    Abstract: The development of mobile technology is currently widely used by android smartphone, especially the most widely used. The need to use this technology is very much needed as a mobile-based information service media. The information service system for students at Politeknik PGRI Banten is currently computerized by utilizing web-base technology not yet following the development of mobile technology. Therefore, the development of a hybrid android based mobile information system service was carried out with the aim of developing an existing service system into mobile smartphone-based system service. From the results of the study, the utilization of student information system techonlogy services based on hybrid android mobile and supported by pus notification in real time can help financial and academic departements in providing information related to lecture payments and information related to lecture schedules.

    Abstract: The school library is one of the educational facilities supporting learning activities and has an important role in supporting the achievement of educational goals. At SMPN 1 Mandalawangi, the library plays a role in assisting students and teachers in obtaining subject matter references to support teaching and learning activities. In the library, activities such as visitor registration, book recording, book borrowing, returning transactions, and making reports at the library are still done manually, so it requires more time and effort, and mistakes often occur in finding the required data. The author designed a library management information system using a web-based QR Code to solve this problem so that activities can be carried out more quickly and easily. The Waterfall development method is used to build this web-based information system. The stages that are passed in this method are the Requirement, Design, Coding & Testing, Integration & Testing, and Operation and Maintenance stages. The information system is built using the JavaScript programming language, the ReactJS library, Cloud Firestore as the database, and UML as the system model. The final result of this design is to produce a library management information system using a web-based QR Code for the SMPN 1 Mandalawangi Library. It can be interpreted that the system that has been designed can facilitate library staff in the service process, data management, and making reports at the SMPN 1 Mandalawangi library.

    Abstract: Abstrak — Sarana dan prasarana (sarpras) kampus merupakan aset yang digunakan sebagai penunjang kegiatan belajar mengajar. Sarpras kampus tidak hanya untuk digunakan tetapi perlu dijaga kebersihannya. Namun pada kenyataannya sarpras kampus sering terabaikan dari segi kebersihannya. Terabaikannya kebersihan sarpras tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa hal seperti kurangnya pengawasan oleh bagian sarpras, sulitnya melakukan pengecekan sarpras dikarenakan jumlahnya yang banyak serta terletak di area yang cukup luas, dan terbatasnya petugas kebersihan. Untuk menangani permasalahan hal tersebut maka dirancang sebuah aplikasi monitoring kebersihan sarana dan prasarana kampus. Pada perancangan aplikasi ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), tahapan-tahapannya adalah perencanaan, analisis, perancangan, implementasi, uji coba, dan penggunaan. Aplikasi yang akan dibangun merupakan aplikasi responsif yang berbasis web dengan platform sistem operasi android. Responsif yang dimaksud adalah salah satu teknik yang digunakan pada pengembangan aplikasi berbasis web agar aplikasi yang dijalankan menyesuaikan pada layar perangkat yang digunakan. Bahasa pemrograman yang digunakan adalah PHP dan MySql dipadukan dengan framework CSS yaitu bootstrap.  Aplikasi yang dibangun dilengkapi fasilitas feedback yang dapat digunakan oleh pimpinan berupa komentar dan juga ratting pada setiap laporan kebersihan dari masing-masing unit dan lokasi. Komentar dan rating yang diberikan pimpinan ini dapat memberikan pengaruh secara moral kepada penanggung jawab kebersihan secara langsung. Pada akhirnya perancangan aplikasi ini bermanfaat untuk membantu memudahkan bagian sarana prasarana dan pimpinan dalam memonitoring kebersihan sarana sehingga mampu meningkatkan mutu kebersihan sarana prasarana kampus dan memperlancar proses kegiatan belajar mengajar.   Kata kunci : Aplikasi Monitoring, Kebersihan, Responsif.

    Abstract: Permintaan konsumen yang tidak menentu sering terjadi pada Toko Aqilah Herbal, hal tersebut menjadi masalah terhadap kontrol persediaan produk. Produk yang disediakan oleh toko sering mengalami kekuarangan atau kelebihan, hal ini menyebabkan kerugian atau komplain dari konsumen. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dan untuk memberikan perkiraan persediaan produk agar lebih tepat dan sesuai kebutuhan dengan melihat penjualan obat periode sebelumnya dan memperkirakan kondisi di periode berikutnya maka Toko Aqilah Herbal memerlukan suatu sistem yang dapat memprediksi jumlah persediaan obat herbal. Sistem tersebut pula bertujuan untuk menambah laba dan mengurangi resiko kerugian akibat berlebih maupun kurangnya persediaan jumlah obat herbal. Diagram Arus Data (DAD) dipilih untuk menunjukkan model sistem dan aliran data pada sistem. Adapun teknik peramalannya menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing ialah sebuah teknik peramalan dengan perbandingan untuk mencari nilai alpha, dengan melacak nilai alpha tersebut secara random (trial) hingga memperoleh alpha yang mempunyai error paling kecil dengan pencarian memakai metode kesesuaian MSE (Mean Square Error). Ukuran atau alpha yang dipakai untuk memperkirakan persediaan obat herbal yaitu alpha = 0.1, alpha = 0.2, alpha = 0.3, alpha = 0.4, alpha = 0.5, alpha = 0.6, alpha = 0.7, alpha = 0.8, dan alpha = 0.9. dengan melacak nilai alpha secara random (trial) hingga diperoleh alpha yang mempunyai error terkecil. Maka hasil perkiraan yang mempunyai alpha dengan nilai error terkecil merupakan yang paling baik. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah sistem informasi peramalan persediaan obat menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memperkirakan berapa banyak persediaan obat satu periode ke depan. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini, pemilik toko dapat dengan mudah menentukan jumlah pembelian obat untuk memaksimalkan persediaan obat. Kata kunci: Peramalan, Persediaan, Single Exponential Smoothing.

