    Kurzfassung: Purpose: The aim of the study is to apply policy analysis matrix (PAM) to identify international competitiveness of marketing channels and policy impacts of government on each marketing channels. Methodology: Policy analysis matrix is employed to evaluate influences of macroeconomic policy on the Tuong-mango value chain. The study investigated 213 sampling observation of eight main actors in chain. Findings: The findings indicate that although domestic channel 4 exhibits competitiveness (Private cost ratio (PRC) 〈 1), channels 1, 2, and 3 possess both comparative and competitive advantages (PRC 〈 1, Domestic Resource Cost (DRC) 〈 1, and social benefit-cost (SBC) 〉 1). The government’s strategy on production protection, referred to as Nominal protection coefficient on tradable output (NPCO) 0.16, together with the plan for enhancing added value, denoted as Effective protection coefficient (EPC) 0.14 and Subsidy ratio to producers (SRP) −0.18, place a significant emphasis on the first export channel. The government’s subsidy plan grants preferential treatment to Channel 4 in terms of the pricing of commercially available products, with a Nominal protection coefficient on tradable input (NPCI) value of 0.75. A value-added strategy is implemented for export channels 2 and 3, which have EPCs of 0.76 and 0.85, respectively. Policy implications: If the tradable cost is modified by 20%, there will be a change in the ratio of DRC, SBC, EPC, and SRP. While the EPC does not see a 20% reduction in domestic prices, the DRC and SBC do benefit from this cost reduction. A reduction of 20% in the local cost, coupled with a corresponding rise of 20% in the Free on Board (FOB) price, would result in a significant elevation of the SRP for export channels 1, 2, and 3. Conclusion: This is as evidence for the combination of quantitative is a dynamic tool in the policymaking process to ensure targets, constrictions, and consistent policies for agricultural fields. This permits policies to be changed in steps with an alteration in the economy and priorities set up for the tropical fruits and vegetables field.

    Kurzfassung: Giám sát tác nhân vi rút gây bệnh ở người trong nước thải là mô hình giám sát sức khỏe cộng đồng chủ động được nhiều quốc gia áp dụng. Tại Việt Nam, chưa có công bố nào về giám sát các vi rút gây bệnh trong nước thải. Dựa vào chương trình giám sát vi rút polio trong nước thải được triển khai tại Hà Nội từ tháng 11/2020, nghiên cứu này nhằm mục tiêu xác định sự có mặt của một số vi rút gây bệnh khác. 53 mẫu nước thải chưa qua xử lý được thu thập từ hai trạm xử lý và bốn cống gom nước thải sinh hoạt ở các sông tại Hà Nội, giai đoạn 11/2020 – 12/2021. Mẫu nước được cô đặc theo phương pháp 2-pha Dextran PEG và sau đó xét nghiệm phát hiện vi rút đường ruột (VRĐR), rota, noro và adeno. VRĐR phân lập được trên 6 (11,32%) mẫu, bao gồm echo 3, 6 và 11, mỗi type 2 mẫu. Vi rút rota, noro GI, noro GII và adeno lần lượt phát hiện trên 24 (45,28%), 16 (30,18%), 27 (50,94%) và 33 (62,26%) mẫu. Kết quả bước đầu cho thấy tính khả thi trong việc kết hợp song song giám sát vi rút polio với giám sát các vi rút gây bệnh khác trong môi trường nước thải, đặc biệt đối với vi rút noro và adeno mà hệ thống giám sát dựa trên bệnh nhân chưa được thực hiện tại Việt Nam.

