Abstract:
Es wird über drei Versuche berichtet, in denen Futtermischungen mit Casein und/oder Krillmehl als einzigen Proteinträgern an Karpfen gefüttert wurden. Im ersten Versuch wurden neun Mischungen verglichen, die sich im Proteingehalt (20, 30, 40 %) und im Verhältnis Casein: Krillprotein (10:0, 5:5, 0:10) unterschieden. Im zweiten Versuch enthielten sechs Mischungen etwa 40 % Protein aus Casein und Krillmehl in den Verhältnissen 10:0, 9:1, 8:2, 7:3, 6:4 und 5:5. In beiden Versudien wurde jeweils auch ein fischmehlhaltiges Forellenfutter aus dem Handel eingesetzt. Jedes Futter wurde an 3 Becken mit je 10 Karpfen verabreicht. War Casein alleiniger Proteinträger, so traten starke Ausfälle auf und das Wachstum hörte nach wenigen Wochen auf. Die Steigerung des Proteingehalts im Futter bewirkte in diesem Fall eine Senkung des Proteinansatzes der Karpfen. Günstigste Zuwachsergebnisse wurden erzielt, wenn bei 40 % Rohprotein im Futter Casein und Krillmehl zu gleichen Teilen vertreten waren. Bis zu diesem Verhältnis hin ergab sich eine direkte Abhängigkeit zwischen dem Anteil des Krillmehls am Futterprotein und dem Proteinansatz der Karpfen. Stammte das Futterprotein zur Hälfte oder vollkommen aus Krillmehl, dann bewirkte die Steigerung des Gehalts im Futter von 20 auf 40 % eine Senkung des Futteraufwandes je kg Zuwachs von etwa 1,6 auf etwa 1,4 kg. Gleichzeitig sank allerdings PER von etwa 3 auf unter 2 und PPW von über 40 % auf etwa 25 %. Die Futtermischungen mit dem höheren Proteingehalt bewirkten, daß der Fettgehalt im Zuwachs im Vergleich zu den Mischungen mit weniger Protein deutlich reduziert war. Im dritten Versuch zeigte sich, daß Petroläther‐Extraktion des Krillmehls vor Herstellung der Futtermischung die positive Wirkung nicht beeinflußte, während andererseits der Zusatz von Asche aus Krillmehl zu der Mischung mit 40 % Casein Zuwachs und Protein‐Ansatz der Karpfen steigerte, allerdings in geringerem Maße als Zusatz des gesamten Krillmehls.
