    Abstract: Educational management is becoming a global priority as higher education institutions are recognizing the importance of offering high-quality, high-engagement teaching and learning experiences. The current research presents the analysis of educational management in higher institutions of Ukraine covering both the general state management and university management particularly. The article offers examination of world experience in the educational management, the impact of globalization, current challenges in education worldwide on the development of Ukrainian educational management. The methodology applied in the paper includes qualitative analysis method, method of critical induction, information reinterpretation, and finally generalization. Based on the research conducted it is stated that for the Ukrainian management in education, such notions as centralization and narrow-minded view of the professional competence of the manager still prevail. However, as the result of globalization, internationalization, and digitalization the impact of the managerial experience of the developed countries on Ukraine is essential; there are trends in the transition to a modern type of management education, strengthening its professional and personal orientation, the emergence of new educational programs competitive worldwide.

    Abstract: The work purpose is to investigate the water parameters of the Verkhno-Ivachivsk water intake, Ternopil and develop a model of water quality assessment and management. Common methods of hydroecological studies of surface water were used to determine hydrochemical indicators. A model based on fuzzy logic and neural networks implemented in Matlab software was used to assess the water quality of the water intake. As a result of a complex hydroecological study of the water intake, which provides the drinking water majority supply in Ternopil, the content of the main pollutants (compounds of nitrogen, phosphorus, petroleum products, phenols, surface active agents) was determined (May, June, November, January 2019-2020). We compared the obtained indicator values with the ecological regulations and drinking water quality standards and we also assessed the ecological danger by the content of individual substances and the ecotoxicological situation in general. It was established that the water is slightly alkaline, which contributes to the presence of carbon dioxide in the form of a hydrogen carbonate ion, ensuring an environ-mentally acceptable gas regime of water. The reason for water alkalinity is the rotting of organic substances from the agricultural sector. The water quality according to the phosphate indicator is good even in the conditions of intensive supply of phosphates with sewage, due to their transition into insoluble forms and accumulation in sediments (silt), which is also facilitated by the low alkalinity of the water. An increased content of nitrogen compounds (ammonium, nitrates) in the water was revealed. Pollution and disruption of the nitrogen-containing compound cycle can be associated with the inflow of nitrogen compounds from surface runoff water and municipal and household washes, the organic substance decomposition in the agricultural sector and a violation of the production and destruction process ratio. The aquifer significant pollution by anthropogenic origin organic substances is reflected in the value of BOD5 indicator, which is higher than the permissible level. The established values indicate high organic pollution and correlates with the formation of significant ammonia amounts which is a product of anaerobic and aerobic organic substance oxidation. After defuzzification of all neural connections in Matlab program we obtained a model for evaluating the quality of water intake at an average level with an indicator of 1.52, which corresponds to the rating scale - an average level in the range (1.36-2.18).

    Abstract: The main objective of the study was to analyze ways to improve the legal support of the linguistic and cultural aspects of language learning at school. The key method used involved a combination of modern modeling techniques. The specific topic is legal relations for language learning. The novelty is a model of legal support. Legal regulation of education is a historically conditioned form of organization of the educational process, formed as a result of the gradual growth of the role of state institutions in the performance of regulatory functions and the development of social relations. The new requirements faced by a modern teacher, his training and professional quality, make it necessary to take into account the experience and the latest achievements of other countries in the field of educational policy, in particular, in the field of foreign language teaching, as well as to identify and overcome the negative ones. In the conclusions of the case, based on the results of the study, the key aspect of improving the legal support of linguistic and cultural aspects of language learning in school was characterized.

    Abstract: The aim of this article is to reveal the results of studying the theoretical and applied aspects of the test technology of teaching: to structure the technological cycle, develop a model of the test technology of teaching, reveal the ways of optimisation of the educational process using the test technology. The conducted research shows that using test technologies of teaching significantly increases the qualitative indicators of mastering the material because of the motivational component, objectivity of evaluation, psychological comfort and elements of gamification. It has been determined that the efficiency of its implementation is affected by such aspects as compliance with the technological cycle, balancing the level of difficulty of test tasks by the difficulty index (Is), selection of the strategy for task placement, correctness of distractor creation, establishment of optimal quantitative and temporal characteristics of the test, the evaluation system, synchronous or asynchronous interaction between a teacher and students.