    Kurzfassung: Tóm tắt Đặt vấn đề: Đánh giá kết quả ban đầu phẫu thuật nội soi ổ bụng với Rô bốt hỗ trợ tạo hình đường tiết niệu trên tại Bệnh viện Bình Dân.Phương pháp nghiên cứu: Số liệu thu thập từ 07 trường hợp (TH) được phẫu thuật nội soi ổ bụng với Rô bốt hỗ trợ tạo hình đường niệu trên, gồm các trường hợp tạo hình khúc nối bể thận – niệu quản có hoặc không lấy sỏi bể thận, phẫu thuật cắt nối niệu quản tận- tận và cắm lại niệu quản vào bàng quang. Các TH này được tiến hành tại Bệnh viện Bình Dân, từ 11/ 2016 đến 3/2017. Kết quả chính bao gồm khả năng cải thiện triệu chứng lâm sàng cũng như trên hình ảnh học và ghi nhận tỷ lệ tai biến - biến chứng xảy ra. Kết quả: Tất cả 07 TH đều phẫu thuật thành công, dù thời gian mổ tương đối dài, trung bình là 222,8 phút (150 – 330 phút), không có trường hợp nào xảy ra tai biến - biến chứng. Sau rút thông JJ niệu quản 01 tháng, chưa ghi nhận trường hợp nào bị tái phát. Kết luận: Qua 07 TH đầu tiên được phẫu thuật nội soi ổ bụng tạo hình đường tiết niệu trên với hỗ trợ Rô bốt cho thấy tuy thời gian mổ khá dài nhưng khả thi và an toàn, có thể thay thế mổ mở trong một số trường hợp phức tạp. Tuy nhiên, cần thực hiện với số lượng lớn hơn và theo dõi thêm để có thể đánh giá kết quả lâu dài của phương pháp này trong điều kiện thực tế hiện nay. Abstract Introduction: To evaluate the initial outcomes of robotic assisted laparoscopic (RAL) upper urinary tract (UUT) reconstruction at Binh Dan hospital. Material and Methods: 07 patients underwent RAL UUT reconstruction including pyeloplasty with or without stone extraction, uretero-ureterostomy and ureteric reconstruction at Binh Dan hospital from November 2016 to March 2017. Primary outcomes were symptomatic and radiographic improvement of obstruction and complication rate. Results: All 07 cases of RAL UUT reconstruction had good clinical and radiographic improvement without any significant complication (over grade I of Clavien Dindo classification). The mean operation time was 222,8 minutes (150 – 330 minutes). Conclusion: Robotic-assisted laparoscopic UUT could be performed safely with good short-term results and be considered a reasonable alternative to the open procedure for robotic experienced surgeons in some complicated cases.     Kurzfassung: Plasmodium falciparum has acquired resistance to artemisinin in Southeast Asia, with mutations in the P. falciparum Kelch-13 ( Pfk13 ) gene associated with the resistance phenotype. The widespread use of Artemisinin-based combination therapy (ACT)s in Southeast Asia has led to the selection and spread of parasites carrying mutations in Pfk13 . We characterised the allele diversity of Pfk13 and pfg377 , an artemisinin-resistance neutral polymorphic gene, in parasite DNA extracted human blood from in southern Vietnam in 2003, 2012, 2015 and 2018. Method This study was conducted in Bu Gia Map commune, Binh Phuoc province, Vietnam, from May 2018 to January 2019. Twenty-four samples from 2018 to 2019, 30 from 2003, 24 from 2012 and 32 from 2015 were analysed. Malaria-infected human blood was collected by finger-prick and used for molecular analysis. A nested-PCR targeting the small subunit ribosomal RNA gene was used for Plasmodium species identification, followed by amplification and nucleotide sequencing of Pfk13 and region 3 of pfg377 . Archived blood samples collected in the same region in 2012 and 2015 were also analysed as above for comparison. Results The genetic diversity of Pfk13 and pfg377 was lower in 2018–2019 compared to 2012 and 2015. The number of distinct Pfk13 mutants decreased from three in 2012 and 2015, P553L, V568G and C580Y, to one, C580Y in 2018–2019. In 2018–2019, the frequency of C580Y mutant strains was 71% (17/24 isolates). All samples were wild type in 2003. In 2012 and 2015, there were single-strain infections as well as co-infections with two mutant strains or with mutant and wild strains, whereas there were no co-infections in 2018. pfg377 allele diversity decreased from five alleles in 2012 to two alleles in 2018–2019. Conclusion The genetic diversity of P. falciparum was reduced at the two genetic loci surveyed in this study, Pfk13 and pfg377 . In the case of the former gene, we observed an increase in the prevalence of parasites carrying the C580Y gene, known to confer reduced susceptibility to ACTs. The reduction in the diversity of pfg377 may be linked to the clonal expansion of parasite strains carrying the C580Y mutation, leading to an overall reduction in parasite genetic diversity across the population.

