Abstract: The research aimed to identify promising areas and outline problems associated with the transition of Ukrainian industrial enterprises towards advanced innovative development based on information and knowledge and to formulate recommendations for improving the knowledge management and commercialisation at these enterprises. The study used several methods for analysis, including a literature review; system, structural and statistical analyses; SWOT analysis; the inference method; and interpretation. The research efforts resulted in systemised major sources of knowledge in an enterprise and types of their utilisation. The performed analysis found the key ways to obtain and commercialise knowledge used by Ukrainian industrial enterprises. The results were compared with data of the EU countries. The analysis produced strengths and weaknesses of the existing knowledge management system used in Ukrainian enterprises. Strengths: growth in the number of enterprises producing new knowledge and implementing marketing and organisational innovations; intensified patent activity; and a rational structure of innovation-active enterprises by their size. Weaknesses: the new knowledge structure does not meet the needs of enterprises; an insignificant and unstable share of innovation-active enterprises in the total number of firms; and insignificant sales volumes of patents. The research revealed that Ukrainian enterprises had the potential ability to produce and commercialise new knowledge effectively and to use it as the basis to form, strengthen and implement relative competitive advantages, which would contribute to the innovative growth of the Ukrainian economy as a whole. Recommendations were designed for the formation of prerequisites necessary to improve the efficiency of knowledge management in the context of conditions required for the innovative development of domestic enterprises. The obtained results can be used as an information base for evaluating the system of knowledge production and commercialisation at Ukrainian enterprises to enhance the management and identify promising areas for innovative development.

Abstract: The article considers the issues of determining the essence and stages of strategic planning of economic security of the enterprise, which is due to the need to establish its content and sequence of work on preventive measures against internal and external threats. The research methodology includes methods of analysis and synthesis – to study the essence of economic security of the enterprise, abstract-logical method – to establish the stages of strategic planning of economic security, tabular method – to visualize the material. It is determined that the lack of strategic planning leads to low efficiency of resource use of the business entity and the crisis, as well as to the loss of development opportunities. This has a direct negative impact on the positioning of the enterprise in the market, calls into question its existence in any long-term perspective. It is established that anticipation of crisis phenomena and preventive work on the development of mechanisms to counter them should be an integral part of the strategy of economic security management of economic entities. The generalization of approaches to defining the essence of economic security of the enterprise allowed us to establish that it combines the interrelated problems of preserving resources from negative factors and achieving success through stable operation and development. As a result, we propose our own definition, which corresponds to the resource-functional approach and takes into account the relationship between the achievement of strategic economic interests of the enterprise, the need for preventive action to prevent negative factors and ensure sustainable development of the entity. The existing scientific approaches are studied and our own idea of the sequence and content of the stages of strategic planning of economic security is presented, which is due to the logic of organizing work to determine strategic guidelines and economic interests of the enterprise, identification and neutralization of threats, implementation of plans and programs and monitoring their implementation and taking into account the possibility of feedback.

Abstract: Strategic adaptation is one of the effective approaches of enterprise management, which is based on implementing safety-oriented management, taking into account current dangers, threats and risks. First, such adaptation is associated with changes in the enterprise management system, aimed at establishing appropriate communications between the structural divisions of the enterprise, the distribution of authorities and responsibility for making decisions, counteracting the opportunistic behavior of employees due to changes in the organizational structure of the enterprise management. In the process of research, the use of L. Greiner's Model of Organizational Change was proposed (for a generalized picture of the sequence of organizational changes), and the Change Curve Model by J. Duck was adapted (when developing a fundamental sequence of measures to identify the main causes of workers' resistance and choose ways to counter it). This allows optimizing the processes of strategic adaptation within the safety oriented approach of enterprise management.

Abstract: Herein, the structural effect of autologous platelet-rich plasma (PRP) on posttraumatic skeletal muscle regeneration in rats with chronic hyperglycemia (CH) was tested. 130 white laboratory male rats divided into four groups (I—control; II—rats with CH; III—rats with CH and PRP treatment; and IV—rats for CH confirmation) were used for the experiment. CH was simulated by streptozotocin and nicotinic acid administration. Triceps surae muscle injury was reproduced by transverse linear incision. Autologous PRP was used in order to correct the possible negative CH effect on skeletal muscle recovery. On the 28th day after the injury, the regenerating muscle fiber and blood vessel number in the CH+PRP group were higher than those in the CH rats. However, the connective tissue area in the CH group was larger than that in the CH+PRP animals. The amount of agranulocytes in the regenerating muscle of the CH rats was lower compared to that of the CH+PRP group. The histological analysis of skeletal muscle recovery in CH+PRP animals revealed more intensive neoangiogenesis compared to that in the CH group. Herewith, the massive connective tissue development and inflammation signs were observed within the skeletal muscle of CH rats. Obtained results suggest that streptozotocin-induced CH has a negative effect on posttraumatic skeletal muscle regeneration, contributing to massive connective tissue development. The autologous PRP injection promotes muscle recovery process in rats with CH, shifting it away from fibrosis toward the complete muscular organ repair.

