    Abstract: ABSTRAKMenjaga kebersihan masjid merupakan suatu hal yang harus dilakukan secara rutin. Namun masih terdapat beberapa masjid yang melakukan kegiatan bersih-bersih tidak sercara rutin dan kurang optimal. Keberadaan organisasi yang memberikan layanan kebersihan masjid merupakan salah satu solusi yang dapat mengatasi masalah ini. “Tim Bebersih Masjid (TBM)” merupakan suatu organisasi non profit yang salah satu aktivitasnya memberikan layanan kebersihan masjid tanpa biaya. Beberapa kendala yang ditemui TBM dalam operasional diantaranya: terbatasnya fasilitas media penyebaran informasi layanan kebersihan masjid, terbatasnya informasi bagi masyarakat yang akan menjadi donatur, terbatas jumlah tim personil kebersihan. Agar operasional kegiatan TBM lebih optimal, dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini diusulkan untuk membuat Aplikasi Tim Bersih-bersih Masjid (TBM) berbasis mobile yang terhubung dengan aplikasi berbasis web. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian terbagi menjadi tiga bagian, diantaranya: persiapan, pengembangan aplikasi TBM berbasis web dan berbasis Android, pelaksanaan.Aplikasi dirancang untuk dapat menghasilkan informasi: data masjid yang akan dibersihkan, jadwal membersihkan masjid, narahubung Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid (DKM) dan histori aktivitas kebersihan. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian, informasi layanan kebersihan masjid dapat diakses melalui tautan http://masjidbersih.org dan permintaan layanan kebersihan dapat diakses melalui aplikasi berbasis android yang tersedia di google playstore dengan nama “Tim Bebersih Masjid – Layanan Bebersih untuk Umat”. Kata kunci: android; aplikasi; bersih; masjid. ABSTRACTMaintaining the cleanliness of the mosque as a place of worship for Muslims is something that must be done regularly. However, in its implementation, there are still several mosques that have not carried out routine cleaning activities and are less than optimal. The existence of an organization that provides mosque cleaning services is one solution that can overcome this problem. The existence of mosque cleaning services is one of the ideas to overcome this problem. “Tim Bebersih Masjid (TBM)” is a non-profit organization whose activities include providing mosque cleaning services at no cost. Some of the obstacles encountered by TBM in its operations include: limited media facilities for disseminating information on mosque cleaning services, limited information for people who will become donors, limited number of cleaning personnel teams. In order for the operation of TBM activities to be more optimal, in this service activity it is proposed to create a mobile-based Tim Bebersih Masjid (TBM) Application that is connected to a web-based application. The application is designed to be able to generate information: mosque data to be cleaned, mosque cleaning schedules, contact person for the Dewan Kemakmuran Masjid (DKM) and history of cleaning activities. After the service activities have been carried out, information on mosque cleaning services can be accessed via the link http://masjid Bersih.org and requests for cleaning services can be accessed through an Android-based application available on the Google Playstore under the name “Tim Bebersih Masjid – Layanan Berbersih untuk Umat”. Keywords: android; application; clean; mosque.

    Abstract: A medicinal plant known as Java ginseng (Talinum paniculatum Gaertn.) may thrive in a variety of water availability situations. The quantity of endophytic bacteria a plant contains affects its capacity to survive in stressful environments. The objective of this study was to identify and separate endophytic bacteria from Javanese ginseng roots that had undergone various water availability treatments. A description method was utilized, in which isolated isolates were given morphological descriptions, assessed for similarity indexes, and then categorized. Endophytic microbe abundance and diversity varied according to this study, but plants treated with water scarcity displayed higher abundance and diversity. While endophytes of plant origin treated with 60% field capacity (FC) had the maximum diversity, root samples treated with 80% (FC) had the highest microbial abundance. Ten species groupings were created from the 42 isolated isolates based on a coefficient value of 〉 70%.

    Abstract: Javanese ginseng (Talinum paniculatum Gaertn) is one of the medicinal plants which its roots (tubers) and leaves can be used as a medicine. The productivity of javanese ginseng is influenced by the availability of water. The purpose of this study was to determine the growth of javanese ginseng under the differences of watering volume. Watering volume treatment consisted of 7 treatments with 4 replications using a Randomized Block Design (RBD). Watering volume treatment consisted of 80% of field capacity (control), 50% of field capacity, 60% of field capacity, 70% of field capacity, 90 of field capacity, 100% of field capacity and 110% of field capacity. Watering volume treatment on javanese ginseng gave significantly different effect on plant height, number of leaves, root length, wet weight, and chlorophyll content, while the insignificant difference was shown in the number of stomata and relative moisture content. The best growth for plant height, number of leaves, root length, wet weight and chlorophyll content of javanese ginseng was shown in the treatment of watering volume of 50% of field capacity.

    Abstract: Tomat merupakan salah satu jenis tanaman sayuran yang memiliki nilai nutrisi cukup tinggi. Produksi tomat dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat sejalan dengan permintaan pasar. Untuk memenuhi permintaan tersebut, produksi tomat perlu ditingkatkan. Pupuk urin kambing yang difermentasi dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan produksi tanaman tomat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pemberian pupuk urin kambing terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan enam perlakuan. Konsentrasi pupuk urin kambing yang digunakan adalah 0 ml/l, 150 ml/l, 175 ml/l, 200 ml/l, 225 ml/l, dan 250 ml/l. Parameter yang diuji meliputi tinggi tanaman, diameter batang, jumlah daun, dan bobot buah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk urin kambing tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tinggi tanaman, diameter batang dan jumlah daun tanaman tomat. Namun, dapat meningkatkan bobot buah tomat secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan perlakuan tanpa penambahan pupuk urin kambing. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian urin kambing dapat meningkatkan bobot buah tomat, sehingga berpotensi untuk meningkatkan produksi buah tomat.

    Abstract: Fungal pathogens are causative agent of pepper diseases that affect the yield loss. At least 10% of food loss in the developing country caused by plant diseases. Clove oil (Syzygium aromaticum L.) was reported to be able to control pathogenic fungi. In order to evaluate the effect of clove oil in inhibiting the growth of the pepper disease, three types of major causal agent of pepper diseases were used namely Colletotrichum acutatum, Phythopthora capsici, and Pythium sp. The experiment was evaluated in vitro. The three pathogens were treated with the essential oil in different concentration according to IC50 result on each fungi. The clove oil showed inhibitory effect against tested fungi. The Syzygium aromaticum L. essensial oil showed the best inhibitory effect at concentration 340 µl/L, 180 µl/L and 100 µl/L for C. acutatum, P. capsici, and Pythium sp. respectively.
