    Abstract: Nghiên cứu ảnh hưởng của độ cứng đất và chỉ số khác biệt thực vật chuẩn hóa (NDVI) và chỉ số khác biệt rìa đỏ (NDRE) đến khả năng sinh trưởng và năng suất thực tế (NSTT) của lúa thật sự cần thiết. Trong nghiên cứu này, kiểm định hệ số tương quan Pearson được áp dụng để phân tích sự tương quan giữa các yếu tố. Kết quả nghiên cứu chỉ ra độ cứng đất tăng dần theo độ sâu và phân bố không đều trên đồng; mối quan hệ giữa độ cứng đất tại thời điểm lúa 26 ngày tuổi với sự sinh trưởng và NSTT của lúa chưa được xác định. NDVI và NDRE tăng và giảm đều khi đạt giá trị lớn nhất (0,79-0,86) trong giai đoạn lúa làm đồng. NDVI và NDRE có mối quan hệ cao với năng suất thành phần của lúa, nhưng thấp với chiều cao cây và số chồi lúa. Hai mạng nơron nhân tạo được xây dựng, huấn luyện và kiểm tra theo thuật toán huấn luyện tích hợp trong bộ công cụ của phần mềm Matlab cho kết quả dự đoán NSTT của lúa với độ tin cậy cao.

    Abstract: Precision agriculture is now a topic that attracts many researchers due to the important of food security. In this topic, using the Unmmaed Aerial Vehicle (UAV) for pesticides, monitoring and mapping are under consideration. In addition, the combination of UAV and multi-spectral camera for imaging has been extensively used for vegetation mapping in the farm. This paper aims to introduce a method for mapping fields by using the multispectral camera mount on an UAV. Ariel images have been captured by multi-spectral Sentera camera mounted on Phantom 4 Pro. Successive images, including the NDVI spectral images and NDRE spectral images with GPS information, are the output of the Sentera camera. A combination of the UAV imaging and image processing techniques were used to create the rice planting area mapping. Agisoft software was used to create the Ortho-mosaic images of NDVI spectral image and NDRE spectral image. After that, digital maps contain information about Normalised Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and Normalised Difference Red-Edge (NDRE) were created. An observation area was created from the map to evaluate crop health by using these indices. This area included both the middle-stage rice field and the dragon fruits farm with cannels. The crop health is validated again by using the RGB aerial image. By comparing the maps and actual survey, the health of the rice fields is able to evaluate and improve the rice cultivation management. It seems that the NDRE value was the best indicator in visualizing the health of the rice field while the NDVI was better for the dragon fruits field. Utilizing these maps, field visits by farmers can be minimized and farmers can concentrate on the diseased location and give appropriate treatment.

    Abstract: In our country today, the counting of dried coconuts at the production facilities is done manually, takes a lot of time and is not accurate. The goal of this study is to build an automatic, fast and accurate coconut counting system. The study was conducted on the peeled dried coconut fruit with a diameter of 15 cm to 20 cm using image processing technology and open-source computer vision library - OpenCV library. The algorithm includes four main steps. First, determine the object and the background using the Otsu segmentation method. Next, estimate the distance between the background and the object to determine the closest area to the center of the object. Then, find the contour, determine the center and area of the object to reduce the noise. The watershed segmentation algorithm is used to separate overlapping and stacking objects. Finally, count the number of objects contained in the image. In the initial experimental results, the counting system has had an accuracy of over 95% with processing time per image about 75 ms and the counting capacity of the system is over 2000 fruits/hour has confirmed the efficiency of the proposed method.

    Abstract: When container ports are not available for heavy ships, the offshore ship‐to‐ship transfer operation is an alternative method to an inland container terminal. This process is performed between a large container ship and a smaller ship, which is equipped with a container crane, called the mobile harbor or the ship‐mounted crane. The sea‐state condition is a crucial factor in open‐sea operations. The presence of waves, wind, and current disturbances excite the pendulum oscillations of the crane's hanging container. In this study, the problem of payload pendulation and container position for an offshore container crane using an adaptive‐gain sliding mode control (SMC) scheme is investigated. The primary control task during the loading and unloading process is to keep the container in the desired region under the harsh oceanic environment. The proposed control architecture incorporates an adaptive‐gain SMC with a compensation part and a prediction mechanism. Therein, a sliding surface is design to combine the desired sway motion of the payload with the desired trolley trajectory. Furthermore, a varying control gain is proposed in the sliding control, obtained by an adaption law that transitions the system into sliding mode. By constructing an appropriate Lyapunov function, we show that the proposed control law ensures the asymptotic stability of the ship‐mounted crane. Numerical simulations are presented to show the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed control system.

