    Abstract: Low‐power wide area networks (LPWAN) applications are emerging as a new paradigm, over Internet of Things (IoT) platform. LoRa (long range) is playing a key role in information exchange between motes. This paper illustrates a mathematical optimization technique of LoRa modulation, i.e., frequency shift chirp modulation. Mathematical optimization for low power and LoRa has been validated with customized hardware designed for agricultural application. The performance analysis with channel modulation is mentioned in the networks. LoRa link budget concerning various obstacles calculated and losses are noted during testing. In context to the agricultural application, customized motes have been deployed in an agricultural field for field monitoring. The mathematical model is validated using a hardware device. Further data collection and data analysis are mentioned. Code optimization techniques are implemented to improve the overall efficiency of the device. Localization of sensor nodes also discussed to cover all the area of coverage. A comparative analysis is a showcased between SNR (signal‐to‐noise ratio) and RSSI (received signal strength indicator).

    Abstract: Skin cancer is one of the most serious forms of the disease, and it can spread to other parts of the body if not detected early. Therefore, it is crucial to diagnose and treat skin cancer patients at an early stage. Due to the fact that a manual diagnosis of skin cancer is both time-consuming and expensive, an incorrect diagnosis is made due to the high degree of similarity between the various skin lesions. Improved categorization of multi-class skin lesions requires the development of automated diagnostic systems. We offer a fully automated method for classifying several skin lesions by fine-tuning the deep learning models, namely VGG16, ResNet50, and ResNet101. Prior to model creation, the training dataset should undergo data augmentation using traditional image transformation techniques and generative adversarial networks (GANs) to prevent class imbalance issues that may lead to model overfitting. In this study, we investigate the feasibility of creating dermoscopic images that have a realistic appearance using conditional generative adversarial network (CGAN) techniques. Afterward, the traditional augmentation methods are used to augment our existing training set to improve the performance of pretrained deep models on the skin lesion classification task. This improved performance is then compared to the models developed using the unbalanced dataset. In addition, we formed an ensemble of finely tuned transfer learning models, which we trained on balanced and unbalanced datasets. These models were used to make predictions about the data. With appropriate data augmentation, the proposed models attained an accuracy of 92% for VGG16, 92% for ResNet50, and 92.25% for ResNet101. The ensemble of these models increased the accuracy to 93.5%. There was a comprehensive discussion on the performance of the models. It is possible to conclude that using such a method leads to enhanced performance in skin lesion categorization compared to the efforts made in the past.

Robotics is much more vital as it may now be related to the human brain by the connection between machine and brain, as AI develops. The world’s economy faces substantial difficulties by increasing productivity in the manufacturing industry. This study examines the present progress of robotic communication styles of artificial intelligence (AI). In many specific applications, communication between members of a robotic group or even people becomes vital. The paper solves the problem of implementation of an independent industry mobile robot in all fields in the major business, live interactive, planning, mobile robot technologies, and intending. In order to identify the best solution to this issue, a mixed integer robotic model has been developed.

