Abstract: The article presents the results of the study of priorities in the field of labor motivation of young agricultural scientists. A review of publications on labor motivation shows that important areas of research are the definition of priorities among internal and external motives and their study in segmentation by age and spheres of activity. Therefore, the determination of the priorities of labor motivation of young agricultural scientists is of great scientific and practical interest. We studied the motives of effective research and teaching activities of young employees on the example of a sociological survey conducted on the basis of Stavropol State Agrarian University. Using SPSS Statistics (version 21) software package and a unique mathematical apparatus, the priorities of labor motivation of young agricultural scientists were established. From the point of view of theoretical significance, the presented materials make it possible to use the research algorithm in such situations. The practical significance of the research results lies in the formation of an information base for strategic management of personnel processes in organizations of agricultural education.

Abstract: The article presents the results of a study of the opinions of students and teachers of the southern region of Russia about the learning process in higher education programs during the COVID-19 pandemic. We carried out a comparative analysis of the quality of the implementation of educational programs in the assessments of participants in the process during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic (April-May 2020) and its peak values (November-December 2020). The positive and negative consequences of transferring training to a distance learning format are formulated. Among the positive consequences are: the availability of training from anywhere; more flexible training, focused on the educational needs of students; new formats of social student life; more accessible communication with teachers. We analyzed the experience of the educational community presented in publications during the COVID-19 pandemic. The data obtained provide an understanding of the importance of the development and implementation of new organizational and methodological approaches for the effective response of higher education to external global challenges of our time.

Abstract: The article is devoted to the issues of constructing the life trajectories of graduates of environmental educational programs, the role of the professional orientation of the individual in this process. A review of publications by Russian and foreign authors is presented, arguing the relevance of the research topic. We have shown the influence of successful social and professional socialization of graduates-ecologists in the system of higher agricultural education on the certainty of their life and professional trajectories. Based on the materials of an empirical study carried out by a questionnaire survey among graduate students of environmental educational programs, we concretized the ideas of young people about professional and life trajectories after graduation. A positive result of social and professional socialization of graduates of environmental programs of an agricultural university can be considered the professional certainty of more than 90% of students by the time they complete their studies at the university. The basis of goal-setting for graduates of environmental programs of agricultural universities for the next 10-20 years is: achieving material well-being and high earnings; interesting job; creating a family and raising children. More than 90% of graduates are confident in achieving their goals. According to environmental graduates, personal qualities are needed to achieve success in life (purposefulness, diligence, resourcefulness); business connections, acquaintances; patience and hard work.

Abstract: The article presents the results of a survey of municipal employees in rural areas of the Stavropol Territory. The purpose of the study was to determine the important professional attributes (characteristics) of young professionals who come to the ranks of the municipal service in rural areas of the region. In total, 247 municipal employees from 10 municipal districts of the Stavropol Territory took part in the expert survey. Comparisons of the views of young specialists and specialists with more than 10 years of work experience in the municipal service show significant differences in the set of important professional attributes formed during the period of study at the university. The characteristics are the starting point during the period of professional socialization directly to the position of a municipal employee. According to municipal employees with up to 5 years of service, the key professional attributes should be willingness to reproduce professional status-role relationships; readiness to perform a professional function – the development and adoption of management decisions; willingness and participation in innovation in the workplace. According to municipal employees with over 10 years of experience, the key professional attributes are the willingness to adequately respond to the requirements of the professional environment; informational and functional readiness for professional development.