    Abstract: Mục tiêu nhằm: Khảo sát đặc điểm lâm sàng, cận lâm sàng bệnh nhân ghép thận và tỉ lệ các biến chứng ngoại khoa sau ghép thận, kết quả điều trị các biến chứng ngoại khoa tại Bệnh viện nhân dân (BVND) 115. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Hồi cứu mô tả hàng loạt ca. Kết quả: Tuổi trung bình: 43,60 ± 11,97 tuổi (16-76 ) với nam: 220/313 trường hợp (TH) (70,3%) và nữ: 93/313 TH (29,7%). Có 4,2% TH ghép thận lần 2. Lấy thận trái để ghép: 70,6% TH, đặt thận ghép ở hố chậu phải: 94,2% TH. Thận ghép có bất thường mạch máu: 18,21% TH trong đó bất thường ĐM: 11,82%, TM: 6,07% và bất thường cả ĐM và TM: 0,31%. - Biến chứng mạch máu (hẹp chỗ nối): 0,95%, huyết khối TM: 0,63%, chảy máu vết mổ: 0,63%. Biến chứng niệu (rò): 0,31%. Gập cuống thận: 0,31%, Biến chứng tụ dịch Lymphocele: 0,63% được điều trị thành công. Kết luận: Ghép thận tại BVND 115 là hiệu quả, an toàn, tỉ lệ biến chứng ngoại khoa thấp. Abstract Introduction: To evaluate the clinical features of the recipients and the surgical complications of renal transplantation from living donor andresults of treatment at 115 People’s Hospital. Materials and Methods: Retrospective 313 consecutive recipients at 115 People’s Hospital Results: The average age of recipients: 43.60 ± 11.97 years old (16-76 years old), with 220 cases (70.3 %) were male and 93 cases (29.7 %) were female. The second transplant: 4.2% cases, kidney transplant from left kidney: 70.6% cases, Place the transplanted kidney in the right iliac fossa: 94.2% cases. There are 18.21 % had abnormal vascular kidney transplant which abnormal artery is 11.82%, abnormal vein is 6.07% and 0.31% is both. The vascular complications (anastomotic stenosis): 0.95% cases, veinous thrombosis: 0.63% cases, incision bleeding: 0.63% cases. The urologic complications (leak): 0.31%, angulation of the renal peduncle: 0.31% cases, Lymphatic complication: 0.63% with good results of treatment. Conclusions: The kidney transplantation at 115 people’s Hospital is good results, low rate of surgical complications.

    Abstract: Bài báo này được thực hiện nhằm nghiên cứu xe tự hành lái theo nguyên lý Ackermann. Mô hình xe được xây dựng để mô phỏng hệ thống định vị, tìm đường, bám đường dựa trên Gazebo và Robot Operating System (ROS). Mô phỏng thực hiện dựa trên cấu trúc Cây hành vi và các node được thiết lập trong ROS 2 nhằm đưa xe đến đúng vị trí theo yêu cầu. Kết quả mô phỏng cho thấy giải pháp đề xuất đã đáp ứng tốt hơn so với nguyên lý lái hai bánh chủ động và lái đa hướng khi thực hiện trên địa hình dễ bị trượt và gồ ghề. Kết quả khảo sát cho thấy robot di chuyển đến mục tiêu với độ lệch khoảng cách lớn hơn hoặc bằng 1 m đạt 96% và nhỏ hơn 1 m đạt 79%. Đồng thời, nghiên cứu này có thể làm tiền đề để triển khai mô hình thực tế trên cơ sở định vị bằng hệ thống GPS.
