    Abstract: SAPO-34 molecular sieves were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions using different combinations of tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide (TEAOH), morpholine (Mor), and triethylamine (TEA) as organic structure-directing agents and economical silicon source by colloidal silica LUDOX AS-30. The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopes, Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, NH3 temperature - programmed desorption, N2 adsorption-desorption. Electron paramagnetic resonance technique was applied to identify isolated Cu2+ ions in the framework. Although materials with the same chabazite framework structure are obtained, they possess different physicochemical properties, especially crystal size and acidity. Catalytic performances of Cu/SAPO-34 and Cu/ZSM-5 using commercial ZSM-5 as support with the loading of 3 wt% prepared by liquid ion-exchange method was performed for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx with NH3.

    Abstract: SAPO-34 was prepared with a mixture of three templates containing triethylamine, tetraethylammonium hydroxide, and morpholine, which leads to unique properties for support and production cost reduction. Meanwhile, Cu/SAPO-34, Fe/SAPO-34, and Cu-Fe/SAPO-34 were prepared through the ion-exchanged method in aqueous solution and used for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx with NH3. The physical structure and original crystal of SAPO-34 are maintained in the catalysts. Cu-Fe/SAPO-34 catalysts exhibit high NOx conversion in a broad temperature window, even in the presence of H2O. The physicochemical properties of synthesized samples were further characterized by various methods, including XRD, FE-SEM, EDS, N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms, UV-Vis-DRS spectroscopy, NH3-TPD, H2-TPR, and EPR. The best catalyst, 3Cu-1Fe/SAPO-34 exhibited high NOx conversion ( 〉 90%) in a wide temperature window of 250–600 °C, even in the presence of H2O. In comparison with mono-metallic samples, the 3Cu-1Fe/SAPO-34 catalyst had more isolated Cu2+ ions and additional oligomeric Fe3+ active sites, which mainly contributed to the higher capacity of NH3 and NOx adsorption by the enhancement of the number of acid sites as well as its greater reducibility. Therefore, this synergistic effect between iron and copper in the 3Cu-1Fe/SAPO-34 catalyst prompted higher catalytic performance in more extensive temperature as well as hydrothermal stability after iron incorporation.

    Abstract: SAPO‐34 is a crystalline microporous material, the characteristics of which are greatly influenced by synthetic parameters, especially the silica precursors and templates. In this study, the combination of templates and silica sources was optimized to obtain SAPO‐34 phases in the purest form. The physicochemical properties of the thus‐synthesized catalysts were characterized, and the Si environment in the SAPO‐34 framework was analyzed. The catalytic performance in biomass gasification was investigated in a fixed‐bed flow reactor. SAPO‐34 synthesized with triethylamine/morpholine/tetraethylammonium hydroxide templates exhibited the highest total acidity, the smallest particle size, and high surface area, and produced a large amount of light hydrocarbons in biomass gasification.

    Abstract: The SAPO-56 molecular sieve material was prepared under hydrothermal conditions at 200 °C with different hydrothermal times using precursors including Al(OH)3, LUDOX AS-30, H3PO4, and TMHD (N,N,N′,N′-tetramethyl-hexane-1,6-diamine) as an organic structure-directing agent. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, field emission scanning electron microscopes, Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, NH3 temperature - programmed desorption, N2 adsorption-desorption, and UV-Vis Diffuse Reflectance Spectroscopy methods. Electron paramagnetic resonance technique was applied to determine isolated Cu2+ ions in the framework. Although materials shared the same AFX framework structure, they owned different physicochemical properties, especially in terms of crystal size, surface area, and acidity. Next, the catalytic activity of removal NOx of Cu/SAPO-56 and Cu/ZSM-5 using commercial ZSM-5 as support with the loading of 3 wt%Cu synthesized by aqueous ion-exchange method was assessed in the selective catalytic reduction with NH3.

    Abstract: The effects of different mixtures of organic structure-directing agents (OSDAs) on the formation of SAPO-34 structure have been investigated. Different OSDAs, namely, triethylamine (TEA), tetraethylammonium hydroxide (TEAOH), and morpholine (Mor) and their combinations were used to synthesize SAPO-34 by a hydrothermal method. The template concentration was optimized by eliminating the competing phases to obtain the purest form of SAPO-34 phase. The as-synthesized samples were analyzed by XRD, FE-SEM/EDS, FT-IR, surface area/pore volume measurements, NH3-TPD, TG/DTA, and 29Si NMR MAS. The selection of template notably impacts the crystal size and physicochemical characteristics of as-synthesized SAPO-34. The sample prepared with 3 Mor : 3 TEA : 1 TEAOH exhibited the highest total acidity, smallest crystal size below 3  µ m, and high surface area up to 697 m 2 /g.

    Abstract: A series of Cu/ZSM-5, Fe/ZSM-5, and Cu-Fe/ZSM-5 catalysts (Si/Al in ZSM-5 = 25) were prepared by different metal loadings using the liquid ion-exchange method. Several characterization methods were conducted to explore the effects of metals on the physical and chemical properties of catalysts. Meanwhile, the electron paramagnetic resonance method is also used to assess the copper and/or iron elements’ coordination and valence state at intersections or in channels of ZSM-5. The metal-loading effects of all catalysts on the catalytic activities were studied for the removal of NOx in a fixed-bed flow reactor using selective catalytic reduction with ammonia (NH3-SCR). The results showed that the iron’s addition could markedly broaden the operation temperature range of the Cu/ZSM-5 catalyst for NH3-SCR between 200 and 550°C due to the presence of more isolated Cu2+ ions as well as additional oligomeric Fe3+ active sites and FexOy oligomeric species. This paper gives a facile and straightforward way to synthesize the practical-promising catalyst applied in NH3-SCR technology to control NOx emissions.

