Abstract: This report presents the results of CCQM-K150, a key comparison between nine National Measurement Institutes (NMIs) which tested the capability of the NMIs to measure particle number concentration (in the range of 100 to 20 000 cm -3 ) using condensation particle counters (CPCs), and particle charge concentration (in the range of 0.15 to 3 fC cm -3 ) using aerosol electrometers (AEs). Measurements of aerosol particle number concentration are needed to demonstrate compliance to vehicle emission legislation and are becoming increasingly important in other areas such as ambient air and workplace monitoring. The measurements are typically carried out using condensation particle counters, which are calibrated using either reference CPCs or reference AEs. An analogous report is available for the CCQM-P189 comparison. CCQM-P189 was identical to and used the same experimental data as CCQM-K150 with one exception: data from TROPOS, which is not an NMI or Designated Institute (DI), were only included in CCQM-P189. CCQM-K150 was an amount-of-substance Track C comparison. To reach the main text of this paper, click on Final Report . Abstract: This key comparison CCQM-K19.2018, as a repetition of the previous study CCQM-K19 from 2005, was performed to evaluate the degree of equivalence of measurement procedures of participating National Metrology Institutes (NMIs) and Designated Institutes (DIs) for the determination of pH of borate buffer solutions. The nominal pH value of the buffer was 9.2 at 25 °C and the suggested measurement temperatures were 5 °C, 15 °C, 25 °C, 37 °C and 50 °C. Good agreement of the results is demonstrated by most participants. To reach the main text of this paper, click on Final Report . Abstract: Research problem. The relevance of the study is due to the need to update the forms, conditions for organizing pedagogical interaction, aimed at the subjective mastery of the economic culture elements well-established in modern society by the student. The purpose of the article is to provide a theoretical and practical substantiation of the phenomenon of dialogicity in the upbringing of the youth economic culture. Research methods. The survey involved 104 students of the Rostov State University of Economics from the first to the fourth year of full-time and part-time education at the age of 17 to 33 years acting in educational program "Organization of work with youth." The survey included the questions, the purpose of which was to identify the needs of student youth in dialogue on economic topics. Research results. As a result of ensuring dialogicity in the upbringing of the economic culture of young people, an economic question that is most in demand among students emerged: "How to get a high-paying job?" After conducting dialogues of economic content, new economic issues emerged among students, directly affecting their professional activities in the field of organizing work with youth. In the process of solving the stated problem, there was a personally significant demand among students for dialogues of economic content, which manifested itself in them during the organization of various types of dialogues of economic content: career planning (30%), professional sphere (25%), personal budget planning (20%). Conclusion. As a result of the systemic organization of various types of educational dialogues (motivational, intergroup, intragroup, interpersonal, intrapersonal; dialogue with the past, present, future) in the open space "Boiling Point", in the process of studying the subject "Project Management in the field of organizing work with youth" in youth public organizations their specificity was revealed. Economic education is spontaneous in interpersonal dialogue in the student-student, student-teacher, student-parents system. The dialogue carried out in a professional environment is distinguished by its practical orientation, concreteness of content and purposefulness in terms of the economic education of students.

Abstract: The IV International Scientific and Technical Conference “Metrology on Physicochemical Measurements” was held 17-19 September 2019 in Suzdal, Russia. It was organized by the All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Physicotechnical and Radio Engineering Measurements (VNIIFTRI) with participation of the Cooperation on International Traceability in Analytical Chemistry (CITAC) under the slogan “Let’s speak about measurement uncertainty”. About 100 participants from metrological, academic and high-education institutes, metrology service centers and other organizations of Belarus, Bulgaria, China, Israel, Germany, Switzerland and Russia took part in the Conference. There were 44 oral presentations, some posters and a small exhibition. The Conference program included scientific and technical topics from the fields of electrochemistry, spectrometry, chromatography and other instrumental methods of physicochemical analysis; reference materials; measurements of dispersed parameters of particles in heterogeneous media, including aerosols and suspensions and air ions; applied and legal metrology and others. During the framework of the Conference, interesting suggestions were made to further improve the level and quality of the metrological work performed, current problems in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements were highlighted, the opportunity to exchange experiences, establish contacts between organizations was provided. New achievements in the field of fundamental and applied research in the field of metrological support of physico-chemical measurements, world and domestic achievements in the development of measuring equipment in this field are presented. After welcoming remarks by Prof.Dr.Sergey Donchenko, General Director of VNIIFTRI (Russia), such well-known scientists as Prof.Dr.Alfred Wiedensohler, Head of Experimental Aerosol and Cloud Microphysics Department (Leibniz Institute for Tropospheric Research, Germany); Dr. Samuel Wunderli, CEO “atomolmetron” GmbH, Independent Consultant on Metrology, CITAC member (Switzerland); Dr. Ilya Kuselman, Independent Consultant on Metrology, Editor of CITAC News and Chair of the IUPAC Interdivisional Working Party for Harmonization of Metrology and Quality Guidelines (Israel); Dr. Anatoly Trubitsyn, Scientific Advisor of Gorniy TsOT Ltd. (Russia); Dr. Natalia Muravskaya, Head of QM, VNIIOFI, Chair of COOMET TC 3.1”Quality Forum” (Russia); Dr. Anastasia Semenova, Deputy director of the Institute of Food Systems after Gorbatov (Russia) and e.g., as well as many young scientists took part in the conference with reports. In total, more than 40 reports were presented at the conference, of which 16 reports were made by scientists of VNIIFTRI. The conference was very active, heated discussions continued during the breaks. The participants were satisfied by the scientific level and usefulness of the Conference. The next such conference is planned by VNIIFTRI for 14-16 September 2021 in beautiful historical place - Park-Hotel “MOROZOVKA”, Moscow region, Mendeleevo, Russia. The Scientific secretary of the Conference Dr. Narine G Oganyan
