thư vú giai đoạn I- II được phẫu thuật cắt tuyến vú triệt căn biến đổi kết hợp tái tạo vú cùng thì bằng vạt DIEP tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Hà Nội. Kết quả: Đặc điểm nhóm nghiên cứu: Tuổi trung bình bệnh nhân 44,9 tuổi, 56,7% bệnh nhân ở giai đoạn I và 43,3% bệnh nhân ở giai đoạn II. 20% bệnh nhân được điều trị hoá chất bổ trợ trước. 66,7% bệnh nhân được bảo tồn núm vú. Thời gian phẫu thuật trung bình là 341 phút. Thời gian từ khi phẫu thuật đến ngày truyền hoá chất là 34,68 ngày. 8 bệnh nhân (chiếm 26,67%) gặp biến chứng sớm sau phẫu thuật. 5 bệnh nhân phải mổ lại chiếm 16,7% do nguyên nhân: ứ máu tĩnh mạch vạt, tắc hoàn toàn tĩnh mạch vạt. 2 bệnh nhân phải tháo bỏ vạt hoàn toàn. Biến chứng muộn gặp ở 6 bệnh nhân (chiếm 20%) bao gồm hoại tử mỡ và tự dịch sau mổ. Kết Luận: Tái tạo vú bằng vạt DIEP là một kĩ thuật mới và an toàn khi tạo hình vú bằng vạt tự thân. Tuy nhiên bệnh nhân lựa chọn tạo hình vú gặp một sốbiến chứng, có thể là tháo bỏ vạt.

    Abstract: Nowadays, building intelligent systems for science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education is necessary to support the studying of learners. Intelligent problem solver (IPS) is a system that can be able to solve or tutor how to solve the problems automatically. Learners only declare hypothesis and goal of problems based on a sufficient specification language. They can request the program to solve it automatically or to give instructions that help them to solve it themselves. Knowledge representation plays a vital role in these kinds of intelligent systems. There are various methods for knowledge representation; however, they do not meet the requirements of an IPS in STEM education. In this paper, we propose the criteria of a knowledge model for an IPS in education. These criteria orient to develop a method for knowledge representation to meet actual requirements in practice, especially pedagogical requirements. For proving the effectiveness of these criteria, a knowledge model is also constructed. This model can satisfy these criteria and be applied to build IPS for courses, such as mathematics and physics.

    Abstract: A social network is one of the efficient tools for information propagation. The content is the bridge between the product and its customers. Evaluating the user’s content creation is a valuable feature to improve information spreading on the social network. This paper proposes a method for extracting brand value with influencers by combining the user’s amplification and content creation in influencer marketing. The amplification factors are studied based on the propagation of the posts on the social network in a duration time. Those factors are more valuable than before when using influencer marketing at a determined time. Moreover, the content creation score is also studied to measure content creation based on the passion point with a brand and its quality. The amplification factors and content creation score are combined to analyze posts’ interest in detecting the emerging influent users for a product in the influencer marketing campaign. Using the amplification factors, the passion points, and the content creation score, a system to manage the influencer marketing on Facebook has been constructed and tested in the real-world campaign. The experimental results show that the proposed method’s influencers bring the conversion rate’s efficiency and revenue in the influencer marketing campaign.

    Abstract: Mục tiêu nghiên cứu: Đánh giá kết quả phẫu thuật u tuyến giáp không đặt dẫn lưu tại bệnh viện K giai từ năm 2019 đến 2021. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang, trên các bệnh nhân u tuyến giáp được phẫu thuật không đặt dẫn lưu tại bệnh viện K từ T1/2019-T8/2021. Theo dõi các biến chứng sau phẫu thuật (tụ dịch, tụ máu, chảy máu, suy cận giáp, nói khàn), mức độ đau sau phẫu thuật, thời gian nằm viện. Kết quả: Phẫu thuật không dẫn lưu trên 130 bệnh nhân, tuổi trung bình là 43.5±10.9 tuổi. Biến chứng sau mổ ghi nhân 6.9% bệnh nhân có tụ dịch, 6.2% nói khàn tạm thời và 4.6% suy cận giáp tạm thời, 3.8% tụ máu sau mổ, 0.8% có chảy máu cần mổ lại. Mức độ đau sau phẫu thuật trung bình ngày 0 là 3.18±0.41, ngày 1 là 2.48±0.56. Thời gian nằm viện trung bình là 4.78±0.76. Kết luận: Phẫu thuật không đặt dẫn lưu trong các trường hợp u tuyến giáp không kèm theo vét hạch cổ bên an toàn, rút ngắn thời gian nằm viện, thuận tiện cho bệnh nhân trong quá trình hậu phẫu, biến chứng sau phẫu thuật xảy ra với tỷ lệ thấp, đa phần tự hồi phục, không có trường hợp nào kéo dài quá 6 tháng.

    Abstract: Transoral endoscopic thyroidectomy vestibular approach (TOETVA) has become increasingly popular in the surgical treatment of thyroid cancer. However, its application in T3b disease has not been well-defined. Methods: We conducted a quasi-experimental study on patients with an intraoperative diagnosis of T3bN0M0 differentiated thyroid carcinoma from January 2019 to January 2021 in our institution. Surgical and early oncological outcomes were assessed. Results: Among 326 patients who underwent TOETVA for thyroid cancer, 12 cases had T3bN0M0 disease intraoperatively. The mean operation time was 136.67±7.32 minutes, with 7.17±0.83 mL of blood loss. No patients reported symptoms of postoperatively transient hypoparathyroidism, mental nerve, or recurrent laryngeal nerve injury. After radioactive iodine therapy, all patients had undetectable thyroglobulin, negative antithyroglobulin, and normal neck ultrasound. Conclusions: TOETVA seems to be a surgically and oncological safe method for differentiated thyroid cancer patients with small tumors invading strap muscle intraoperatively. The patients can be well-managed with endoscopic total thyroidectomy and postoperative radioactive iodine therapy. Further studies with a larger sample size and longer follow-up are needed to provide more solid evidence.

    Abstract: Shape memory alloys (SMAs) are ones which can return to their original shape under impact of temperature or external magnetic field. The SMAs are capable of many applications in the fields of biomedical, aerospace, microelectronics, automation, for examples, orthodontics, stents, bone anchors, automatic valves, heat sensors, nanotweezers, robots... Recently, researchers have discovered the shape memory effect (SME) on high entropy alloys (HEAs). The combination of superior properties of SMAs and HEAs (high strength, heat resistance, low diffusion coefficient...) would bring useful practical applications in practice. In this paper, we will present an overview of the research situation of SMAs and our initial results obtained on Ni-Ti based alloys of Ni-Ti, Ni-Ti-Zr-Cu-Cr, Ni-Ti-Zr-Cu-Co, Ni-Ti-Zr-Cu-Nb, and Ni-Ti-Zr-Cu-Hf prepared by melt-spinning method.
