Abstract:
COVID‐19 pneumonia was diagnosed in a male patient despite a series of negative PCR results and a rather inconspicuous CT‐scan (on admission). A positive serology (IgG and IgA), the patient's medical history, the course of laboratory/clinical findings, and a second CT‐scan led to the COVID‐19 diagnosis. Lymphocytopenia was absent during the early disease course.
