    Abstract: A This study aims to find out whether unemployment affects the condition of poverty in the city of Bandung in 2017-2021 and how does the variable unemployment affect it. The research uses quantitative research methods by processing data using the Eviews application. Research data comes from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). Based on the results of data processing, it is known that unemployment does not have a significant and partial effect on poverty in the city of Bandung in 2017-2021. This is evidenced by the probability value of the t-statistic below 0.05%. In addition, based on the Adjusted R-squared value, it is known that although there is no unemployment, there are other indicators that affect poverty in the city of Bandung.

    Abstract: The implementation of curriculum management is a series of resource management activities in implementing curriculum for the quality improvement. The purpose of this study was to find out how the planning, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum in improving the quality of graduates in the pesantren KH. Ahmad Dahlan Sipirok. This study uses a qualitative method. The technique of collecting data is by interview, observation, and document review. In addition, data and information are analyzed by data reduction, data exposure, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study were (1) curriculum planning was established by the madrasa leadership, MGMP, and teachers through curriculum planning meetings by making madrasa / pesantren education calendars, calculating effective working days for each subject, compiling annual programs, compiling semester programs, and implementing lesson plans as the direction of achieving academic quality and non-academic graduates, (2) the implementation of curriculum programs included learning using the curriculum of Diknas and pesantren through face-to-face learning, practice in mosques, halls, laboratories, and learning activities so that there were guidelines and targets achievement of the quality of graduates, (3) the implementation of curriculum evaluation included classroom supervision activities, learning evaluation, both formative and summative, and curriculum evaluation meetings at the end of the academic year which showed the achievement of the target of improving the quality of graduates could be seen from the fulfillment of minimum completeness criteria high and graduation of santri.

    Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and infrastructure on the work motivation of teachers, either partially or simultaneously. This research is a quantitative  research with survey method and descriptive approach and has a sample of 55 respondents. Determination of the sample using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviewing, documenting and distributing questionnaires to respondents. While the data processing technique is done by testing the validity, reliability test, data analysis prerequisite test which includes normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, and heteroscedasticity test, while the data analysis technique is done by correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by t test (partial), f test (simultaneous), and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that: 1) the results of the t-test (partial) of the work environment variable obtained the value of tcount (3.063) 〉 ttable (1.675) and Sig 0.000 〈 0.05. This shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation; 2) the results of the t-test (partial) of the infrastructure variable obtained the value of tcount (3.550) 〉 ttable (1.675) and Sig 0.000 〈 0.05. This shows that infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation; 3) the results of the F test (simultaneous) obtained the value of Fcount (102.659) 〉 Ftable (3.18) and Sig 0.000 〈 0.05. This shows that the work environment and infrastructure together have a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation. Through the coefficient of determination test, the coefficient of determination is 0.798. This shows that the effect of the work environment and infrastructure together on the work motivation of teachers is 79.8% and the remaining 20.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. keyword: infrastructure,  motivation, work environment

    Abstract: Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan desa cerdas di Desa Kolam melalui pengembangan aplikasi dan website yang mengintegrasikan sistem informasi dan administrasi. Dalam pengabdian ini, dilakukan pelatihan dan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat desa serta aparatur desa untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka terkait teknologi informasi. Evaluasi dan umpan balik dilakukan untuk memastikan keberhasilan program ini. Dengan adanya aplikasi dan website, efisiensi administrasi desa meningkat, akses terhadap informasi menjadi lebih mudah, dan transparansi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan desa terwujud. Masyarakat desa juga turut berpartisipasi aktif dalam penggunaan aplikasi dan memanfaatkannya untuk kepentingan sehari-hari, seperti mendapatkan informasi tentang pelayanan publik, melaporkan permasalahan, dan mengakses data penting. Melalui pengabdian ini, terjadi perubahan yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat desa dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi. Masyarakat desa semakin sadar akan manfaat digitalisasi dalam memajukan pemerintahan desa dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup mereka. Pengabdian ini menjadi langkah awal menuju desa cerdas di Desa Kolam, di mana penerapan teknologi informasi menjadi landasan yang kuat dalam pengembangan desa secara holistik dan berkelanjutan.