Abstract: Given the unprecedented nature of the events taking place in Ukraine, business entities need management tools and methods that are would be adequate to modern challenges. Of particular importance in the process of making managerial decisions is marketing analytics, the key role of which is to promptly generate information on the consequences and changes under the influence of processes and phenomena occurring in the external environment. The article substantiates a new focus of marketing analytics on the search for prospects and opportunities for business survival now and in the future, in the post-war development. The article develops the theoretical foundations and provides applied tools for using marketing analytics to determine the strategic vector of business development. The authors characterize the prerequisites for the emergence of new business management tasks in the context of the ongoing military aggression, which form new requirements for marketing analytics. As changes become more dynamic and dramatic, the survival and development of business in the face of modern shocks depend on the speed of reaction to the processes and phenomena taking place, awareness of the new reality, and promptness of managerial decision-making in terms of initiating actions and measures to implement changes in the company. It is strategically important for businesses to try to manage uncertainty, project the future, and take the initiative, which means acting proactively. This requires critical thinking and high-quality marketing analytics that are able to provide identification and initiation of necessary/desired changes in the company aimed at breakthrough, revolutionary, progressive, radically new transformations in the business model, business processes, organization, technologies, processes, products, services, marketing, strategies of the business entity. Attention is focused on the fact that, along with the crisis, there are also positive processes, which are mainly associated with the fast development of new technologies, the rapid pace of digital transformation, changes in consumer behavior patterns, the introduction of the principles of sustainable development, according to which it is necessary to identify and/or create new opportunities for business development.

Abstract: The efficiency of the use of methods of operational cost management at the enterprise depends on the consistency of functional methods. As a matter of actual practice, cost management at Ukrainian enterprises lacks such consistency causing managerial collision due to inconsistency of planning and actual data on the enterprise costs. The objective of the article is to resolve the mentioned managerial collision. There has been presented a criterion of consistency of functional cost management methods (identity of data about planning and actual costs of the enterprise according to the format, structure of the resulting data and period of their receipt). The consistency of functional methods – making it possible to deal with the issue of information communications in the enterprise management – is provided by reducing the methods of cost management at the enterprise, in the form of operationalization of concepts of methods of operational cost management in functional methods. With the objective of ensuring the consistency of functional methods of cost management, the article determines changes in the cost accounting, making it possible to provide the consistency of planning and actual data on the enterprise costs and to analyze them.

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to develop a model of the influence of state institutions on the enterpriseeconomic security system of using the provisions of game theory. For each of the two participants in the game -state institutions and enterprises - proposed indicators determine the strategy of the game participant and theirbehavior in such a game. The content of each of the proposed indicators is considered and it is shown how theirvalue can be obtained. The proposed indicators for both participants in the game are leveled to a single scale. The indicators of the model of the antagonistic game between the enterprise and state institutions aredetermined that became the basis for the construction of the game model, which is a tuple. The developedmodel of the influence of state institutions on the enterprise economic security system, represented by acombination of possible strategies for the behavior of both participants in the game in hyper cubic fivedimensional space, which are expressed by the values of indicators for each of these participants, as well as thecalculated “gain” for each of these combinations. Using this model allows to achieve different resultsdepending on the goal of the study. The main result of the model is the search for a balance of interests in the“enterprise-state” system. That is, the search for those points of stable choice that can be obtained using thedeveloped model, namely: search for a local or general extremum in the game field, which will determine themaximum win for one of the participants or the total win of two participants at the same time; research andquantitative estimation of the actual and maximum possible negative impact of state institutions on theeconomic security system of business entities; determining the expected change in the influence of stateinstitutions on the economic security system of business entities due to changes in its strategy; theestablishment of the best strategy for a business entity in existing conditions, which, according to the selectedcriterion, will ensure the stable functioning of the economic security system at an enterprise; determination ofthe limits of the negative impact of state institutions on the economic security system of an enterprise.
