Abstract: Plastic materials are defined as including the whole of organic polymers owning plasticity. Their production increases rapidly due to their superior properties and applications in our life. Currently, the annual production of plastic is estimated at nearly 400 million tons. About 10% of the plastic produced is discharged into the seas and oceans. Microplastics (MP, less than 5 mm in size) are non-biodegradable and persistent in the environment and have the ability to accumulate in various environmental components, organisms and other human beings through the food chain. Therefore, assessing microplastic pollution becomes essential for the marine and ocean environment. This study aims to evaluate microplastic pollution in Nam Dinh seawater. Water samples were taken in summer 2020 and spring 2021 in Giao Thuy district, Nam Dinh province. Samples were treated with 30% H2O2 solution to remove organic matters and then microplastic buoyantly separated using saturated NaCl solution. MP was identified through observation under a stereo microscope (Olympus SZX2-TR300) and its nature was determined through infrared spectroscopy (µFTIR). Results show that a large level of pollution (average 6 to 8 particles/m3 and 10–14 million particles/km2) is associated with the predominant of colored fibers among MP characteristics. Most of the microplastics identified are Polypropylene in nature. Next, more research needs to be invested in this pollution problem, such as expanding the scope and research object.

Abstract: This paper uses the model of experimental mouse liver damage with paracetamol to evaluate the liver protective effects of the methanol extract (Colocasia esculenta (L.) Schott) (MCE). After 8 days, the hepatoprotective activities of MCE in mice (damaged by paracetamol) at doses of 500, 1,000 and 2,000 mg/kg/day proved effective as the AST enzyme content decreased by 6.98, 22.84 and 26.59%, respectively; and ALT decreased by 53.17, 56.46 and 57.93%, respectively. MCE at a dose of 1,000 mg/kg/day had a protective effect equivalent to that of silymarin (used in liver treatment) at a dose of 50 mg/kg/day and MCE at a dose of 2,000 mg/kg/day had better effect. Observation of the microscopic liver tissue cross section also revealed that the mice treated with MCE of C. esculenta at doses of 1,000 and 2,000 mg/kg/day showed significantly improvement in their liver tissues compared to the non-treated control group. Abstract: Typhonium flagelliforme is a medicinal plant that has variety of uses. In medicinal traditional T. flagelliforme is used to treatment cough, headache, stomach pain chronic, and tracheitis. Moreover, use fresh bulbs treatment furuncle, the bites of poisonous insects. The active components in T. flagelliforme are flavonoids. In this study, the T. flagelliforme extract was obtained by methanol  to determine the chemical composition. Then, The extracts of methanol are extracted with polarization increases gradually solvents such as haxane, dichloromethane and ethyl acetate. Determination of antioxidant activity, cytotoxic activity of extracted fractions. Results obtained showed that the chemical compositions by the qualitative reaction preliminary were identified from T. flagelliforme containing reducing sugars, amino acids, organic acids, flavonoids, alcaloids, sterols. The antioxidant capacity of the ethyl acetate fraction reached 94.76 μg/ml, 10 times higher than the positive control is Quercetin. Cytotoxic activity of the haxane and diclomethane extracted fractions from T. flagelliforme exhibited cytotoxic activity on all three experimental cancers cell lines: KB, HepG2, Lu after 72h of culture with IC50 values range from 92.8 to 107.76 μg/ml. From dichlomethane extracted of T. flagelliforme was purified TF1 as Stigmast-4-en- 3-on.

Abstract: Mục tiêu: Xác định mối tương quan giữa chỉ số phân mảnh DNA tinh trùng (DFI - DNA fragmentation index) được đo bằng phương pháp khảo sát sự phân tán nhiễm sắc chất của tinh trùng (SCD - sperm chromatin dispersion test) và các chỉ số tinh dịch đồ ở nam giới vô sinh.

Abstract: Thanks to the work of Hrushovski and Loeser on motivic Milnor fibers, we give a model-theoretic proof for the motivic Thom–Sebastiani theorem in the case of regular functions. Moreover, slightly extending Hrushovski–Loeser’s construction adjusted to Sebag, Loeser and Nicaise’s motivic integration for formal schemes and rigid varieties, we formulate and prove an analogous result for formal functions. The latter is meaningful as it has been a crucial element of constructing Kontsevich–Soibelman’s theory of motivic Donaldson–Thomas invariants.
