Abstract: The results of testing partially synthetic Total Quartz 10W-40 SL/CF motor oil for thermo-oxidative stability in terms of optical density, volatility and coefficient of thermo- oxidative stability are presented taking into account the thermal energy absorbed by the products of oxidation and evaporation. The linear dependences of the decimal logarithm of thermal energy absorbed by the products of oxidation and evaporation and the total thermal energy absorbed by these products from the decimal logarithm of the test time in the temperature range from 160 to 190 ° C are established. A graphical and analytical model is proposed for predicting the indicators of thermo-oxidative stability, determined by the dependence of the decimal logarithm of the thermal energy absorbed by the products of oxidation and evaporation on the temperature of thermostating.

Abstract: The task of reducing friction in internal combustion engines is an important task of the development of transport engineering. As the analysis of literature sources shows, the problem of reducing friction losses in relation to internal combustion engines is usually solved for each individual friction pair, for example, a cylinder-skirt of a piston or a cylinder - compression ring. In this case, the measurement of friction is carried out mainly in stationary conditions. However, such approaches do not allow to identify the most critical, in terms of friction in all friction pairs of internal combustion engines, operating modes and do not allow to study and control the friction processes of all friction pairs in of the internal combustion engines. The developed dynamic methods of control of mechanical parameters of engines of rotational action and drives on their basis allow to synthesize a dynamic method of control of friction losses in the internal combustion engines, the scientific and technical justification of which is devoted to this work. Critical, from the point of view of the developed method, is the calculation of the value given to the axis of rotation of the crankshaft moment of inertia of the parts of the crank mechanism, changing during one revolution of the crankshaft.

Abstract: The results of the study of the oxidation and evaporation of a partially synthetic Total Quartz 10W-40 SL/CF synthetic engine oil in the temperature range from 160 to 190 °C are presented. The rates of increment of the processes of oxidation and evaporation from the time and temperature of the test, as well as the critical temperatures and temperatures of the onset of these processes, are determined. A grapho-analytical model for predicting thermal-oxidative stability indicators in a wider temperature range of test temperatures is proposed.

Abstract: In this paper we consider the causes of environmental problems of large cities, the impact of transport and technological activities on air pollution. The comparative dynamics of changes in the number of cars in Russia and other countries. The approximate component composition of exhaust gases for carburetor and diesel engines and the conditions of formation of the most toxic substances are analyzed. The reasons of the greatest pollution of the atmosphere by activity of transport and technological infrastructure in the Russian Federation in comparison with the Western countries are revealed. The structure of the automobile fleet of the Russian Federation on norms of toxicity. The ways of minimizing the impact of vehicles on the ecology of megacities by improving the quality of fuel and abandoning the no-alternative monopoly on diesel fuel are proposed. The necessity of modern technologies of oil and gas processing, expansion of opportunities of the fuel market of the country, improvement of its quality and environmental friendliness is revealed. Prospects of use of gas motor fuel are defined.

Abstract: This article presents the results of a study of the effect of temperature tests on indicators of thermal oxidative stability: optical density, evaporation, coefficient of thermal oxidative stability. A grapho-analytical model is proposed for determining these parameters for a wide range of temperatures without temperature control of oils using experimental results obtained at two temperatures. A comparative evaluation of the experimental data with the calculated ones obtained using the grapho-analytical model has been carried out.

Abstract: In this paper, the problem of accumulation and disposal of oil sludge, which includes a stable water-oil emulsion, is touched upon, existing processing methods are studied from the point of view of dividing it into separate components. The classification of physical separation methods, including gravitational sedimentation, separation using centrifugal forces, extraction is given; chemical and combined. It is proposed to use the technology of processing the intermediate layer with a chemical reagent such as SNPCH-4802 with an aromatic solvent. This physico-chemical method for processing tank sludge is to add demulsifier reagents to the emulsion, followed by stirring, heating and separation from water and dirt.

Abstract: The research results of oxidation, evaporation and changes in the coefficient of thermal-oxidative stability, which takes into account these processes by the increment rate of semi-synthetic motor oil Rosneft Maximum 10W-40 SL/CF in the temperature range from 170 to 150 ° C, are presented. The increment rates of oxidation and evaporation processes from time and temperature of testing these processes are determined. The graphical and analytical model is proposed for predicting the indicators of thermo-oxidative stability at a wider temperature range for testing oils based on the results obtained at three temperatures.

Abstract: Despite the achieved level of development of methods and means of controlling the weight of aircraft, the number of emergencies associated with exceeding the allowable take-off weight of aircraft remains significant. Therefore, the question of the development of new methods for controlling the weight of aircraft, either immediately before take-off in the course of movement along the runway or immediately after take-off at the minimum flight height, remains relevant. This paper presents a scientific and technical substantiation of dynamic methods for controlling the mass of aircraft taking off and helicopters, based on introducing into the flight test program measurements of horizontal (for airplanes) and vertical (for helicopters) aircraft accelerations before take-off (for airplanes) and during take-off ( aircraft) with a maximum take-off weight, and their comparison with horizontal (for airplanes) and vertical (for helicopters) aircraft accelerations measured during operation takeoff (for airplanes) and during takeoff (for helicopters) with an unknown weight, respectively.

Abstract: The contemporary stage of development of methods and means of control traction force developed on the driving wheels of vehicles is used as one of the diagnostic parameters of the angular acceleration of the drive wheels and the angular acceleration of transmission units, however, scientific and technical studies of the methods take into account the law of generation of mechanical power during one revolution shaft engine vehicle. Also developed methods that are used to control the torque developed by the drive wheels of the vehicle, the acceleration time to a certain speed. At the contemporary stage of development of methods and means, there is an incomplete justification for the use of angular accelerations of transmission units, driving wheels for controlling traction force developed on the driving wheels of vehicles, and the non-use of linear accelerations of vehicles for controlling developed traction force. No disadvantages from the above is a dynamic method of controlling traction force the drive wheels of a vehicle, the scientific and technical justification of which is given in this article.