    Abstract: The problem of socio-psychological adaptation of ex-servicemen and members of their families to the new conditions of organization of activity is extremely relevant. In order to develop and implement such problems within the project “Norway-Ukraine. Professional adaptation. Integration into the State System” the number of supporting centers have been established that are successfully operating in various cities of Ukraine for former or discharged servicemen and members of their families. The main areas of socio-psychological support provided under the Program were: psychological counseling, psychocorrection, c areer guidance and psychotherapy using a wide range of methods. The result of this work is to achieve the required level of readiness of the discharged serviceman to change profession. This allows to remove unnecessary psychological tension and some aggression during adaptation. It was found that the military and their families are in need of information and methodological and reference materials on a wide range of issues related to behavior in the transition to new living conditions and activities.

    Abstract: Formation of spoken and written professional language of students is connected with the increase of the level of a set of their competences. The efficiency of this process largely depends on usage of the potential of the text-centric technology in the process of teaching the Ukrainian language for professional purposes because text is the main means for creation of professional context. The aim of the article is determination of directions of implementation of the textcentric teaching technology of the Ukrainian language for professional purposes at pedagogical institutions of higher education, and analysis of the functional load of polycode text in this context. A set of methods has been used in the research process: the theoretical methods (reflexive analysis and generalization of literary sources for clarification of the level of solving the issue in the modern scientific area), the methods of visualization and generalization (for elucidation of the ways of usage of polycode texts while teaching the course). On the basis of analysis of scientific definitions of the concept “text” and its main features, there has been formulated a linguo-didactic definition of educational text and vectors of implementation of the text-centric teaching technology of the Ukrainian language for professional purposes at pedagogical institutions of higher education. Research of polycode text as a means of implementation of the text-centric teaching has been conducted, the main kinds of polycode texts and their functional load in the course of the Ukrainian language for professional purposes have been defined and analyzed. The exceptional didactic potential of hypertext as a modern form of organization of material, which is becoming especially important in conditions of distant education, is emphasized. The most efficient organizational forms of working with hypertext have been defined. Considering the features of the structure of polycode text (combination of the verbal and nonverbal components), document has been defined as its specific form. The holistic view of the studied issue is illustrated by the constructed model of the textcentric teaching technology of the Ukrainian language for professional purposes at pedagogical institutions of higher education.

    Abstract: The article focuses on the issue of effective organization of experimental research with the use of the methods of mathematical statistics. The relevance of the topic is evidenced by the necessity of improvement of the process of preparation and conduction of a pedagogical experiment, as well as examination of the objectivity and validity of the performed measurements. The aim of the article is elaboration of the algorithm of theoretical and practical preparation for conducting a pedagogical experiment. The methodical system of teaching Ukrainian Language for Professional Purposes to future pedagogy specialists, which has been developed by the author, serves as the object of experimental examination. The descriptive, systemic and structural, mathematical and statistical methods, as well as the theoretical methods of generalization and particularization, have been applied in the research process. As a result of the study, the main pedagogical conditions for organization of experimental and exploratory learning have been formulated, the specificity of preparatory work before conducting an experiment has been elucidated, the aim and tasks of the experiment have been detailed, and the methodical support has been determined. The fact that the methodical system of teaching Ukrainian Language for Professional Purposes to students of pedagogical institutions of higher education has to be based on the foundations of research, competence, communicative and activity-oriented, linguistic and extralinguistic, professionally oriented, systemic and synergistic, text-centric, functional and stylistic approaches has been taken into account in the process of organization of the experimental work. Components of the general ability of future experts to perform complex specialized tasks and solve practical problems in their professional and pedagogical activity include the discourse, documentation, general scientific, informational and technologic, entrepreneurial, editorial, and terminological competences. For the purpose of objectivity in conducting pedagogical measurements, the sizes of general and random samples have been formed considering the regional and statistical aspects. Determination of a minimal required size of a sample as a micromodel of a general sample is carried out by using the limiting error formula to ensure the accuracy and reliability of research results.