    Kurzfassung: Despite recent reductions in Vietnam, malaria transmission persists in some areas in forests and farmlands where a high density of Anopheles mosquitoes relative to other environments occurs. To inform effective malaria control measures, it is important to understand vector bionomics and the malaria transmission role of Anopheles spp. in the highland regions of Vietnam. This study was conducted to quantify the abundance, composition and biting behaviour of the Anopheles mosquito population, and the proportion of Plasmodium spp. infected mosquitoes collected from forest and agricultural farm sites in Gia Lai province, Vietnam. Methods Forest and agricultural farm sites in Gia Lai province were selected for mosquito collections (total eight sites). Mosquito collection was performed by Human-baited Double Net Trap (HDNT), animal-baited traps (ABT) using cattle, and CDC light traps. Captured mosquitoes were identified morphologically, and salivary glands of Anopheles mosquitoes were examined for sporozoites using microscopy. Plasmodium infection was determined by Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), and identification of blood meal type was determined by PCR and diffuse serum agglutination assay. Results A total of 1815 Anopheles mosquitoes belonging to 19 species were collected by ABT (n = 1169), HDNT (n = 471) and CDC light trap (n = 175). Anopheles abundance and diversity varied by district and environment. Capture by HDNT of Anopheles of vectorial concern was observed between early evening and early morning. Plasmodium vivax infection was determined by PCR in two Anopheles dirus specimens captured by HDNT in forest sites. Blood from a range of hosts could, including human blood, could be detected in species considered primary and secondary vectors An. dirus , and Anopheles aconitus , and Anopheles maculatus , respectively. Conclusions A low number of Anopheles spp. considered primary vectors of concern and very low numbers of Plasmodium spp. infected Anopheles mosquitoes were captured at the end of the rainy season in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. However, capture species of vectorial concern by HDNT throughout the early to late evening demonstrates that use of additional personal protective measures could supplement current preventative measures, such as bed nets to prevent exposure to vectors of concern in this region.

    Kurzfassung: Nonlinear buckling and postbuckling of longitudinally compressed carbon nanotube‐reinforced (CNTR) cylindrical shells stiffened by longitudinal or circumferential CNTR stiffeners in thermal environments surrounded by elastic medium are presented in the present study. Five linear distributions of CNT are considered for the shell‐stiffener structure system and they are modeled by innovation homogenization technique for CNTR stiffeners. Based on the classical Donnell thin shell theory with von Karman's nonlinearities and the Galerkin procedure, the governing equations can be built to analyze the critical buckling compression and postbuckling compression‐deflection and compression‐shortening behavior. The noticeable effects of volume fraction of CNTs, shell‐foundation interaction stiffnesses, uniformly distributed temperature, and geometric properties of stiffened cylindrical shells on the critical buckling compression and compression‐deflection and compression‐shortening postbuckling behaviors of stiffened CNTR cylindrical shells are obtained and remarked in numerical examinations.

    Kurzfassung: This paper deals with the nonlinear large deflection torsional buckling of functionally graded carbon nanotube (CNT) orthogonally reinforced composite cylindrical shells surrounded by Pasternak’s elastic foundations with the thermal effect. The shell is made by two layers where the polymeric matrix is reinforced by the CNTs in longitudinal and circumferential directions for outer and inner layers, respectively. The stability equation system is obtained by combining the Donnell’s shell theory, von Kármán nonlinearity terms, the circumferential condition in average sense and three-state solution form of deflection. The critical torsional buckling load, postbuckling load-deflection and the load-end shortening expressions are obtained by applying the Galerkin procedure. The effects of temperature change, foundation parameters, geometrical properties and CNT distribution law on the nonlinear behavior of cylindrical shell are numerically predicted. Especially, the effect of orthogonal reinforcement in comparison with longitudinal and circumferential reinforcement on the torsional buckling behavior of shells is observed.

    Kurzfassung: Auxetic materials are usually designed as cores for structures subject to high impulse loads. Furthermore, the lightweight and high load capacity of the auxetic core construction is also an important advantage even for structures subjected to static loads. The combination of auxetic core and face sheets made by the advanced composite materials is a solution to dramatically increase the load-carrying capacity of the structure. In this paper, a new design of auxetic-core cylindrical shells with carbon nanotube-reinforced coatings is presented. Additionally, the nonlinear buckling behaviors of auxetic-core cylindrical shells with carbon nanotube-reinforced coatings under axially compressive loads are investigated. Three distributed types of functionally graded carbon nanotube-reinforced coatings and the honeycomb lattice form of the auxetic core are investigated. The homogenization model for auxetic lattice structures is considered to constitute the formulations of stiffnesses of the core layer. The nonlinear basic formulations are formulated by using the geometrically nonlinear Donnell shell theory considering Pasternak’s foundation. The Galerkin procedure can be applied three times for three states of buckling behaviors, and the expressions of the compressive load-maximal deflection and compressive load-average end shortening postbuckling curves are achieved. The numerically obtained investigations present the significant effects of auxetic core, volume fraction, direction arrangement and distributed law of carbon nanotube, foundation stiffnesses, geometrical parameters of auxetic core and shell on the critical buckling load and postbuckling behavior of structures.
