Abstract:
Through orthogonal experiments, the effect of each of the components of the vitrified microsphere insulation mortar on dry density, compressive strength and thermal conductivity was studied. The results showed that the aggregate quantity and amount of cement were the two most important factors to affect the performance of the insulation mortar, and with the increase of the dry density of the insulation mortar, the compressive strength and thermal conductivity showed an increasing trend.
