    Abstract: We recovered molecular phylogenetic relationships amongst species of the genus Ablepharus in Iran and Iraq. Partial sequences of three mitochondrial genes (cytochrome C oxidase subunit I – COI, 12S rRNA and 16S rRNA) were analysed. In addition, phylogenetic relationships and taxonomic evaluation of Ablepharus species in Cyprus, India, Greece, Turkey and Syria were performed using partial sequences of the 16S rRNA gene. Phylogenetic trees and estimated genetic distances showed that the Ablepharus populations of Iran and Iraq clustered into three distinct clades. One is found in northwest Iran ( A. bivittatus in Ardabil, East and West Azerbaijan and Hamedan Provinces). The second clade, formed by A. chernovi , is found only in Uromia. The third and most heterogeneous clade is divided into two subclades, the first includes two lineages of Ablepharus in Khorasan Razavi and Semnan Provinces ( A. pannonicus ) and in eastern and south-eastern Iran ( A. grayanus ); the second subclade is distributed in the eastern part of Iraq and west and south-western Iran ( Ablepharus sp.). Our analyses indicated that splitting of A. chernovi within the genus occurred in the early Miocene [about 22.5 million years ago (Mya)]. Ablepharus bivittatus diverged 15.2 Mya, in the middle Miocene. Ablepharus pannonicus diverged in the late Miocene (8.4 Mya) and A. grayanus separated in the late Miocene (6.7 Mya). The lineages of eastern Iraq and south-western Iran ( Ablepharus sp.) diverged also in the late Miocene (7.0 Mya).

    Abstract: This study aims to determine the roles and obstacles of school librarians in providing services during the Covid-19. This descriptive study used a qualitative approach. The researchers selected 13 representatives of high schools, vocational high schools, and madrasah aliyah at the same level as public and private. The data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation. The study found that school librarians have provided certain library services during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely providing direct services by implementing health protocols, providing digital information sources or e-books, disseminating information via WhatsApp, improving and fixing library infrastructures. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by school librarians were unpreparedness to face the pandemic, lack of technology facilities and internet access, lack of competency, and minimum library budget.

    Abstract: AbstractStarting from the outbreak of the Corona Virus pandemic (Covid-19) in the early 2020s including in Indonesia, humanity was shaken with a variety of panic. To cope with the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak, the Government of Indonesia established a public health emergency status and adopted a Large Scale Social Restrictions (LSSL) policy. However, this health law enforcement issues a new polemic for the society, for Indonesian Muslims who cannot worship in congregation in mosques or other places of worship. The purpose of this study is to analyze the LSSL Policy that implemented by the government from the perspective of al-Maqashid asy-Syar’iyyah. This research is a legal research with literature study method and normative juridical research. Thus, the legal material related to the LSSL policy imposed by the Government of Indonesia. Based on the results of the study showed that there are some differences and their consequences, but the theory of al-Maqashid asy-Syar’iyyah LSSL policy is one of the best choices in the framework of overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak in Indonesia.Keywords: Health Law, LSSL, Pandemic outbreak, Covid-19, Maqashid Syar’iyyah. AbstrakBeranjak dari mewabahnya pandemi Virus Corona (Covid-19) pada awal tahun 2020 termasuk di Indonesia, membuat umat manusia digoncang dengan berbagai kepanikan. Untuk menanggulangi wabah pandemi Covid-19, Pemerintah Indonesia menetapkan status kedaruratan kesehatan masyarakat dan memberlakukan kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskalaa Besar (PSBB). Namun penegakan hukum kesehatan ini mengakibatkan polemik baru bagi masyarakat, terutama bagi kaum muslimin Indonesia yang tidak bisa beribadah secara berjamaah di masjid atau tempat ibadah lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa kebijakan PSBB yang diterapkan Pemerintah dari sudut pandang al-Maqashid asy-Syar’iyyah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum dengan metode studi kepustakaan dan dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Dengan demikian, yang menjadi bahan hukum adalah regulasi terkait kebijakan PSBB yang diberlakukan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa meskipun memiliki berbagai dampak dan konsekuensinya, namun secara teori al-Maqashid asy-Syar’iyyah kebijakan PSBB merupakan salah satu pilihan terbaik dalam rangka penanggulangan wabah pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia.Kata Kunci: Hukum Kesehatan, PSBB, Wabah Pandemi, Covid-19, al-Maqashid asy-Syar’iyyah.

    Abstract: Local folk songs are often only enjoyed by local people and, of course, only a few of these songs can become national songs. However, through the song called Paris Barantai composed by Anang Ardiansyah, the Banjar song can become a nationally recognized regional folk song. In addition, Anang Ardiansyah‘s other songs have a message or religious content that reflects the Islamic culture of the Banjar community. Therefore, this paper explores religious content of four songs composed by Anang Ardiansyah with the aim that the local folk songs are not only sung but reinforce the distribution of religious values and knowledge in relation to the Banjar culture. The results of this paper describe the religious practice of urang (people of) Banjar related to faith, prayer and shalawat in everyday life and the term haram menyarah (surrender is forbidden) as Banjar people's struggle doctrine depicted from the Banjar song composed by Anang Ardiansyah. Therefore, through these songs it becomes an important part of the efforts to strengthen the Banjar religious identity and religious value distribution will take place continuously.

    Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kemahiran membaca huruf hijaiyah siswa pada kelas III MIN 21 dengan menggunakan media kartu tukar huruf. Jenis penelitian ini ialah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan dua kali siklus yang didahului pra siklus untuk mengetahui kemampuan awal siswa sebelum diterapkannya media kartu huruf. Sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster random class. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas III MIN 21 dengan jumlah 12 orang. Intrumen penilainan yang digunakan adalah berbentuk non-tes dan lembar observasi. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh hasil: pra siklus menyebutkan huruf dengan jumlah siswa seluruhnya mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 50 dan cara membaca dengan mensukunkan huruf mendapat nilai rata-rata 45 dengan hasil demikian maka pra siklus dinyatakan tidak ada satupun siswa yang memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan dari 70 KKM yang ditentukan. Setelah diberikan media kartu nilai siswa menjadi meningkat. Pada siklus pertama I hasilnya menunjukkan ada 6 orang siswa yang tuntas memenuhi KKM yang ditentukan dengan rata-rata nilai dari semua siswa adalah 66,7. Hasil dari siklus kedua II menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan dengan ketuntasan siswa mencapai 12 orang dengan nilai rata-rata 85. Berdasarkan analisis data tersebut maka disimupulkan penggunaan media kartu tukar huruf dapat meningkatkan kemahiran siswa dalam membaca huruf hijaiyah.

    Abstract: This research aims to develop alternative assessment that is compatible for mathematical performance and useful to nurture competencies of vocational students. It is developmental research in which there are 3Ds stages such as define, design, and develop. By this, there are three instruments developed, namely Students Performance Test (SPT), Cognitive Affective and Performance Assessment (CAPA), and Holistic and Analytic Assessment (HAA). In order to know the affectivity, not only teachers were getting involved to contribute responds, but also students of SMK Kartika Makassar were engaged to learn and being observed during instruments trial. The result shows that SPT focuses on the ability of identification and drawing, whereas CAPA was divided into some aspects of cognitive (including recall, share exactly, identify symbol and figure accurately, construct the figure), affective (including austerity, motivation, accuracy, and discipline) and psychomotor (including speed, skills, and quality). Lastly, HAA was also constructed in terms of holistic (such as grades, description, and general criteria) and analytic (accuracy of length and angles, compliance figure, and neatness). This study brings the information that alternative assessment can be applied to support classroom assessment in which performance of students should be enhanced, especially for vocational education.

    Abstract: In Indonesia, the issue of gender equality has lately become an endless issue and is still striving to continue to be championed both at the executive and legislative levels. The issue of gender equality includes substantive understanding of the gender perspective policy itself. Therefore, the gender movement then became mainstream in developing countries including Indonesia. In the process of democratization, the issue of greater women's political participation, representation and the issue of accountability is an absolute requirement for the realization of a more meaningful democracy in Indonesia. A meaningful democracy is democracy that pays attention to and fights for the interests of the majority of Indonesia's population consisting of women. The idea that politics is not territory for women is an idea that has always been echoed for centuries, and it is indeed very effective to restrict women from entering this region. Public and private terminology that is closely related to the concept of gender, gender roles, and stereotypes, has created inequality and injustice between women and men. The most obvious result of such a political situation is the marginalization and exclusion of women from formal political life.

    Abstract: Online learning media is one of the tools which can support the teaching and learning process. Kahoot, Quizizz, Padlet, and learning Apps are examples of online learning media.  Hence in this study, the researchers wanted to find out about the students' perceptions of online quiz applications or better known as Kahoot. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach because the researchers described students' perceptions of Kahoot as an online quiz for teaching and learning English in class. Thirty-nine English Department, Lambung Mangkurat University students were selected as the samples in this study from the 2019 Intensive English Class. The instruments used in this study consisted of questionnaires with five answers: strongly agree, agree, neutral, disagree, and strongly disagree. The questionnaire was made and spread online by using Google Forms. The data was analyzed quantitatively using the implementation of a Likert scale. The findings show that the students' perceptions of Kahoot as an online quiz tool are positive. It can be seen from the score of instruments distributed by the researchers. The score gets 2.192 from 2.730 as the maximum score. The maximum score was gotten from (Q1: number of students, K: maximum score for each question and Q: number of questions) = 39 x 5 = 195 x 14 = 2.730, which means that Kahoot is a good online quiz application for teaching English in Intensive English Class based on students' perceptions. Most of the students agree that the process of teaching and learning via Kahoot as an online quiz tool is interesting, motivating, and fun. They also agree that they feel a positive effect on using its application and try to repeat to play Kahoot.