    Abstract: The quality of education is a benchmark for parents to choose their child's school, so it requires regular monitoring and evaluation. This study aims to analyze the implications of monitoring and evaluation of school quality. The background of this research took place at One Roof Junior High School 4, STU Jehe, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach and the type of research is field research. Collecting data in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis used is data reduction technique, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results of this study concluded that supervision activities using individual and group techniques as a result of monitoring and evaluation have succeeded in improving the quality of education. Then supervision activities include monitoring, coaching, guidance and training, as well as assessments which greatly impact the implications of monitoring and evaluating school quality improvement. Supporting factors in the form of cooperation and mutual support are one of the keys to successful implementation.

    Abstract: This study aims to create a Digital Book mathematical economics to improve the self-efficacy of students, where Media Powtoon, Augmented Reality (AR) and application Kahoot  already present in the design of digital books. To see the feasibility of the book, the attractiveness of the book and the effectiveness of using AR-assisted Economic Mathematics Books to increase student self-efficacy. The research method used in this research is the development of the ADDIE model which has five stages of research implementation, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. Through these five stages, researchers will develop an AR-assisted Mathematics Economics book. In this book, several applications will collaborate in providing the presentation of the material in the form of learning videos using the application Powtoon, displaying animations with Augmented Reality (AR) and evaluating learning outcomes using the application Kahoot, so that this book can help the distance lecture process become more interesting. and effective both in presenting the material, the media used to evaluate learning in lectures. The results of this study show that the Digital Book was developed to conclude that it is feasible, interesting and effective to be used as a distance learning medium and helps students in increasing self-efficacy in learning.

    Abstract: In a country, both developing and developed countries, the problem that often occurs is economic problems or income distribution that is not evenly distributed in all corners of the country. Indonesia is no exception, especially in the province of North Sumatra. The research method that the author uses is descriptive research method, namely the research results are obtained from accurate and clear secondary data sourced from Gini coefficient data and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). From the results of observations or data results obtained that the result of unequal income distribution in Indonesia has resulted in social inequality, poverty and income inequality. The effect of income inequality is that money causes the rich to get richer and the poor to get poorer. As a result, many new problems arise from the income inequality effect. The purpose of this study was to determine the inequality of income distribution in North Sumatra from 2011 to 2022. The conclusion obtained from income distribution data in the North Sumatra region is that income inequality in this region has increased from 2011 to 2022.

    Abstract: Kemiskinan telah menjadi masalah yang perlu diselesaikan setiap tahun karena merupakan masalah yang kompleks dan multifaset. Kemiskinan tidak hanya terkait dengan respon dan penyelesaian lapangan kerja, tetapi juga dipengaruhi oleh sejumlah faktor lain, baik yang bersifat sosial maupun ekonomi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang dilakukan di Kalimantan Selatan. Dengan data sekunder dari website Badan Pusat Statistik Kalsel tahun 2022 dan dianalisis dengan regresi berganda dengan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dan jumlah respons sebagai variabel bebas dan jumlah penduduk miskin sebagai variabel terikat.Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa IPM yang lebih tinggi akan mengurangi kemiskinan. Di sisi lain, ledakan yang tinggi menunjukkan misil yang tinggi, karena itu perlu membantu mengurangi jumlah penduduk yang hidup di bawah garis kemiskinan.

    Abstract: This study aims to determine learning and learning strategies in improving language skills so that they can provide good results and achievements for generations of nations and countries. This study uses a qualitative method. The emphasis on the components of the teaching program includes centered on the teacher (teacher), students (students), the techniques used are discussion lectures, and team teaching techniques. The results of the study obtained several important points, namely regarding the concept of learning strategies, language skills strategies. Strategies that relate directly to teachers and students so as to generate stimulus and response play an important role. Components of teaching programs centered on teachers, students and teaching materials also need to be implemented so that learning can be carried out properly. A student-centered strategy is a learning strategy that provides opportunities for students to be active so that the teacher only acts as a facilitator and motivator. In conclusion, learning strategy is a major factor in improving the learning process and language skills.
