    Abstract: Abstract Regional economic development aims to manage existing resources and to create new jobs and help the regional economy. One way to do this is by opening industrial activities that encourage people to have the skills to produce something that can generate profits, such as the production of woven ikat sarongs. This has a positive impact, namely helping the village economy, but there is also a negative impact, namely environmental pollution. This study aims to find out how the legal protection provided by the government to the community is related to environmental pollution in areas that produce ikat sarongs, and what are the obstacles in providing legal protection. The method used in this research is normative juridical, where the law is conceptualized as what is written in the legislation. Sources of data in this study using secondary data and primary data in assisting the research process. The data collection method in this study uses a literature study, namely by collecting literature such as books, scientific journals, and primary legal materials to support research as well as identification and clarification of legal facts by asking questions to sources according to research needs. Based on the results of research and discussion, people in areas that produce ikat sarongs get a form of protection in the form of the law of making communal Wastewater Treatment (WWTP), but until now they have not received legal protection caused by several inhibiting factors, namely there is no budget for making communal WWTP and lack of vacant land. around North Wanarejan VillageKeywords: Legal Protection, Industry, Pollutionn

    Abstract: Maksud dari kajian ini yaitu agar para pembaca mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan dakwah Muhammadiyah, khususnya yang terletak di Desa Pamijen, Sokaraja. Dengan adanya tulisan ini, tentunya mampu membuat terang bagaimana kekurangan dan kelebihan dalam perkembangan dakwah Muhammadiyah. Metode kajian yang dipakai adalah metode kualitatif secara historical (sejarah), wawancara terpusat dan studi dokumen berdasarkan jurnal-jurnal dan tulisan lain yang terkait dengan topik pada tulisan ini. Dengan membandingkan bagaimana perkembangan dakwah di masa lalu dengan masa sekarang, disertai dengan perkembangan zaman yang dirasa mampu mempermudah namun sekaligus juga menjadi hambatan untuk berdakwah disertai dengan kebiasaan dan adat masyarakat sekitar, diharapkan dapat memajukan program dakwah Muhammadiyah yang sesuai dengan prinsip awalnya, yaitu amar ma’ruf nahi munkar.

    Abstract: This purpose of this study is to describe the impact of self-efficacy, organizational culture, and work discipline on the performance of nurses and employees of Majenang Hospital. This study lasted 8 months. The study population was nurses at Majenang Hospital and the sample use in this study was 108 interviewees. Principal data assembling techniques are observance and discuss, directly observance in the field of study wield a circulated questionnaire. The data analytic method exploited is Partial Least Square (PLS). As a result we found self-efficacy, organizational culture and work discipline influenced the performance of nurses at Majenang Hospital.

    Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji potensi pengembangan agrowisata di Desa Sambirata, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode observasi digunakan untuk mengamati potensi agrowisata di Desa Sambirata, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode deskriptif kualitatif digunakan untuk menjelaskan potensi internal dan eksternal agrowisata di Desa Sambirata. Data penelitian berupa data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari pengamatan di lapangan, meliputi data potensi internal dan eksternal agrowisata di Desa Sambirata. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan metode observasi dan studi pustaka Analisis data menggunakan matching data untuk menilai potensi internal dan eksternal agrowisata berdasarkan Rencana Induk Pembangunan Pariwisata Daerah (RIPPDA). Potensi internal meliputi data daya tarik wisata (attraction) dan fasilitas wisata (amenities), sedangkan potensi eksternal meliputi aksesibilitas wisata (accesability) dan pelayanan tambahan (ancilliary). Selanjutnya dari hasil matching data dikategorikan menjadi tiga kriteria yaitu rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi agrowisata di Desa Sambirata, Kecamatan Cilongok, Kabupaten Banyumas secara keseluruhan termasuk dalam kategori rendah. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya potensi agrowisata Desa Sambirata adalah fasilitas wisata (amenities), aksesibilitas (accesability) dan pelayanan penunjang wisata (ancillary).