    Abstract: Mục tiêu: 1) Xác định tỷ lệ một số biến thể di truyền gây tăng nguy cơ huyết khối trên phụ nữ mất thai tái diễn. 2) Bước đầu tìm hiểu mối liên quan giữa những biến thể di truyền gây tăng nguy cơ huyết khối với số lần mất thai. Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: sử dụng phương pháp mô tả hồi cứu trên 306 phụ nữ có tiền sử mất thai tái diễn - RPL (mất thai từ 2 lần trở lên) chưa xác định được nguyên nhân và có kết quả xét nghiệm 6 biến thể di truyền hay gặp trên 5 gen gây tăng nguy cơ huyết khối bằng bộ kít Devyser Thrombophilia đã đạt chứng nhận CE-IVD. Kết quả: Tỷ lệ phụ nữ có tiền sử RPL mang biến thể của 1 trong 5 gen là 93,46% (286/306). Phổ biến nhất là biến thể gen PAI-1 4G/5G chiếm 79,41%, biến thể gen MTHFR A1298C và gen MTHFR C677T lần lượt là 47,72% và 31,04%, biến thể của hai gen FVL và FVR2 rất hiếm gặp và không thấy trường hợp nào có biến thể gen FIIP.  Phụ nữ mang 2 biến thể chiếm tỷ lệ cao nhất 52,8% (151/286), mang một 1 biến thể là 37,1% (106/286), 3 biến thể là 9,4% (27/286). Chỉ có 2/286 (0,7%) phụ nữ mang 4 biến thể. Tỷ lệ các biến thể kiểu gen hay gặp không thấy sự khác biệt có ý nghĩa thống kê ở nhóm phụ nữ có RPL 2 lần và từ 3 lần trở lên. Sự kết hợp 2 biến thể thường gặp là PAI-1 4G/MTHFR A1298C và PAI-1 4G/MTHFR C677T không thấy tăng số lần mất thai khi so với các trường hợp chỉ có 1 biến thể. Kết luận. Tỷ lệ có các biến thể di truyền gây tăng nguy cơ huyết khối trên phụ nữ có tiền sử RPL là 93,46%. Tỷ lệ các biến thể kiểu gen khác biệt không có ý nghĩa thống kê ở nhóm phụ nữ có RPL 2 lần và từ 3 lần trở lên. Sự kết hợp 2 biến thể thường gặp là PAI-1 4G/MTHFR A1298C và PAI-1 4G/MTHFR C677T, không thấy liên quan với mức độ mất thai so với biến thể đơn gen.

    Abstract: Kết nối mỏ là giải pháp tận dụng cơ sở hạ tầng vật chất hiện hữu của các mỏ lớn để kết nối, phát triển các mỏ nhỏ, mỏ cận biên. Phương thức này cho phép gia tăng hiệu quả kinh tế các mỏ có trữ lượng trung bình và nhỏ, mở ra triển vọng phát triển và đưa các mỏ dầu nhỏ, hạn chế về trữ lượng vào khai thác sớm. Quá trình kết nối mỏ có thách thức khác nhau về mặt kỹ thuật và kinh tế, khả năng kết nối, thu gom, mức độ cải hoán hệ thống công nghệ để tiếp nhận, phân chia sản phẩm… Đối với trường hợp kết nối các mỏ vào hệ thống công nghệ thuộc chủ sở hữu khác, vấn đề phân chia sản phẩm có ý nghĩa quan trọng liên quan đến lợi ích trực tiếp của các chủ đầu tư. Bài báo phân tích các mô hình phân chia sản phẩm của Liên doanh Việt - Nga “Vietsovpetro” đang áp dụng cho các mỏ kết nối, đánh giá khả năng cập nhật/nâng cấp các phần mềm mô phỏng có độ tin cậy cao, cho phép đánh giá nhanh về mặt kỹ thuật sự thay đổi của lưu lượng chất lưu trong hệ thống khi qua các quá trình xử lý công nghệ.

    Abstract: The full article will be published in the English version of the  journal "Catalysis in Industry" No. 1, 2021. The synthesis of the microporous SAPO-34 molecular sieve goes from a combination of three templates: triethylamine, tetraethylammonium hydroxide, and morpholine under hydrothermal conditions. Two aluminum sources, namely aluminum hydroxide, and aluminum isopropoxide, were used exclusively to synthesize SAPO-34 zeolites. The effects of aluminum sources on the crystallization and physicochemical properties of SAPO-34 were studied thoroughly. The synthesized samples were characterized by using different characterization methods, including XRD, FE-SEM, N 2 isotherm, EDS, and NH3-TPD. The results illustrate that the various sources of aluminum used for the synthesis of SAPO-34 materials extremely affect the crystallinity, morphology, and density of acid sites. Besides, the influence of aluminum sources on the performance of NH 3 -SCR technology was studied with Cu/SAPO-34 catalysts in a fixed-bed flow reactor. The two Cu/SAPO-34 catalysts promoted different NO and NH 3 conversions between 200–600 °C though they share similar Cu content, which was loaded by the ion-exchange method in aqueous solution. In addition, the different Cu species in the two catalyst samples are surveyed by H 2 -TPR, while the EPR method is also used to assess the coordination of the copper element in the two catalysts.