    Abstract: Community service is very important to do as well as services provided to civil servants/private to public, in any place where companies and government agencies can be divided into several sub-sections to fit the field and their respective functions in the work. Similarly the social services at Serang District which has been divided into several sections, one of which is a sub section Hope Family Program in terms of helping very poor families who have previously registered as participants to this program. This program is a program that provides cash assistance to extremely poor families if they meet the requirements associated with efforts to improve the quality of human resources, education and health. The main objective of this program is helping to reduce poverty by improving the quality of human resources in extreme poverty. In practice, this is managed by Family Hope Program Implementation Unit in each district, In this case I find the problems or constraints that exist within Family Hope Program the classification of very poor families are less clear, the lack of updating an increase in the economic status of participants, and the absence of recapitulation of education facilities and health insurance in their respective districts in Serang District.

    Abstract: Design of production and delivery monitoring applications at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Serang Mill Tbk aims to reduce problems in the production control process. The problems faced are as follows; the production process carried out by several parts results in slow processing of products, often duplicate data orders that can harm the company, the production of damaged products is not recorded, the number of reprimands from customers due to delay in delivery time due to ordering deficiencies the company must reset the production schedule. Based on these problems computer-based method (IT) shortage is needed. System design uses the waterfall method or SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Software modeling uses UML (unified model language). The application has advantages such as the more structured and well-documented because the procedure is in accordance with the rules made by the Converting Division at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper. This application is expected to be able to overcome all existing constraints, especially in managing production data. Based on the things mentioned above, the authors are interested in compiling articles about the design of Production and Delivery Monitoring Applications with the Shortage Method at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Serang Mill Tbk.

Procurement of goods in PT.Coca-Cola is to know and understand the stock movement report (SMR) by making a request (consumer data) and with the documents submitted to the shipper. Then be made to the report. Procurement process from start stock movement report (SMR) with (consumer data) and (data placement) there will be good cooperation, so as to create mutual benefits and minimize the losses that will happen, but still there are constraints such as the accumulation of data, so that often there is less precision in data input goods, and Warehouse data which can lead to duplicate data. Problem-solving process procurement of goods, can be improved by optimizing the schedule of the procurement process, increase effectiveness and efficiency in the procurement process and create an SMR report timely and accurate.

    Abstract: Garbage problems are common in every city. However, this can be resolved with various solutions that can overcome these problems. One of them is by conducting field observations, then conducting socialization and social approaches to residents. In this way, the waste problem can be solved little by little. The results of the observations showed that there were piles of garbage in the residents' gardens and the amount of garbage scattered in the waterways due to the absence of trash cans and the difficulty of accessing garbage trucks to transport residents' garbage. Especially in this era of covid 19, we must maintain cleanliness from various viruses. Garbage is a small thing that can trigger a virus to grow. Therefore, a solution was found to overcome the waste. With the solution for making trash cans by KKM students, residents can throw garbage in its place and use an open-top Tossa motorbike because it is small and can enter the narrow road in the bogeg neighborhood of RT 1 RW 2, Banjar Agung village. This is expected to be a solution to the waste problem in the area

    Abstract: Internet is something that can be easily accessed by everyone. With just one click it can take people anywhere even to a different world. Inaccurate use of the internet can carry considerable negatives. For adolescents who are still in their teens who still have a passion for learning and high curiosity can take advantage of the internet. However, not a few teenagers who actually use the internet get a negative impact because of their lack of knowledge of the internet; they do not understand the negative effects that can be caused by the internet. This is due to the lack of explanation and education related to the internet to them. Therefore, how important the role of parents, teachers, and society is in providing explanation, understanding, and education to adolescents related to the internet. One of the solutions that can solve the above problems is the holding of Healthy Internet Counseling and Training for Junior High School-aged Children (SMP) with the aim of providing understanding to junior high school age children regarding healthy use of the internet and to find out what the negative impacts of the internet are. Community service activities in the form of counseling and training for healthy internet get results and benefits including increasing sufficient understanding of the wise use of the internet so as to maximize the positive impact of the internet and minimize the negative impact of surfing, so as to create smart and productive teenagers.
