    Abstract: This research aims to develop teaching module products based on problem solving and disseminate product results to students as users. This research is a development research that uses three stages, namely: (1) preliminary research, (2) the stage of making a prototype, and (3) the assessment stage. Based on the data analysis of the validation results from the validator and the readability test analysis by the students’ assessment of the feasibility of teaching modules based on overall problem solving, the total mean score was 3.39 with the criteria feasible. The assessment of problem solving based teaching modules consists of two aspects, namely aspects of assessing the feasibility of content and aspects of evaluating the feasibility of presentation. Aspects of the feasibility assessment of the contents of problem solving based teaching modules obtain an average value of 3.22 with eligible criteria. The aspect of the feasibility assessment of presentation obtained an average value obtained from 3.55 with the criteria feasible. While the results of the teaching module based learning on problem solving to students viewed from the results of the student satisfaction questionnaire on the use of teaching modules developed were 83% of students very good, while the remaining 17% were good.

    Abstract: To increase the extraction power of a wind power system, the system must work at peak power. This paper presents maximum power extraction and control systems using a modified perturb and observe algorithm (MP & O) to achieve high efficiency maximum power extraction of wind turbines that connected to permanent magnet synchronous generators (PMSG). To get maximum power from PMSG, MP & O controls the duty cycle of synchronous buck based on the output power of the 12 pulses rectifier. The simulation results show that MP & O can work optimally at every change of wind speed. MP & O was also tested and compared with simple P & O in terms of ripples under stable conditions, response speed and ability to obtain maximum energy output. The average efficiency and convergence time achieved by MP & O are 99. 24% and 0. 71s.

    Abstract: Emotions are an important aspect of human communication. Expression of human emotions can be identified through sound. The development of voice detection or speech recognition is a technology that has developed rapidly to help improve human-machine interaction. This study aims to classify emotions through the detection of human voices. One of the most frequently used methods for sound detection is the Mel-Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient (MFCC) where sound waves are converted into several types of representation. Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCCs) are the coefficients that collectively represent the short-term power spectrum of a sound, based on a linear cosine transform of a log power spectrum on a nonlinear mel scale of frequency. The primary data used in this research is the data recorded by the author. The secondary data used is data from the "Berlin Database of Emotional Speech" in the amount of 500 voice recording data. The use of MFCC can extract implied information from the human voice, especially to recognize the feelings experienced by humans when pronouncing the sound. In this study, the highest accuracy was obtained when training with epochs of 10000 times, which was 85% accuracy.

    Abstract: Resulting output voltage is not constant due to light intensity and surface temperature of the solar panels. To overcome the output voltage of solar panels that tends to fluctuate, is to add a DC-DC converter to the output side of the DC-DC Converter used in this study is the Quadratic Boost Converter type which has a role to increase the output voltage of the monocrystalline type solar panel so that it remains constant at 24V DC. using Mamdani Fuzzy Logic Control as a method of controlling PWM switching. The results obtained from this study are that the quadratic boost converter can keep the output voltage of the solar panel constant at 24V, with low ripple voltage and overshoot. The Mamdani fuzzy logic method used can produce a constant output voltage value with a rise time of ± 5 seconds. The efficiency obtained from this converter hardware is quite good, ranging from 76% - 88%.

    Abstract: Electrical energy is a primary need at this time, which almost all human activities require electricity. The electrical energy we use today is a conversion from other energy, partly derived from fossil energy, which is energy that cannot be renewed and will run out if it is continuously explored and exploited. Solar energy is a renewable energy source that has the potential to be converted to electrical energy using solar panels or so-called photovoltaics. Photovoltaic has a drawback in its use, namely the output value is very dependent on environmental conditions. To maximize the power efficiency between the photovoltaic output and the power to be used by the load, a method is needed, namely Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT). In the application of this MPPT DC-DC Zeta converter is used with a hill climbing algorithm to achieve the value of the output voltage and current at maximum power. With this method, it is expected that MPPT control is reliable and easy to apply. In this study, the type of photovoltaic module used is the 60 Wp monocrystalline type with sampling data once an hour from 09.00 - 17.00 WITA, the tracking speed data obtained by the modified hill climbing algorithm is 0.142 seconds on average with an average efficiency of 99.969 %.

    Abstract: Electrical energy has a very important role in the economic, industrial and social development of the community, this causes an increase in the demand for electrical energy in line with the increase in people's welfare, economic and industrial growth. On the other side, energy sources that are commonly used for power generation are increasingly expensive and limited in availability and cause environmental pollution. Based on these considerations, it is necessary to implement an energy management program to preserve energy resources and use energy effectively. Energy consumption intensity (ECI) is a term used to determine the amount of electrical energy consumption in a room. The calculation of the intensity of energy consumption carried out at the Tojo Una-una regent's office in Central Sulawesi consists of 3 buildings with 129 rooms, it was found that 7 rooms were categorized as quite efficient and wasteful.

    Abstract: Related to environmental issues resulting from the use of traditional energy sources, drive usage of renewable energy is increasing. Changes in the structure of the network will certainly affect the changes in voltage stability. In this paper, discuss the impact of the stability after distributed generation penetration whose its output intermittent relatively. The simulation based PSAT software and tested into IEEE 30 bus system. Observation of voltage deviation and SVSI-index on some load buses in conditions before and after integration of wind generation. Load condition is a very determining factor of bus voltage stability index. This relates to the active power and reactive power needs that must be injected by DG penetration.

    Abstract: The solar panel is a device that functions as a producer of electrical energy by converting solar energy into electrical energy but have several disadvantages, one of which is the non-constant output voltage due to the influence of light intensity and surface temperature of the panel. In this research, Zeta  Converter will be designed and implemented as a tool that plays a role in maintaining the output voltage of solar panels to remain constant at 24V DC, with Fuzzy Logic Control as a method in controlling PWM switching. The results obtained from this study are that zeta converter can keep the output voltage of solar panels constant at a value of 24V, with a low ripple voltage and overshoot. The fuzzy logic method used can produce a constant output voltage with a rise time around 5 seconds. The efficiency obtained from this converter hardware is around 70% - 73%.

    Abstract: Sun is one of the new renewable energy sources that can be used as a source of electrical energy that is available on the earth. But the sun in nature has a light intensity that varies greatly with each time and place. This issue can be overcome by using the Modification  Sepic Converter tool with a fuzzy method to produce a stable electrical voltage so that it becomes usable electrical energy. This tool uses a series of converters connected to photovoltaics. The tool also uses a voltage sensor as feedback for the Fuzzy method to maintain a voltage of 21-23VDC to 48VDC.

    Abstract: Railways are a mode of transportation that is being liked by the public because of its efficiency. The train has its own road in the form of rails, it doesn’t mean the train doesn’t intersect other transportation. The train crossing is a conflict area for public road users with train. This includes train crossing at Kenjeran street. The kenjeran street itself is a national road that is quite strategic because it is one of the accesses to the Surabaya-Madura toll road. The research this time aims to find out the security aspects that must be improved at the train crossing kenjeran street. Including rider behaviour at the time of the train crossing. The method used for this research is direct observation of the field and also shares questionnaires to find out if a public road user understands regulations while on a train crossing. The research results of many signs or road markers are incomplete so that many road users do not know that in front of the train crossing. Other public road user behaviour is also a lot of offense.
