    Abstract: PT Asagri Selaras Asia is an agribusiness company in Jakarta, Indonesia that provides food supply for entrepreneurs in the tourism sector, such as hotels and restaurants. In running their business, the company has a supply chain network that effectively integrates suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, and stores. Supply chain management optimization is deemed necessary to maximize efficiency in every process carried out at PT Asagri Selaras Asia. One of the processes that can be optimized is the determination of facility location. The right facility location can minimize distance, delivery time, and operational costs and optimize the company's profit. Currently, the contract period for the distribution center (DC) used by PT Asagri Selaras Asia is about to expire therefore a decision is needed regarding the determination of the DC location for the next period, either extending the current DC contract or moving to a new location. This study aims to maximize the company's profit by comparing the profit obtained under existing and alternative DC, and the proposed DC from the experimental results using the Green Field Analysis (GFA) method. This study also aims to determine the feasibility of the three DC locations using the Network Optimization (NO) method with Anylogistix software. Based on the data analysis, the new DC is recommended to be located in the West Pejaten area, South Jakarta with latitude -6.2729150574 and longitude 106.8230798418 which will give an increase in profit of 80.53% compared to the existing DC.

    Abstract: In everyday life, whether we realize it or not, we will always come into contact with the use of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) on the products we consume or use. In the current era of globalization, IPR has become a very important issue and has always received the attention of various parties, both national and international levels. IPR is the only right that is specifically granted to the inventor / creator, while other parties are prohibited from using the invention / creation. For this reason, IPRs need to be legally protected. The formulation of the problem in this research is what are the steps in providing legal protection for IPR in Indonesia and how is Indonesia's concern as a member of the WTO in providing legal protection for IPR. As a normative juridical research, to obtain data, literature research is carried out in order to obtain legal material, both primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The approach method used is the statutory approach, namely by examining the applicable legal provisions which are related to the issue of legal protection of IPR in Indonesia. In the legal protection of IPR, several routes can be taken, namely national, regional, European and international routes. As an effort to protect IPR, Indonesia has ratified several international conventions and harmonized several laws and regulations in the IPR sector. However, the legislation that has been produced should be supported in the form of law enforcement, so that it will have a positive impact on creators. Especially now that there are more and more practices of IPR violations, CD and VCD piracy, song or art piracy and so on. Likewise, violations in the field of brands that are rife with the development of online businesses such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, Bukalapak, JD.ID, OLX and others, both officially registered and unregistered.

    Abstract: State and company / corporation in the context of governance are two of the three fundamental pillars of democratic development in addition to the market . The relation of both, in the context of Lampung's local politics is object to study, in particular the company /SGC. This research was conducted in May 2014. The study used a qualitative research type, which saw most of the intrinsic social life, with in-depth interviews with personalities and selected informants. The approach used in this study is the approach of critical social science (CSS), which saw social science as a process of critical inquiry phenomenon. The results showed that in Lampung local election at 2014 ago, there were strong relations between the corporation / company in the case of the Sugar Group Company (SGC) in the Lampung Governor  candidates. SGC is serving as a source of funding for the campaign of the election for the last governor election in 2014. SGC does it as a way of business development.

    Abstract: Kegiatan pemulihan ekosistem terumbu karang di Kabupaten Bintan merupakan kegiatan “Pemulihan Ekosistem Terumbu Karang Berbasis Masyarakat” yang dilakukan dalam upaya perlindungan ekosistem terumbu karang, serta pemulihan kerusakan lingkungan pesisir dan laut melalui pemulihan kerusakan ekosistem terumbu karang berbasis masyarakat di perairan Kabupaten Bintan. Kegiatan pemulihan ekosistem terumbu karang dilaksanakan di Desa Pengudang Kabupaten Bintan, pada bulan Juni – November 2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan transplantasi ini adalah Metode Stuktur Laba-Laba (Coral Spider). Kegiatan terbagi kedalam tahapan persiapan, tahapan pelaksanaan transplantasi, tahapan pemantauan dan pemeliharaan. Kegiatan pemulihan ekosistem terumbu karang di Perairan Desa Pengudang, Kabupaten Bintan melibatkan masyarakat Desa Pengudang, Pokdarwis Pengudang Bintan Mangrove, Yayasan Ecology, DLHK Prov. Kepulauan Riau, DLH Bintan, DKP Prov. Kepulauan Riau dan Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Bintan.