    Abstract: The classification of the population in Indonesia has occurred since the days of the Dutch East Indies, which is regulated in Article 163 IS. The regulation of population classification is still applied in the making of the Inheritance Certificate for Indonesian citizens, which is now regulated in the Regulation of the State Minister for Agrarian Affairs / Head of the National Land Agency No. 3 of 1997 concerning the Implementation of Government Regulation no. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration. The existence of these regulations creates acts of discrimination that are against Pancasila, legal principles, and laws. This research uses a normative juridical approach, namely by reviewing or analyzing secondary data in the form of literature, journals, and laws and regulations. Based on the results of research in the making of an inheritance certificate, there is still discrimination because it is based on the division of 3 (three) population groups, namely the European group, the Bumiputera group, and the Foreign Eastern group, thus this is not in line with the provisions of Law Number 40 of 2008 concerning the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and ethnicity because Indonesian citizens are entitled to equal positions before the law.Keywords: Classification, Inheritance Certificate, Discrimination

    Abstract: In the era of digitalization and globalization like today, news or information can be obtained not only through print media but also through cyber media. However, what is unfortunate is the emergence of new media such as cyber media, not all are able to provide accurate, reliable and responsible information, instead, some of the cyber media, practice hoax reporting. The press council has the function to establish and oversee the implementation of the journalistic code of ethics, which is to give consideration and to seek resolution of public complaints on cases related to press reporting, including hoax reporting. In recent years, hoax news has emerged. This study discusses how the press council's role in hoax reporting is carried out by journalists based on Law Number 40 of 1999 concerning the Press and what are the obstacles experienced by the press council against hoax reporting carried out by journalists based on Law Number 40 Year 1999 About the Press. The method used in this study is the normative juridical method carried out through literature studies that examine mainly secondary data.     Abstract: The rapid increase in population has led to an increase in demand for housing. The demand for housing is not proportional to the available land. Control of borderline violations is an effort in the context of law enforcement in accordance with existing laws and regulations. This study will discuss law enforcement efforts related to violations of the utilization of river borderlines and obstacles in controlling the use of Kranji river border violations in Purwokerto Timur District, Banyumas Regency, which is regulated in the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 28 / PRT / M / 2015 concerning Determination of River Border and Lake Border Lines. The research method used in this study is a normative juridical approach that is carried out through literature studies that examine secondary data in the form of legislation and other legal documents, as well as research results, results of studies, and other references. Normative juridical methods can be supplemented by interviews. Supervision and imposition of sanctions that have not been maximally become one of the causes of violations against the river border.     Abstract: AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic outbreak in 2020 also affected the implementation of the trial in Indonesia. As an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19, the trial was conducted electronically, without presenting the litigants. This needs to be done to ensure health, safety, and guarantee legal certainty for justice seekers. This study uses a normative juridical research method. The normative juridical research method is carried out through a literature study that examines secondary data in the form of laws and regulations, court decisions, agreements, contracts, or other legal documents, as well as research results, study results, and other references. The results of this study are gems, electronic hearings in criminal cases during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Purwokerto District Court continue to be carried out by taking into account the standard protocols for preventing and handling Covid-19. Second, there are several obstacles faced by the electronic trial in criminal cases during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Purwokerto District Court. The implementation of electronic hearings in criminal cases during the Covid-19 pandemic is the right solution, innovation, and breakthrough in efforts to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 as regulated in Supreme Court Regulation (Peraturan Mahkamah Agung, PERMA) Number 4 of 2020 concerning Administration and Trial of Criminal Cases in Electronic Court.Keywords: Electronic Court, Covid-19 Pandemic, Legal Certainty

    Abstract: The world of today's youth cannot be separated from the internet. In addition to using the internet for learning needs, teenagers also use the internet to interact in cyberspace through social media. Although it provides many benefits, social media in cyberspace also has the potential to cause negative impacts in the form of cyberbullying, namely mental violence by a person or group of people against another person or group of people in cyberspace so that the victim feels mistreated. According to Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE), cyberbullying is categorized as a crime and has legal sanctions. The purpose of the science and technology activity for the community "Legal Aspects of Cyberbullying Among Adolescents in the Perspective of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions" is to provide understanding to students at the Purwokerto Muhammadiyah Women's Orphanage about cyberbullying. and its regulation in the ITE Law so that female students can use social media on the internet wisely.