    Abstract: In this article, we provide a detection method based on a convolutional neural network algorithm. Preamble detection is very important in underwater acoustic communication. Only the preamble signal can trigger the receiving operation to effectively process the acoustic data received underwater. The prerequisite for specifying the joint position of the distributed acoustic multiarray is the mutual calibration calculation of each array. This paper designs and develops a prototype system for microphone array sound source positioning and provides an optimized system to obtain calibration source mapping points for distributed sound transmission mutual calibration, and for mutual distributed acoustic microphone arrays, use epipolar geometry and normalization algorithm for calibration to provide a basis for a mutual calibration calculation model and functional module design. Finally, perform numerical simulation verification. It provides a design plan and implementation method for the Internet-based smart city education system, aiming to achieve professional education and educational needs related to the Internet of Things. First, we will take Internet application technology as an example to analyze the functional requirements of the education system, including the positioning of human resource development, integrated sensors, C/C#/Java application development technology, and other technical means to realize the smart city education system. Based on the theory of business management, this paper studies the business planning issues of smart city construction. The main content is divided into three parts: business composition and management and planning management. This is an important part of business.     Abstract: The progress of science and technology and the rapid development of the Internet have made the visual communication design full of unprecedented yearning and passion for the new scientific and technological civilization. This research mainly discusses the visual communication design under 5G technology. For the fifth generation mobile communication technology (5G), its brand new network architecture design can provide 10 to 20 times higher peak rate, millisecond-level network transmission delay, and 100 billion device-level network connectivity than 4G. It will open up a new era of extensive interconnection of all things and deep human-computer interaction for human society. This paper starts with the relationship between visual communication and various media, so as to prove that the development of mobile media will be inevitable, especially in environment, the visual expression and the innovation in design style. In order to reflect the inner will of the audience in the environment of rapid development of information, this article. It analyzes the changes brought by the development of mobile media to the visual communication design at this stage, predicts the development trend of visual communication, and tries to point out that the development of 5G communication technology is bringing a new round of revolution to the design industry. As a design researcher, it should pay attention to the impact of technological changes on the design field. By exploring suitable design methods, the application of visual communication in mobile media under 5G technology conditions can be better realized. Starting from the background of the evolution and development of media, this paper analyzes the reasons for the rise of 5G technology, as well as the characteristics of 5G technology and its advantages in communication. At the same time, it deeply analyzes the connotation and involved fields of visual communication design and expounds the promotion and influence of the reform of media technology. It focuses on analyzing the development level of 5G technology and the new thinking brought by visual communication design. The article also puts forward the origin of the research. 58.1% of the evaluators were satisfied with the impact of 5G technology on visual communication. Visual design, interaction design, and usability design are all indispensable factors in interface design. When designing, they are not designed in isolation from each other but interact with each other. When carrying out any one of the designs, the design influence of the other two should be combined, and the changes of each one should affect the design of the other two. For example, interaction design and usability issues must be considered when determining the visual presentation of an interface. It can be seen that the design process of the interface is a comprehensive design process. This research helps to advance the development of visual communication design in the future.

    Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, wireless communication and virtual reality technology have gradually been introduced to college education. Compared with traditional teaching methods, the use of information technology can make teaching more convenient and efficient. New teaching models such as online classrooms and shared notes have gradually shown their advantages, promoting the continuous advancement of higher education to intelligent development. Incorporating wireless communication and VR into our educational practice and selecting and innovating them according to the characteristics of colleges and universities and teaching content can better play the auxiliary role of technology. In this paper, the status quo of college education is studied through a questionnaire survey, and the advantages, existing problems, and solutions of wireless communication and virtual reality technology in college education reform are analyzed. The results show that wireless communication and virtual reality technology not only enhance the experience and motivation of students but also enhance the teaching quality of teachers. This provides an important reference value for college education reform.

    Abstract: The automatic capture and analysis of basketball game movements can guide basketball training and provide an effective method for improving the efficiency of basketball training. This paper introduces the research status of clustering methods in the field of trajectory data mining and reconstruction in detail. By analyzing the trajectory data under the constraints of the road network, the spatiotemporal characteristics of the existing trajectory clustering methods, and the deficiencies of the existing trajectory clustering methods, a new trajectory clustering method based on trajectory segmentation and spatiotemporal similarity measurement is implemented. A motion capture and reconstruction method for basketball training based on visual image K-means clustering algorithm is proposed. Multiresolution frame scanning technology is used to collect machine images of basketball training movements, and edge contour processing is performed on the collected high-resolution basketball training movement images. Feature detection uses the three-dimensional model reconstruction method to segment the basketball training action area and combines the irregular triangle network model to realize the machine vision block template matching processing of basketball training actions and capture the basketball training action in the Gaussian fuzzy affine space. In time and feature extraction, wavelet lifting technology is used to identify the ambiguity of basketball training movements, image enhancement technology is used to improve the resolution and adaptability of basketball training movement capture, and machine vision image processing methods are used to achieve basketball training movement capture optimization. The simulation results show that the method has better adaptability and higher feature recognition ability for basketball training motion capture and improves the feature extraction and adaptive capture reconstruction ability of basketball training motion.
