Abstract:
Many health supplements containing medicinal herbs such as Ginkgo biloba extract, & nbsp;Turmeric extract were tested for quality in Ho Chi Minh City in the period 2015-2021. & nbsp;Testing methods were non-pharmacopoeia methods that accredited methods by Bureau of & nbsp;Accreditation (BoA) or pharmacopoeia methods. The results showed that there were some & nbsp;samples did not meet the quality criteria such as qualitative, quantitative. The quality criteria & nbsp;for safety have been tested such as microbial limits test or the limit of preservatives, heavy & nbsp;metals, and determination of Aflatoxin. & nbsp;