    Abstract: Siput gonggong telah dikenal sebagai ikon Kepulauan Riau. Sampai saat ini, permintaan pasar akan siput gonggong terus berlanjut. Hal ini dibuktikan masih tersedianya stok siput gonggong baik yang masih bercangkang maupun dagingnya saja di pasar, rumah makan dan di pinggir-pinggir jalan. Peminat kuliner siput gonggong tidak hanya masyarakat setempat tetapi juga para pendatang/wisatawan dari luar. Dengan permintaan pasar yang semakin hari terus berlanjut, membuat nelayan penangkap siput gonggong hampir setiap hari menangkap untuk memenuhi permintaan pasar tersebut. Sehingga keberlanjutan populasi di alam diduga mengalami kondisi kritis yaitu penangkapan berlebihan (over fishing). Saat ini, munculnya fenomena ukuran gonggong yang tertangkap semakin kecil jika dibandingkan beberapa tahun yang lalu. Hal ini lah yang melatarbelakangi betapa pentingnya pengetahuan identifikasi jenis kelamin siput gonggong yang  harus  diberikan  kepada  masyarakat  agar  stok di alam dapat kembali pulih. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian  masyarakat  ini  adalah  agar  kelompok  masyarakat  dapat melakukan pengidentifikasian secara langsung di alam sehingga masyarakat pada akhirnya bisa lebih selektif dalam melakukan penangkapan siput gonggong jantan dan siput gonggong betina agar ketersediaan stok siput gonggong dapat berkelanjutan. Upaya untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam usaha mempertahankan keberadaan siput gonggong secara kontinyu maka tingkat pengetahuan kelompok masyarakat harus ditingkatkan dengan melakukan pendekatan sosial, pendampingan dan pelatihan serta keterampilan.  Dengan pemberian informasi yang jelas tentang  langkah-langkah  dan  tahap dalam identifikasi jenis kelamin siput gonggong secara morfologi.

    Abstract: Highlight: The stroke risk of the urban population in Mojo sub-district, Surabaya, was high (more than 10% risk for 36.3% of the population) . The risk factor for stroke is highly prevalent in Indonesia's urban communities, such as Surabaya. The Indonesian version of the Cardiovascular Disease Risk Index chart aids in determining stroke risk factors. The development of a stroke-spesific index chart has been done before but requires validation for the Indonesian population   ABSTRACT Introduction: Stroke is still a major cardiovascular disease in Indonesia. Locally published data regarding stroke risk factors is still rarely reported. This condition complicates the regulation, policy-making, and community empowerment efforts to reduce modifiable stroke risk factors. Thus, a study is necessary to provide an overview of stroke risk factors and risks in cities in Indonesia, such as Surabaya. Objective: This study aimed to describe stroke risk factors in an urban Indonesian community, such as the Mojo sub-district in Surabaya. Methods: This was a descriptive study to describe stroke risk factors like age, gender, history of comorbidities, and history of cardiovascular disease, as well as patient clinical data like neurological symptoms, cardiovascular symptoms, anthropometry, vital signs, simple laboratory values, and cardiovascular risk categorization in the next ten years based on the Cardiovascular Disease Risk Index chart, Indonesian version. Results: In this study, 33 participants were included. Risk factors showed that many participants had histories of active smoking (18.2%), hypertension (45.5%), and diabetes (24.2%). One-third of the participants had a history of dyslipidemia. Based on the risk chart for cardiovascular disease, 36.3% of participants were at 〉 10% risk of developing cardiovascular disease in the next ten years. Conclusion: The risk index of cardiovascular disease in the Mojo sub-district, Surabaya, was still high. A combination of government policies, public awareness improvement, and community empowerment are urgently required to manage these risk factors epidemiologically.

    Abstract: Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has become an essential tool in the field of education, especially for English language learning. This study aims at investigating EFL university students’ perception toward the use of ICT for English language learning. The descriptive quantitative method was applied in this study, which involved 304 students' teachers of English department at a state university in Indonesia. The instrument used in collecting the data was a questionnaire. Descriptive quantitative analysis was used to analyze the data obtained in this study. The result shows that the respondents’ perception was positive in some dimensions. Positive and high perceptions were found in (1) perceived ease of use, (2) perceived usefulness, and (3) attitudes. The results also revealed that the majority of respondents had an ICT device, with YouTube being the most popular activity for English language learning, followed by Google translate and social media.

    Abstract: Pada era pandemi COVID-19 saat ini, pelayanan masyarakat menjadi suatu hal yang tidak dapat dihentikan. Kegiatan pelayanan yang dilakukan oleh kantor-kantor pelayanan masyarakat harus mendatangi tempat secara langsung. Salah satunya yaitu kantor Kelurahan Kota Karang yang terletak di Kecamatan Teluk Betung Timur, Bandar Lampung. Dalam pelayanan pada kantor-kantor di Provinsi Lampung belum menggunakan sistem sehingga proses pelayanan tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual dan dilakukan secara langsung.  Pelayanan yang dilakukan secara manual dalam bentuk arsip-arsip, seringkali terjadi kesalahan bahkan ada arsip data yang hilang atau rusak karena terlalu banyaknya arsip yang ada. Jika ada arsip yang diperlukan, pencarian arsip membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama sehingga dapat menghambat pekerjaan lain. Pelayanan yang dilakukan secara langsung juga dapat menimbulkan kemungkinan terbentuknya cluster COVID-19 yang baru. Belum adanya sistem informasi pelayanan pada Kantor Kelurahan Kota Karang, menjadikan pencatatan dan penyimpanan data pelayanan menjadi kurang efisien. Berdasarkan pemaparan diatas, maka permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan melakukan rancang bangun sistem informasi pelayanan Kelurahan Kota Karang berbasis Website.
